We sought by renovating this building to marry the old and the modern and to give this cottage a year 1900 spirit when it was built. All the household appliances are new. The accommodation is bold with stone construction, cool in summer and several shaded areas in the park allow you to rest. You have access to the whole vacation rental and the park. (The entire cottage and park is private), there is only the pool that is available only occasionally depending on the period and occupancy of it. (contact us as soon as you book to ensure available pool slots). We are close to the cottage, so we can inform you throughout the stay. Give you some good tips or learn about places to visit in the area. Located only 35 minutes from Bordeaux, between Saint-Émilion and Blaye, the cottage enjoys a quiet and wooded environment, conducive to relaxation. Several hiking trails pass a few hundred yards away. You are 1 km from Gauriaguet train station which serves the city of Bordeaux (30 min) and St André de Cubzac (10 min). Depending on the dates of booking of your stay, you can enjoy our heated swimming pool or the activities offered there. (Aquagym, Aquabike).

Come and relax in the heart of the Côtes de Bourg vineyard. At the gates of Bordeaux, 800 m from the first castles and remarkable sites (cave, citadels, mill), this independent studio for 2 people located in our property, welcomes you for quiet moments. It is equipped with a sleeping area with 160 bed, shower room, sitting area and equipped kitchenette. We gladly share the (unheated) swimming pool, which can be used as soon as temperatures permit, usually from June to September.

Dans une maison du XIXe et son parc de 5000m2, rénovée en 2020, profitez d un logement indépendant de 90m2 dans une aile de la maison, avec sa cuisine, sa salle de bain, une chambre parentale de 15m2 avec lit double, une chambre de 11m2 pour enfants avec 2 lits simple (transformable en lit à 180), de son salon de 30m2, et d'une terrasse privée. The guest house "Le figuier du clos d'Emilion" adjoins our house, which has been completely renovated and tastefully furnished to offer all modern comforts. They have a fully equipped kitchen and a shared garden with barbecue, plancha and fryer. The fruit trees offer you sunny or shady places and we have installed sunbeds for your comfort. "Le clos d'Emilion" is located 5 minutes from the village of Saint Emilion and a few steps from the Dordogne.

Quiet countryside, without any vis-à-vis. The studio consists of direct access to the 6 seater hot tub, which will be exclusively dedicated to you with no time limit. A perfect temperature depending on the season. Even nicer in winter Ideal for a relaxing evening for two. Heated pool. You can check in from 6pm (Airbnb announces 3pm I can't change) Check out the next day 11am. If possible, I adapt for check-in times. (Towels not included)
