Independent 20 m² studio adjoining our main residence in a quiet residential area. Parking is available on the sidewalk in front of the studio or in designated spaces in the residential area less than 200 meters away. Access to the studio can be done independently via a private entrance with an access code. The accommodation is a 5-minute drive from St André de Cubzac train station, and a 20-minute TER train ride from Bordeaux St Jean train station. Very easily accessible from the A10 and N10.
