We had a lovely weekend with friends. The cottage is very spacious, bright, comfortable and very well equipped. The environment is more than pleasant and should be even more pleasant in summer. We did not meet Vincent but he is a very friendly and very responsive person. His explanations were very clear. Thanks to him for his trust and flexibility with check-in and check-out times. Looking forward to coming back.

We had a pleasant week in the villa. Large clean and well-equipped house, very quiet neighborhood, garden not overlooked, exactly the setting we were looking for for our family vacation. The garden is a peaceful oasis with everything you need to enjoy it (table and garden furniture, barbecue with charcoal provided, deckchairs...). The indoor/heated pool is a real plus that we enjoyed with the weather. The jacuzzi is very enjoyable especially at night under the stars! There are local shops within a 5-minute drive (Coccimarket, bakery, tobacco) which can be convenient. Otherwise everything is about 15-20 minutes from the villa: shops (Lidl, Leclerc) beach, butcher... Florent was very available throughout our stay, he was able to recommend some nice places to visit. We highly recommend this listing and plan to return! Thank you so much for a great week.

flexible check-in. as described. pool maintained and heated to 21 degrees for the weekend of November 11. it was very nice. all the cooking essentials, except a pancake stove 😉 for gourmet Bretons. the Franck and Frédérique concierge available and helpful. rental to recommend and we will come back but longer than a simple 3 day weekend.

A joyous and serene place to stay

We had a lovely stay. We were three families, with three generations and we all had a lovely time. The swimming pool and having the beach within 10-15 minutes walk, was great. Helene, who managed our stay, was very friendly and helpful.

We had a fantastic stay in this Airbnb residence! The space was perfectly suited for our group of 11. The proximity to the owners was not disturbing at all, they were very nice and discreet. The heated pool was a real pleasure, and we were even able to enjoy a game of pétanque on the front of the house. The very large terrace upstairs gave a beautiful view of the sea. Thank you for an unforgettable weekend!

Very nice services with a swimming pool that is more than valuable especially during periods of high heat. Unfortunately, it was very very hot during the heat wave, so we were forced to sleep with the windows open, which can be problematic for people with light sleep (capfun camping nearby and the smell of salt marshes at times). That didn't stop us from having a great stay with the family, by the pool, and close to the beach and the city center. We recommend it.

Very nice house, tastefully decorated, well-equipped and well-appointed. Well located: beach and city center 5 minutes by bike via bike paths. Great for friends and family. Numerous bike paths in Bretignolles and the surrounding area, even with young children. Secure swimming pool and beautiful terrace. We had a lovely week there!

We had a wonderful weekend in Chantal's house a stone's throw from the sea,tastefully decorated, very well equipped, nothing is missing and very spacious, teenagers loved their space in the dormitory in the basement, the exteriors are very nice. Chantal is very responsive.

We were a family of 5 adults and 2 kids (6 and 2). The sleeping arrangements worked out very well and the kids really loved the playroom and swimming pool. The beaches (one within easy walking distance and one a 4/5 minute drive away) were excellent (no showers though?) with nice beach bars/restaurants. The nearby zoo is worth a visit - clean and the animals looked well looked after. All in all an excellent family holiday.

Very nice and appreciable the team who accomplished everything and did so that the stay was great! and that's the reality. Congratulations to the team who are totally struggling for these guests. I recommend it 100%. Very spacious house, all the comforts you need. Only the barbecue has run out of time. It was just missing fans (one for the whole). We stayed in the villa for two weeks in the 2nd half of August with the family. We were four persons, my wife, two teenager sons and myself. The villa is very comfortable, the highlights being the modern kitchen (which was really fully equipped with everything including an extra refrigerator in an adjacent store/washing room), the spacious combined eating/living room and the outside aread including the pool. The bedrooms were a little bit small, and there was little space and furniture for clothing. The shower is open and directly accessible only from the main bedroom, but there is a 2nd large bathroom accessible from the central corridor. We really enjoyed our stay here. You can visit Nantes or La Roche-Sur-Yon within an 1 hour, large supermarked within 5 min by car, excellent bakery within 1-2 min by car. There are various accesses to the very nice beach area within 10 - 20 min by car (natural beach, no infrastructure). Very friendly and supportive host!

Beautiful house, located in residential area close by car to all amenities. Large interior, well-equipped, comfortable. Very quiet, at least in winter….

Eric welcomed us to his beautiful home which matched the description and our expectations. He was proactive and offered services we haven't seen elsewhere. We felt right at home, and enjoyed the heated pool as soon as we arrived. The place is quiet and relaxing. The whole family enjoyed it and we regret only taking a week because everything was really good.
