Alojamiento fenomenal, limpio y con todo lo necesario. Vicente muy amable nos aconsejó sobre servicios en la zona y se mostró a disposición para todo lo que necesitábamos.

The unit could not be in a better location. right next to Plaza de la Reina and the cathedral. it is very spacious and the bed is large.

El alojamiento está situado en la calle principal de Calpe, en una zona con mucho ambiente y cerca de la playa. La casa es muy agradable, está decorada con muy buen gusto y cuidada. Su Terraza es enorme, ideal para el verano, y posee ventilador y aire acondicionado. En cuanto al contacto con Virginia, excelente, en todo momento se preocupó por explicarnos todo, adaptar horarios y resolvernos cualquier duda. Ha sido una gran anfitriona. Cuando vayamos a Calpe, repetiremos sin duda.

Estupendo apartamento para ir con niños. El menaje de la cocina un poco corto (cubiertos y platos) pero el resto perfecto. Hemos pasado unos días estupendos

One of the best places we have stayed at. Two balconies, then You always have a private place with the sun where you can relax. Good kitchen with microwave, which you can use as a grill. Very comfortable bed, quiet. Neighbors are not heard, unless they make a loud noise in the middle of the night. Beautiful pool and some cute fluffy pets on the around (cats). Near the stunning hiking trail with a very beautiful view, private parking and multiple Chair of supermarkets and restaurants. Absolutely recommend!

We really enjoyed our stay. The apartment was very clean and comfortable and we particularly loved the balcony space. The facilities in the building were first class and we used the indoor pool every day. Swim caps are required but can be bought for €3 at the desk. Views are incredible and it was only a 30 minute walk to the old town. A taxi home was only €7 and a 5 minute drive. The beach is a 5 minute walk away and shops nearby. All the staff were friendly and the gated security entrance gave you a nice feeling of security. We are already thinking of booking for next year as it is the most relaxed we have felt in recent holidays.

El piso es tal como en las fotos, nuevo e impecable de limpio. Para cuatro personas sobra espacio, hay dos baños que lo hace cómodo y un buen balcón. No es muy caluroso y tiene aire acondicionado central que funciona muy bien. La zona de las piscinas está muy bien. Está en una zona tranquila, pero andando a poco mas de 5 minutos tienes bares y supermercados. A la playa 10 minutos andando, aunque si vas en coche se aparca fácil en la playa. El puerto esta a unos 15 minutos andando (ahí si que no es fácil aparcar si vas en coche). Lo único negativo es que el anuncio pone que tiene parking en las instalaciones y no es así, pero la verdad es que aparcamos en la misma calle del piso todos los días pese a ser agosto. La entrega de llaves fue puntual y la comunicación con Natalia fácil y rápida.

Beautiful apartment with a nice balcony. Even though it was December, we enjoyed sitting on the balcony and seeing the ocean. The apartment is very comfortable and has everything you need for a long-term stay. We stayed 2 weeks and it was lovely. The beach is just a couple of blocks down the street. The walk to Benidorm Old Town takes about an hour, but there are busses that run frequently and the bus stop is very close. There are a lot of bars and restaurants in the area. The only negative is that there is a karaoke bar below the apartment. Luckily, it was off season and they were only open a couple of nights, but it was very loud and they are open until 1:00 a.m. Other than that, the apartment is amazing and Angelika is a fantastic host.

My partner, my parents-in-law and I had a wonderful stay at Cathy's Appartement at Cumbre del Sol. The view blew us away when we walked in on our first day. It is clean, nicely equipped and comfortable. The location is stunning and close enough to supermarkets, restaurants, beaches, hikes, etc. Absolutely recommended this accommodation and Cathy as your superhost!

I recently completed my second stay at this apartment at Sunset Waves, and it was another fantastic experience! I stayed for three weeks, and everything about the apartment exceeded my expectations once again. Antonio was a great host who ensured everything was seamless, with a very convenient contactless check-in process that made arriving and settling in so easy. The apartment was spotless on arrival, and the attention to cleanliness truly made it feel like a home away from home. The amenities at Sunset Waves are amazing! The heated pool was perfect for unwinding at any time of day, and the on-site gym was a huge plus, allowing me to keep up with my fitness routine throughout my stay. It’s rare to find a place that offers such a fantastic combination of comfort, cleanliness, and top-notch amenities, all while being in such a convenient location. I can’t recommend Antonios place at Sunset Waves enough, and I’m already looking forward to my next stay.

A great, modern apartment which served as a perfect base for the Valencia marathon. Good transport links nearby (the bus) to the centre of Valencia and very easy check in - would definitely recommend!

Our stay was excellent! The place was spotlessly clean, very well equipped, and within walking distance of the beach, charming neighborhoods, grocery stores, and public transportation for exploring further areas. Even though two of the beds were sofa beds, they were extremely comfortable, and the home had everything we needed to enjoy our time there. Communication was also great throughout!
