Numerous hiking and biking trails. The mill is located at the rear of the renovated farmhouse near the outbuildings with separate access. You will be in absolute calm in a property of several hectares with centuries-old oaks, chickens and 2 ponies, a permaculture vegetable garden and a view of the Pyrenees. You will enjoy a private terrace and the pool house (open from June to mid-September) - shared with another cottage - to relax.

For recreational activities, there is a table tennis table, hammocks and a pétanque field. *The sauna is closed June-August. The pool is closed Nov-May.
