Beach house vacation rentals in Saint George Island

If you’re looking for a quiet beach getaway, this is absolutely the place to stay! Loved the area, lots of yummy food, peaceful/not crowded beach, plenty of space for all the family. The host was kind and quick to respond plus his guide was helpful throughout our stay. We didn’t have any issues with the house and hope to visit again in the future. Lovely vacation for myself, my sister and her child, my elderly mother, and my pup!! Also, the outdoor shower was fantastic in helping keep sand out of the house.

This place really sets the standard for items that are INCLUDED with a rental! Things were included WELL beyond expected. Pots, pans, dishes, silverware, Tupperware, storage bags, spices, salt, pepper, blankets, towels, kayaks, bicycles, propane(3 bottles!), binoculars, printer, paper towels, napkins, paper plates, etc, etc, and the list goes on and on! How many places have half & half, butter, and orange juice in the refrigerator waiting on you? There was no corner cut anywhere. ALSO...this places was clean from top to bottom. We really enjoyed this place! Thank you for doing things the right way!

This location is EXACTLY what our family wanted in a vacation. Squeaky clean and well-maintained home, private and quiet, easy access to the beach, and all the items we need to enjoy the beach! This is a fantastic option if you just want to get away from the crowds and always have a dedicated spot on the beach you can walk to in seconds. We loved being able to easy head back to the deck/lanai for lunches (as well as eating out there for dinners). And the star-gazing at night was amazing! Definitely recommend getting groceries on the way to the place, but there are quite a few good restaurants that are ~20 minute drive away in Panacea. The host has great communication and obviously cares about the details; this is one of our first vacation rentals we had no issues with. Well, we did have one light bulb burn out :-)

This place was a DREAM! You know when you're at the beach and you see some condos and you think, "I wish I was staying there..." THIS IS THAT PLACE! My kids AND my husband were pumped that it had a Monopoly theme so of course, we played. :) This place is super charming...also, everything you need is there...we didn't buy charcoal or even a lighter. Kitchen stocked great, excellent spot for the kids to hang out...and this condo is right in the middle of everything...walk everywhere! Yay! My boy played basketball every day (30 steps from the condo) grocery 3-4 minute walk, the lighthouse, the shopping, the food, I parked when we got there and never got in my car again! Note, if you have an electric car there is a spot to charge less than1/4 mile walk at the buccaneer inn. My husband drove separate, EV no problem! We had a great time! It was clean and perfect and right on the beach, the BEST!

We wanted a week of peace and relaxation and that’s exactly what we got! This home is clean, well thought out, and the beach is your backyard. We could not think of one negative thing about this place. It is well supplied with lots of beach games, bikes, kayaks and more! There are plenty of places to spread out and enjoy the sounds of the ocean, whether it’s on the beach, lying in a hammock, or watching the waves crash from the screened in porch. Not to mention the views from all windows of the house is perfect. If you’re wanting a vacation that is off the beaten path, slow, and relaxing then this is the place for you! My family are returned guest. This home feels like our home away from home! We love the area because it is quiet, not overly crowded, and not commercialized! Beautiful beach that allows you to have your pets vacation with you! You're allowed to have golf carts on the beach which is a great feature. Saved us numerous trips back and forth to set up for our beach day.

If I could give the area around this property more than 5 stars I would. Every person we came in contact with was super friendly. You can tell they love where they live. And if you like seafood it doesn't get any fresher than here. The property was exactly as advertised and we loved it. The beach in front of it had soft white sand which can be hard to find these days. We'll definitely be back!

Very nice and clean house minus the outside grill (it needs to be cleaned). Parking wasn’t quite what I was thinking/expecting, but still adequate for our needs. Very beautiful back yard view of the water. Water was shallow, so the guys didn’t get any fishing in, but my six year old daughter loved the beach area and host provided plenty of outside/sand toys. The small back bedroom was a bit stuffy with not a lot of air flow, but a floor fan was provided. Basic kitchen items provided. Overall it’s a very cute and clutter free place. Would book again if our dates align for our yearly fishing trip.

The house was beautiful and sooooo spacious! I think we truly used every every amenity! We biked, we grilled, we used beach chairs and toys, we cooked, we patronized local places that were recommended, we hung out on the porch, we played darts, and used the outdoor shower after Beach outings! There wasn't really anything missing. We enjoyed every day at the house and I the area.

It was a pleasure to spend time in this house. Comfortable, cozy , clean, and nice decor. Elevator it's a great addition, specifically at arriving and departing. Clean pool and 2 minutes walk to the beach.

Ben’s place was clean and exactly as described. He had every appliances/kitchen item you could imagine. The dock provides convenient quick access to the river/ocean. LOVE that it had water and a boardwalk straight from the home. Bathrooms were spacious with plenty of hot water for 7 showers back to back! Washer/dryer were a plus! Love the decor and thoughtfulness of the whole home. Not one thing was overlooked and Ben was accommodating with early checkin and late checkout.

Perfect for a relaxing vacation in a peaceful, secluded location. Both the interior and exterior were very cute. Awesome host.
