The house is refurbished with all the necessary equipment for short and long stays. Quality bedding. Ideal location for doing everything on foot, quiet. We had a great time. The host is professional. I would highly recommend it.

We had a great weekend at José's place. It is very pleasant, tastefully furnished and well-equipped. The Holy Grail: proximity to the beach, perfect for admiring the sunset. José is a lovely and available host.

We had a great weekend at Edith's, the place is ideal for relaxing in peace. The children loved the garden and enjoyed the beach a short walk from the house! The accommodation is well-equipped, very bright, you immediately feel good there.

We really enjoyed Catherine's house. A beautiful Bauloise house, warm ideal for large families. A real place to meet all around the table both inside and out and in the living room. The “family home” spirit that my family and I cherish. Just a short walk to the beach and Avenue de Gaulle and the market is also within walking distance. We're going back this summer in August with great pleasure. A place to keep in mind for families who like to gather and have a good time.

We had a great time with the family at Xavier's house. The house is very spacious, pleasant, and well-equipped. We enjoyed the baby equipment, the large terrace and the ping pong table. The house is in a good location, the beach is only 5 minutes' drive, and we were able to take a nice walk from the house. Only small downside for the bedroom on the second floor: a spiral staircase comes directly into the bedroom which is not closed by a door. There is a risk of children falling (we forbade children to go there and everything went very well) and you can hear the noises from the rooms below (we were with babies who cry at night). So plan to put adults there. Apart from this small downside, we recommend Xavier's house, if we come back to the region we will be happy to go back. Xavier is a responsive host who responded quickly to any questions we had.

The house is as described, well arranged, clean, spacious for our 4 families with children, the kitchen is very well equipped, it is located 5 min walk from the beach and ten minutes from the small city center. Three quick notes though: - optional sheets/towels (certainly indicated in the listing description but I think that given the rental price it should not be an option) - a little more annoying: there are no basic groceries (oil, salt, pepper, dishwasher product,...) or basic hygiene (toilet paper, soap, washing machine product, garbage bag,...). Not practical and conducive to waste. - finally, the cleaning is not included (also mentioned in the description), surely to raise awareness among tenants but to be taken into account especially if the keys have to be returned at 10 a.m.!

We had a pleasant stay with the family . Upon arrival, we were warmly welcomed, and everything was done to make us feel at home. The host was very kind and always available to answer any questions we had or advise us on the surroundings. The accommodation was impeccable, clean, comfortable and very well-equipped – exactly as described in the listing!👍👍 we would definitely recommend this place and we'll be back with pleasure!

Very nice, lots of room, amazing views

Wow! What a lovely house, on an exceptional site, set on the beach, breathtaking sea view that varies with the tides and weather. The spectacle from the house on the different types of sailboats of the neighboring sailing school, kayaks, windsurfers, wings, paddle boarding,... not to mention the coastlines and bathers make you never tire of admiring this unforgettable view! The house is very well equipped, decorated with taste and care and everyone finds their privacy in the spacious rooms (very comfortable bedding). Our dog, who was very kindly accepted by the owners, also had a great holiday. Thank you again for your welcome. See you soon in the Gulf of Morbihan

We had a wonderful stay in Vannes thanks to the house which offers the space needed for a cousinade. Yves and Sylvie were very helpful by being responsive to the small concerns we had. Let's recommend the house for the location and the space.

Very nice we reunited with cousins in Fetia's house! Welcoming house, very well-equipped (kitchen), with beautiful volumes in all rooms, neat decoration. A very nice, quiet garden. The beach is nearby at the end of the street, and beautiful walks nearby. We'll go back!

Thank you for this listing: large, peaceful and very pleasant! We had a very nice stay with family thanks to the spacious house and especially the pool which we were able to enjoy. Just a small clarification for future guests: there are 2 bedrooms on the ground floor but the bathroom is not accessible for 1 person in a wheelchair. We discussed this with Corinne who took note. We did not understand each other when booking. Apart from this small point that did not affect our stay, everything went well!

The stay went very well overall. We were well received and the accommodation met our expectations. The house is located in a residential area close to the center and the beach. A small downside on linens that must be added to the original price and the fact that the rooms in which the games are located (billiards, darts, foosball) are a little cramped to be able to play easily. That being said, I recommend it!:)

Sophie is a responsive, pleasant, and available host. The accommodation is impeccable and perfectly suited to a family. We had a great stay and would definitely recommend this place to enjoy the Atlantic coast.

A super large house with 4 bedrooms and everything nice on the ground floor! Sweet and good reception from Mireille, that was also very pleasant. Within walking distance of a bakery, fishmonger and supermarket, a nice market in the square weekly. Our kids enjoyed it too. Small station is within walking distance and always easy and the trains certainly do not make any noise. In short, wonderful house to relax and unwind.

Excellent weekend. the accommodation is perfect, lots of space both in the kitchen, the living room, the bedrooms and the outdoor space is very nice and unobstructed. the big plus is the very convenient laundry room with the second fridge. I highly recommend this listing and Laëtitia is the perfect host. i can't wait to get back to that

Very nice welcome by Isabelle and Jean-Philippe with welcome gift, the two are very friendly and helpful hosts. Modern, excellently equipped house, large heated pool with extra shower and toilet, plus the outdoor bar. Quiet location, shopping and restaurants can be reached in less than 10 minutes (St.-Avé/Vannes). Definitely recommended!

What a beautiful home! Anne was very friendly & flexible with check in & responsive to our questions throughout our stay. We were 2 families with 4 children & the house was fantastic! It is in an ideal location for relaxing away from it all, whilst also being on the edge of a city with plenty of culture & restaurants at your fingertips. The supermarket is a 5 minute walk away, which was perfect for us as we ate many meals at home. The pool was warm, very clean & safe for children with a good design using stepped access. The house opens up to create a seamless transition from inside to outside-this was perfect for cooking/eating/playing in the pool and keeping an eye on everyone. The showers were hot and powerful and the blackout shutters were a dream for giving the children a long sleep!! The kitchen is well equipped and there is both washing machine & dryer. There is a lovely patisserie in Sautron that we walked to through the woods. What a relaxing stay we had-thanks Anne et Fabrice!
