Perfect starting point for visiting all the touristic sites of the region. 4 lovely bedrooms, each with an en-suite bathroom and private toilet. The 2 attic rooms are equipped with AC.

La Lavandula sits in its own established grounds with a large private swimming pool, pétanque court and children’s play area. Groléjac swimming and fishing lake with its lovely, sandy beach is a 2 minute walk away. A cycle path at the rear of the property will take you straight through to Sarlat (11km away) and beyond.

Welcome to the Gîte de la Fontaine, our haven of peace in the Dordogne. You are 20 minutes from the jewels of the Périgord Noir: La Roque-Gageac, Beynac, Castelnaud-la-Chapelle, and Sarlat-la-Canéda. The start of a canoe ride on the Dordogne is only a 5-minute drive away, and many hiking trails will take you to discover beautiful landscapes. The adjoining gîte "Le cyprès" is located on the pretty tree-lined square of "La Mouline", open to traffic. It's an old renovated Périgord house, ideal for visiting. It is located next to the lake (with walking access by footpath, swimming, fishing) and the tennis court. In the town, hiking trail, large bike path connecting, among other things, Groléjac to Sarlat, canoe descent of the Dordogne. Nearby, castles, prehistoric sites, gabares, entertainment, festivals...

We rent out 3 accommodations, but a lot of space and privacy for everyone! Celebrate a lovely quiet natural vacation in our Pipo wagon. It is equipped with all comforts. A "double bed", a bunk bed in a lockable room. A bathroom with shower, sink and toilet. A fully equipped kitchen. Wi-Fi. TV. Air conditioning. Outdoor furniture, BBQ. In the center of Périgord Noir, 15 minutes from the city of Sarlat, the cottage Les Pierres Blondes offers accommodation "Les Vinaigriers". You will enjoy its absolute calm, its private terrace, its landscaped garden and the heated swimming pool from May to the end of september. The river La Dordogne is 5 minutes by car with its canoe rentals and including the cingle of Turnac with its beautiful wild beach.

In the heart of our property, come and relax in a natural setting. A house, chalet atmosphere of 70 m2, with a large terrace out of sight. You will enjoy a Jacuzzi session from March to October in a private area. The pool is open from June 1st to September 30th. You will enjoy walks in the surroundings, in the garden, by the pond, near the aviaries and in the wooded paths. Close to all sightseeing tours.
