An easy 5-star rating. The place is beautiful, right in downtown Saintes, walking distance to amazing restaurants and the city center. Anne and Lionel are SO kind and helpful, and made me feel right at home. The space was clean and inviting. I would return in a heartbeat! Thank you, Anne and Lionel, for a superb experience!

Super apartment in a very quiet part of Saintes, at only a 10 minutes walk from the historic center. Parking right in front of the house! The apartment is super spacious and practical, and the deco is top. We loved the outside space where we took our breakfast in the morning sun. Very relaxing!! Many thanks to Bea and her husband for their hospitality.

Very bright studio, well arranged. A few small details could be improved but overall everything was great. Great value for money and great location.

Small and well-appointed accommodation, tasteful, functional. Modern kitchen and bathroom, very clean. Jean-Claude is an attentive host, he gave us a small bouquet of flowers for our wedding anniversary. He is available and accommodating.

We loved the place, clean , spacious, quiet and nicely decorated. The kitchen is very well equipped and for bikers, 4 bikes ready to go as the bike lane is just outside the house

My family and I had a pleasant time in this location. There were 8 adults and the space was very spacious for all of us, the indoor, outdoor living spaces and the kitchen. Everything is as described. The accommodation is a few minutes from the beach by car and allows quick access to various points of interest in the area. Amanda was available and gave clear information for our self check-in.

Very nice accommodation, as described and even beyond our expectations regarding the garden which is huge, very well appointed and perfectly maintained. The indoor pool was appreciated in view of the mixed weather. We had a great weekend with friends! I would recommend it in a second.

The terrace is nice, the modern kitchen is very well equipped. Look carefully because there is everything. a welcome booklet is very useful with tips on where to go. We had an absolutely perfect stay at Isabelle's, even if we had to cut it short. Upon arrival, we were seduced by the charm and care given to every detail of the cottage. The place is a real cocoon nestled in a green setting, ideal for relaxing away from the hustle and bustle of everyday life. The Nordic bath, sauna and brazier are real assets: the evening turned into a moment of absolute relaxation. Everything is as described, or even better! The calm atmosphere, the beauty of the setting and the quality of the amenities make the stay really pleasant. Isabelle is a very kind, available and discreet host, with whom it is very pleasant to interact. We came with our 2-month-old baby, and Isabelle even provided us with a folding crib. An address that we will keep and recommend! Thanks again Isabelle for this nice break.

We were two families with 5 children in total and had a great time at Stéphane's! The place is ideal, very well located, a short walk to the beach. The kids had a great time and so did the adults! access code arrived late, which gave us a few cold sweats but everything went well afterwards. accommodation as described, quiet environment. We spent a night there with two toddlers. Well equipped.

Mylène and Laurent were lovely from the time of our booking, very flexible and available. The accommodation perfectly matched our expectations and we were even pleasantly surprised by all the equipment there was in the accommodation.
