Beautiful little cozy and very functional apartment. A prime environment between two beautiful beaches and overlooking Royan Bay. Shops and attractions are also nearby. We had a totally relaxing stay. Thank you Viviane and Georges for everything.

Great value for money! The accommodation is of impeccable quality, the layout is optimal, there is everything you need on site! Beach access 2 min away, a real luxury for an unbeatable price, and some charming villages to visit nearby. We ate at Bob's in St Palais, it was great, and shared a board on the beach near the reserve. I would also like to point out that the co-host was great, simple, efficient and smiling, a very warm welcome (unlike the one we just had when we arrived in Biarritz...). The small garden is also quite nice, slightly overlooked but the residence is quiet and there is little traffic so it didn't bother us. Thank you, we'll come back to stay longer!

Very nice environment and very welcoming and friendly neighbors. As for Alexandre, he is super responsive and very friendly. I'll go back next year, without a second thought.

We had a lovely stay at Miléna's, the accommodation is very functional and pleasant, everything was very clean and well maintained. We particularly appreciated the veranda overlooking a wooded area and a small piece of sea. Communication with Miléna was excellent, especially as she did everything she could to make hosting my parents easier despite transportation problems. The beach is very close and the shops of Saint-Georges are very accessible thanks to the bikes available and the many bike paths. Excellent!
