Sehr schöne Unterkunft, nette Gastgeberin, tolle und ruhige Lage. Check-in und /-out total unkompliziert. Alles super!

Gemütliches Studio in ruhiger Umgebung für ein paar Tage Paris - angenehm kühl an heißen Tagen. Die Gartenterrasse ist auch angenehm, um etwas Sonne zu genießen oder draußen zu essen. Die Gastgeber sind sehr freundlich, wir haben sogar zwei Stück selbstgebackenen, superleckereren Kuchen geschenkt bekommen. Empfehlenswert für den Preis.

Julie’s place is amazing - thought out, very comfortable, very clean, nicely designed and really, really quiet. The bedding is very comfortable, the shower is very strong, warm and clean. The place is a bit away from the center but that’s the price you pay if you want to be in a peaceful place with a garden, which was always very nice to get back to after walks in the center. Julie was always very helpful, friendly and responsive. We would stay in this place again with great pleasure!

Mon frère a été très bien accueilli chez Mouloud. C’est un super hôte et très réactif. À proximité du métro et propose un emplacement pour la voiture ce qui rend le séjour agréable car pas besoin de se déplacer en voiture ds Paris. Je vous recommande vivement

⸻ Je tiens à remercier Mia pour son accueil exceptionnel. Dès mon arrivée, elle m’a aidé à m’installer avec beaucoup de gentillesse et de patience. Elle avait même prévu de quoi boire, ce qui a rendu l’arrivée encore plus agréable. L’appartement est lumineux, propre, parfaitement décoré et très agréable à vivre. La connexion internet est également très bonne. Mia a été présente, disponible et toujours bienveillante. Une hôte aussi sympathique et attentionnée, c’est rare. Merci encore pour tout !

Alexis est un hôte sympatique et accueillant. La communication a été super aisée et sa flexibilitée remarquable. Le logement était propre et agréable. Exactement comme sur les photos. Le quartier peut faire peur de prime abord mais est au final assez tranquille. Paris est facilement accessible grâce au métro assez proche. Dans le tout nous sommes très satisfaits et y retournerions les yeux fermés !

Mise à part la difficulté de trouver un endroit où se garer à cause des travaux, rien à dire. Le logement est facile d’accès, très propre et au calme. Le propriétaire est disponible en cas de besoin. Je recommande

Oliver was incredibly responsive and kind. My daughter left her iPad in the unit, and I contacted him from the airport to let him know it was there. He let us know as soon as he found it, and agreed to hold it to return to us when we return to Paris in 3 weeks. This set our minds at ease and allowed us to enjoy the rest of our time in Europe without anxiety about losing this. Being able to trust a host like this is a gift!

Iris & Stephane are very communicative and helpful hosts. The apartment is like walking onto a movie set - a real experience! It is more spacious than expected, with gorgeous views of the park and in a great location - walking distance to many bistros, wine bars, shops, etc. The kitchen is well appointed and Iris & Stephane provided some lovely flowers, fresh fruit and champagne on arrival. There is a beautiful claw foot tub and basin in the bedroom, which makes up for the small boat style shower/toilet. My husband and I had a lovely stay and would happily stay again. Thank you Iris & Stephane!

Hier gibt es nicht viel zu sagen. Sowohl die Wohnung als auch François waren einfach spitze. Selten habe ich einen Vermieter wie ihn kennen gelernt, der so schnell auf Fragen reagiert hat, allgemein alles so perfekt vorbereitet hat und proaktiv nach fragte, ob alles in Ordnung ist. Wir waren rund um zufrieden.

Beautiful private apartment. Cozy. 8 minutes walk to metro station. Stephane was very responsive. He made sure I was okay. Definitely coming back.

Très bon sejour dans un appartement un peu bruyant (mais c’est souvent le cas à Paris). Seul bémol : la douche est probablement à rénover. Communication très facile et logement spacieux. Proche métro.

It is very secure and easy to find. Good facilities and a shopping mall with easy parking opposite. A lovely bakery and pizzeria nearby too. Really lovely hosts and even if the lift isn’t working you can use the stairs in the premises itself.

Rose and Raphael were kind enough to accept our booking VERY last minute and their place turned out to be no less inviting! I'd say it's even better than the pictures convey, with a killer view of the Eiffel Tower and Basilique de Sacre Cœur too. Super easy to get to as well, very close to the La Plaine Stade de France station. They were very lovely hosts and super responsive too. Would highly recommend!

L'alloggio di Marika è ben tenuto con amore. È in una zona molto comoda con i mezzi che portano in centro città, molto servita. Siamo stati molto bene nell'alloggio. Marica è una host molto presente nel bisogno e con molti consigli da dare! Siamo stati davvero bene!
