Four adults can stay comfortably with 2 very comfortable beds and 1 bathroom. We also have a fold out cot perfect size for a child. Our home is in a very quiet neighborhood located on a cul-de-sac and is a short driving distance from fishing, hunting, shopping and sight- seeing adventures.

Our cute little cottage is a home away from home. It offers two bedrooms, one with a queen size bed the other has a full bed and a twin bed. It has all the amenities just like being at home. A fully stocked kitchen with anything you need to cook your days catch. There is also a gas grill for anytime use. We are just a block from the bay and less than a mile from the city boat ramp. My place is good for couples, families (with kids), and furry friends (pets).

The hosts were incredibly responsive and helpful when I thought we had an issue (which turned out to be user error!). Everything about our stay was easy and enjoyable. Highly recommend for anyone looking to unwind in a lovely setting! We will be back!

Great place on the ocean. Plenty of outside seating areas for sun and shade. Saw dolphins almost every day. Grandkids loved the pool, hot tub and swimming in the ocean. We enjoyed the foosball and ping pong tables and other outside games on the premises. Livia was very responsive to our questions. It was a great week!

Staying at this property you can uniquely witness the sunrise over the Bay and sunset over the Gulf! Crazy beautiful and private. The backyard is delightful as well as the porch. We loved our visit at John’s beautiful home!

Fantastic, family-friendly vacation rental and location! The house is exactly as photographed and listed. The golf cart is the best perk, our family had so much fun riding it on the cart-only road over to the shops and pool. Beach was practically empty each day and the heated pool is great for toddlers. We would absolutely come back. Charlie, was very responsive and helpful no matter the question. Wish we didn’t have to leave!

Home had plenty of space to hang out inside and outside. View of the water from the distance and sunset from home. Quiet neighborhood and easy to get around on golf cart. I wouldn’t want to be without a golf cart, bill has one for a great rental price and at the home so no need to rent from a 3rd party which is great. Code to the golf cart key was incorrect when we first arrived and then about an hour later he got us the correct code. There is no coffee provided for the coffee bar which was a little odd, I could have brought my own if it was in the listing to BYOB but short trip I did not need to buy an entire bag and we were able to go down to the small town via golf cart for some coffee. Beautiful beach vibe colors and a large kitchen. Would stay here again. Thanks Bill!

The house was just as described!!! Perfect for large family. My husband and I took our 3 grown children, their spouses and our 20 month old grand baby. There was plenty of room for all of us to feel like we had privacy and space. We enjoyed the pool in the backyard and the community pool. There is a walkway/bikeway/scooter way to get to the beach that is just down the street from the house. But with the toddler, we found it easier to drive to the public beach access that’s just a short drive away. The walk was shorter since there’s just so much to pack to the beach with a toddler!! The house was well equipped with beach chairs, beach umbrella, a wagon, and beach toys. We did purchase a cheap plastic baby pool that we found very convenient at the beach to keep the toddler contained and in the shade of an umbrella. We left it in the garage for others to use. Just pour a few buckets of ocean water and some toys in it!! The kitchen was well equipped. There was even a bottle of wine!!

The hobbit bungalow was a great stay. Exactly like the pictures. The hammocks were great especially since it’s quiet and has beautiful plants all around. Fire pit was great since it was cold at night still. The hosts are great! Very quick responses and gave us recommendations for an event that was going on in a near by town. Would definitely stay here again.
