In order to enjoy the surrounding nature, there are no curtains throughout the accommodation (except the downstairs bedroom) & no TV. The accommodation is located 5 minutes from Saint Lyphard (Intermarché, Bakery, Pub)/10 minutes from the sea (Mesquer)/10 minutes from Guérande. The accommodation can accommodate 4 adults and includes: 2 bedrooms each with a bed (160 x 200) Heating type: pellet stove & electric.

This accommodation is entirely reserved for you (room, kitchen, bathroom, toilet, garden, terrace and parking...) In the heart of the Brière Ideal Regional Park to recharge and disconnect a break for nature lovers a few km from the beaches between Loire Atlantique and Morbihan.

Come to relax in an exceptional and preserved site, in a mill of the fifteenth century, located in the heart of Morbihan. Ideal for families: heated pool (from april till october) aviaries, donkeys, horse and chickens on the estate. Surrounded by forest, plains and moors, it's a paradise for trout fishing with no kill, photography or nature. Located 20 minutes from the sea and close to many touristic sites (Branféré Park, , the most beautiful village of France "Rochefort en Terre).

Between the City Center and Bois de la Chaize, "Les Sardines", a new house (2022) is perfectly located for your vacation. The beaches of the North East and the Downtown area are accessible on foot or by bike, for your enjoyment. The house "Les Sardines" is carefully decorated and consists of a large, very bright living room, with fitted and equipped kitchen, 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms. The south-facing garden, with trees, terrace, deckchair and barbecue will delight you.

The Workshop

Small house renovated and enlarged in 2018 located halfway between the port and the Côte Sauvage (Port Lin Beach 500 m away). Warm layout with terrace and garden, sunny in the morning and shaded in the afternoon. Two bedrooms: the first (140 x 190 bed) and the second with 2 x 80 x 190 convertible into a double bed) a single bed can be added. As residents next to this house, we can easily help you by responding to your requests for information during your stay.

Gîte in Saint André des Eaux

"The Black Horses in Brière" Our 70 m2 cottage in an old renovated farmhouse is a stone's throw from the port of Chaussée Neuve. In the heart of the Guérande peninsula you will have a quiet stay. The cottage for 4 people maximum, is on one level, and adjoining our house. Our horses graze around the house, cohabitation with dogs is not possible. Natives of Saint-André-des-Eaux, we will be happy to help you discover the gems of our beautiful region.

An ideal place to recharge your batteries but also visit the Guérandaise Peninsula, the Brière, the Gulf of Morbihan or Belle-Ile-en-Mer (from La Turballe).

Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay. It is located on the first floor of our house. It is totally private for you and we have set up a garden with terrace and fenced garden. If you like nature walks, whether on foot or by mountain bike, while being less than 20 minutes from the beaches (St Nazaire, La Baule, Pornichet...) and 35 minutes from Nantes by car. We will be happy to introduce you to our beautiful region!

The Annex of the Olivier's

Ideally located, the bay of La Baule, the port of Le Pouliguen and the ramparts of Guérande are only 2 kilometers away. The village of Saillé has two renowned restaurants, a newsstand and a bread depot.
