Chalet of dreams! We had the most perfect stay at Lina’s place and it exceeded all expectations. Pristinely presented and amazing facilities. Only 15 mins drive to Kitzbuhl for skiing and it was then the perfect place to unwind with friends for a relaxing evening. Hot tub/pool/sauna were all amazing and such a joy to use after a day out. The chalet has everything you need and more and Lina is incredibly hospitable and thoughtful. Highly recommend to stay here, we loved it and really hope to come back at some point

This place was great and Renato was very friendly and extremely helpful with the accommodations. He even arranged for a wheelchair ramp to be built for our stay. The rental is very clean, private and safe, and the area is great for a cycling getaway. We will definitely book again with Renato!

Our stay in Sarnonico is unparalleled: The apartment leaves nothing to be desired. Beautifully located and so lovingly and richly equipped that you feel more than comfortable and welcome from the start. Everything has been thought of that you might need as a guest, very clean and very cozy - the farewell was not easy for us! The garden, varied with beautiful corners to linger, invites you to explore and the natural swimming pond is another highlight! In addition, the selection of delicious herbs, salads and vegetables is fantastic - thank you so much for letting us help ourselves so much! We need at least two bathrooms for six people, this house fully meets our requirements, although there is a bunk bed, but the room will still drop two suitcases.The host is very friendly and she is a kind person.

We spent 3 nights at this Airbnb and I can say it was the best choice we had. We rented two houses and both were fragrant and very well arranged. Host Mary was very attentive throughout the stay, which made everything easier and more enjoyable. If there was one thing that might have bothered us, it was the fact that one of the houses had no Internet while the other had a very bad signal, but that wasn't enough to ruin our trip. I recommend Lioda Sky for those who want to relax in the mountains with a spectacular view and a lot of comfort.

We were only there one night because our journey home from Umbria to Munich without a break with the dog would otherwise have been too long. We were able to unwind in the really quiet environment and continue relaxed the next day. The apartment has everything you need, is charmingly furnished, has very comfortable beds and a modern bathroom. From the balcony, you can look directly at mountains and relax. Thanks for the hospitality. Gladly come back.

We had fantastic days at Chalet Rich with Alex and Ilaria. All was absolutely perfect. Even the weather in early May. The panoramic view is absolutely stunning. From the hot tub just amazing. We also really liked the harmonious and loving furnishings in the holiday home. We enjoyed the tranquility up there. And the mega pizza with Alex Bruder at the restaurant around the corner. It's a real gem.

A super helpful, generous and kind host. Perfect we house situated up in the foothills. Easy to reach by bus, local Tabbachi / cafe filled with first and interesting locals. Walking trails nearby. Cute wee house with all amenities. Spiral staircase to bedroom could be challenging for some.

We had an incredible stay at Andrea’s place! From the moment we arrived, Andrea went above and beyond to make our visit special. The house was perfectly located to walk to the bus stop and ride to the base of Kitzbühel mountain for skiing. Andrea’s dog, Brunello, was super friendly and got along wonderfully with our dogs. The private, fenced-in yard was a great bonus, allowing our dogs to play and get their zoomies out while we relaxed. Every morning, Andrea made us a delicious breakfast at the times we requested, and she made sure we had passes for the bus and train to explore the area. Her hospitality truly made our trip memorable. We would absolutely recommend this place 10/10, and we’ll definitely be back to stay again for skiing in the area.

We've really been to a lot of Air BnBs, but the slanting house surpassed everything. The kitchen furnishings leave nothing to be desired, there are a large number of board games (the air hockey was really fun) and books and everything is furnished with a lot of love for detail. Tresdorf is a great starting point for hikes and other activities (recommended here, among other things, the herbal hike of Hana Lerchbaumer). We had a great time with our dog Toni (even feeding bowls and a mobile fence available), who felt very welcome. If you are looking for peace and comfort, you will find both. A very peaceful place to stay. We were four families, it was peaceful and a great place to feel like just home. Kitchen is fully equipped. We enjoyed our stay and glad to come back again 🤗

Good morning, we felt very comfortable at Marion's. It is a nice and quiet area, ideal for relaxing. Marion is a very friendly and caring hostess. Upon our arrival, she provided us with fresh bread, cakes, cheese, etc. and various drinks were available. She had already provided fresh water, bowls and treats for our dog. There was also a wide range of cosmetics/ care products for individual and everyday needs. Marion made sure that everything you need is available. We had a very nice time there. Thank you.

Our stay at Uli's was excellent, what we loved was that Uli personally welcomed us and provided us with valuable tips and information. There are also various guidebooks in the room. Uli was very friendly and immediately made us feel at home. Always happy to come back and thank you so much for the great time. Clear referral.

Lovely house and would love to go back. Although we stayed in the wintertime , this place is probably designed for vacations in the summer with a lake nearby with lots of activities. We stayed only a day, and we got an extended checkout, so we got a full extra morning. In summary we enjoyed the house and it had lovely views.

Amazing views and an otherworldly location in a serene meadow overlooked by the Kehsteinhaus. Highly recommended for anyone visiting the Berchtesgaden area. The restaurant which the property is attached to also serves excelled Bavarian food from Wednesday to Sunday.

We had a great stay and really enjoyed the area. Good mix of amenities within walking distance and quiet neighbourhood. Ambra was very quick to respond to any inquiries and the place was very clean & tidy.

The couple hosted us with smiles on their faces, place is amazing and surpassed 5 star hotels, amazing area and surrounding, what caught my attention is the attention to details everything is super clean and little pieces of furniture and house needed materials are everywhere, this place can be a standalone home for anyone. Definitely visiting again if we have the chance It’s worth mentioning the couple were responsive at all times and during check in they waited for us, also during check out we had a great chat and they helped with the luggage
