you will not go wrong with this place very private clean & quiet. Well worth the price. Cynthia never bothered me about anything, I felt right at home so much so that I wish I could lease it out. Very Important: I travel with my own towels b/c never trust the ones there I actually didn't have to b/c her's was clean. I highly recommend this place & every chance I get that will be my place

Barb was an amazing host. The property was comfortable, clean, and wonderfully stocked with snacks, drinks, toiletries, and dishes. There was a storm that came through and knocked out the electricity and Barb was responsive by checking on us and giving us updates from the electric company. The bed was firm (which we liked) and she offered to provide a mattress topper to make it softer so know that Barb has planned for everything. The common area is large, with several windows allowing for a nice view of the backyard pond and nice natural light. Columbia attractions are an easy drive away and there are several food options nearby. Barb has a nice binder listing several different things to do, retailers, restaurants and other important places in case you are able to explore the area. I am not sure if we will have a need to return to the area however, we would absolutely stay with Barb if we did.

We rented the house for a weekend getaway, which worked out amazingly well. Very clean and great decor. It felt very secure as it is a gated community. Fully functional kitchen space, as well as made two meals.
