Fully equipped kitchen overlooking a small terrace and small garden sheltered from the wind, bathroom and separate toilet. Functional house and pleasant to live in.

"The Black Horses in Brière" Our 70 m2 cottage in an old renovated farmhouse is a stone's throw from the port of Chaussée Neuve. In the heart of the Guérande peninsula you will have a quiet stay. The cottage for 4 people maximum, is on one level, and adjoining our house. Our horses graze around the house, cohabitation with dogs is not possible. Natives of Saint-André-des-Eaux, we will be happy to help you discover the gems of our beautiful region.

On the ground floor, the living room and kitchen open onto the garden.

Relax in this quiet and stylish accommodation for two with Spa and Sauna, two-seater shower, queen size bed and pellet stove. Your bed will be prepared for your arrival, towels are provided, remember to plan your meal/breakfast, an equipped kitchen on site is available.
