Great place and location . Brilliant week all round

Accommodation in all respects compliant and close to everything, ideal when like me you're a little nervous about taking the road in an unknown area. We did everything on foot (20 min to the farthest point) We'll be happy to go back.

We had a great 3 day and 2 night stay at Dominique's apartment in Royan. The accommodation is perfectly as described: clean, well-equipped and conveniently located, close to the beach and shops. Dominique was a very welcoming and available host

Great location. Quality bedding and impeccable cleanliness. Apartment on the first floor of a quiet residence. Everything is very well thought out. Very functional. Our host was charming and eager to guide us in our desire to discover the region.

We stayed two nights. The accommodation is perfect, the living room is separated from the sleeping area by a door (perfect for evenings with sleeping children). The equipment is of good quality. Flawless stay. The location is nice, quite "isolated", which allows you to be quiet. Thanks

Although the contact was never direct, Sylvain was a thoughtful, responsive and anxious host to welcome us in the best possible way. The apartment, despite its modest proportions, offers all the comfort you can expect. Its ideal location also allows access by foot to everything that, in the historic Rochefort, is worth a visit, from its famous arsenal to the old port, from its Marine Museum to its unspoiled fortifications, from its buccaneer cafes to its antique bookshops.

Clean accommodation, consistent with the photos and very well-equipped. Parking is very easy and you will be close to the city center and all amenities. I would definitely recommend it!

We stayed from April 12-15. We were received by JP, our host, in a very cordial, friendly and caring way. As soon as we arrived, we felt very good. Listing is as described and is in a quiet area. You can park your car in the property right next to the property which is very convenient and safer with an electric gate. You enjoy a private terrace with awning to protect yourself from the sun, a garden furniture, a ping pong table, a barbecue, in short, only happiness. The bedding is very good, the kitchen area with all the amenities you need, a bathroom with walk-in shower, and all the necessities: bath towels, bed sheets, etc. One thing is for sure, the next time we come to Royan, we will only remember one address, it's from JP and his children, Villa Océane. Thank you so much for a great meeting.

Very nice apartment in the city center with a parking space for the car. We were able to do all the activities on foot ( sea, walk...). The host is available and meets our needs. The apartment is clean and exactly matches the photos and descriptions.

The place is perfect. Right in the center and in the immediate vicinity of shops, beaches and activities. We felt very good there. It is well decorated, pleasant and functional. Barbara is a friendly and available host.

Last-minute weekend to soak up the November sun! Off season so for the Euronat center, no on-site trade but no extra fees, and the beach just for us! The site is really well wooded and each house scattered in the pine forest so we avoid the impression "seaside resort with closed shutters". The space itself is in a house divided into 4 studios, with assigned parking, functional and consistent with the photos. The owners are friendly, responsive and accommodating.

First of all, communication with Carole was very smooth despite the lack of hospitality related to her absence. Any need was immediately answered by her daughter Clémentine. The place is quiet and friendly. We appreciated the availability of bikes and the hot tub. Thank you The pool could be nicer and a little better maintained, a little green on the walls. We appreciated the simplicity of the process in general .

Our hosts are very friendly, the place was spotless! Clean, tidy and big enough for us and our two daughters. The proximity to the city center and all the restaurants and shops is clearly a plus for a vacation or a quiet stopover. The neighborhood is quiet. Our stay in Saintes took place in good conditions. Very good accommodation! Recommended!!
