The adjoining gîte "Le cyprès" is located on the pretty tree-lined square of "La Mouline", open to traffic. It's an old renovated Périgord house, ideal for visiting. It is located next to the lake (with walking access by footpath, swimming, fishing) and the tennis court. Located in the heart of the historic center of Sarlat on the famous Rue Montaigne, in a house dating from the Middle Ages, renovated in 2020 to maximize its heritage (stone, parquet floors), the 64 m2 apartment offers a terrace and exceptional views of the Saint-Sacerdos Cathedral and the Jardins des Enfeux. You will enjoy walks in the surroundings, in the garden, by the pond, near the aviaries and in the wooded paths. Close to all sightseeing tours.
