My studio is a 7 minute walk from the station RER A Nanterre Ville and bus stops. It is next to the Park Chemin de l’île, the city market of Nanterre Ville, the University of Paris 10 Nanterre, and la Défense, the business district. You will appreciate my place for its comfort, its large living room, its terrace and little garden, its independance, and its very quiet neighbourhood. My studio is perfect for couples, travellers and businessmen and women. Time to Orly airport: 1h10 - Roissy: 1h20.

On a quiet street 50 m from the city center, many shops are within walking distance. The T4 stop is a 10-min walk, Paris is 40 min by RER. Access to A1 (Disneyland) and A3 (Paris) is a 5-minute drive away.

My house is at the back of a plant-lined courtyard. There are 2 bedrooms: - a large room with 1 double-bed queen size + 1 simple bed with a desk - a cosy little room with a double bed. The bathroom has a bath, a walk-in shower and toilets. Large living room, open fully equiped kitchen. Welcome for musicians : There is a piano at home! Important detail: My cat lives at home. I ask you to take good care of him (feed him and clean his litter). A parking is possible at certain dates (20 €/night)

500 m from metro line 7 direct historic center PARIS (Louvre, Opera, Chatelet), you will be in the center of PARIS in 20 minutes. 19 minutes by taxi from ROISSY CHARLES DE GAULLE airport. Charming 1920s house of 40 m2 fully renovated by an architect. Very quiet and residential neighborhood, close to all shops. NETFLIX included. NB: I only rent to people who already have positive reviews on Airbnb. The pool and terrace are not accessible with this reservation.

7 min walk to ST Denis-université metro, line 13, small 50 m2 single-storey house with a terrace with outdoor tables and garden with trees. I offer 2 bedrooms, each with a 140 cm double bed, a dressing room and a desk, plus 1 90 cm mezzanine bed above one of the beds. There is a living room with TV with a corner sofa convertible into a double bed, a kitchen equipped with a high bar table, a bathroom (toilet, sink, shower, washing machine and dryer.)

Not suitable for the elderly and young children as there are steep stairs. We are in the East suburbs glued to Paris.
