Berengere was a fabulous host and personally welcomed us to the rental unit and came for the check out. She was extremely responsive to questions I sent in advance of our stay about things like parking options and a restaurant reservation, and remained in touch during our stay. We are English speakers and Berengere was fluent in English. The flat is terrific, centrally located in the old part of Vannes. It is very spacious and comfortable, with an extremely well stocked kitchen with modern appliances as well as laundry machines. The front of the flat faces a pedestrian street that can be lively during tourist season, but the flat has new insulated windows that buffer street noise and the main bedroom is on the back side and very quiet. Berengere's hospitality and lovely flat made for a great stay in Vannes!

We were hosted very well upon arrival in a very well located, very well furnished and very functional apartment. Quiet residence under the pines and close to the embankment. The description is true to reality. Corinne and Richard are excellent hosts. We recommend their rental, in which we will not hesitate to return if possible.

Wow what a beautiful place! It was exactly what we were hoping for and made for a very peaceful family holiday. Bertrand was very friendly and helpful throughout our stay. He has two folders available in the cottage which are packed with information and things to do and see. However the grounds are so beautiful that you could easily just stay there and go for walks, trips out on the lake or swim in the pool. The cottage itself is spacious, clean and in great condition. We would highly recommend this cottage.

Our stay was a real favorite; from the island of Noirmoutiers but also this magnificent house offered by Marc and his wife, very helpful and attentive to us, thank you to them! The accommodation is in a great location, very comfortable and cozy. Great job on the beautiful decor! Everything is done on foot or by bike, a real vacation. Fantastic, modern, well thought out, clean and super well-equipped place, it feels good immediately. The sea is a stone's throw away with direct beach access, and enjoy the magnificent sunsets from the terrace. Don't forget to pick up shells at low tide, while respecting the regulations. Don't close the upstairs bedroom blind because waking up to a sea view is amazing! As soon as we arrived, the charm worked. This house, thrown there, facing the vastness of the sea, is one of those places that imposes itself by its obviousness. It doesn't tell stories; it allows you to live them, offering a setting where time slows down and you reconnect with the essentials. Really very well-equipped studio, impeccably clean, comfortable bed and peaceful environment. We had a great time at Christine's, who was a very attentive host. We even tested the electric bikes and took a very nice ride in the immediate surroundings of the apartment.

The apartment is really exceptional and the view is a dream. Communication was super friendly and Kate and her husband are very nice people! There is therefore a personal handover of the keys. The kitchen is above average well equipped. Unfortunately, we didn't have much luck with the weather. You should consider this before booking, otherwise you will not be able to use the beautiful terrace due to wind and rain. All in all, we liked it very much 🍀
