Encantadas con la casa! Muy amplia y muy buena ubicación, a 10 minutos de Gandía. La casa estaba muy limpia, nos sorprendió muy positivamente y es ideal para grupos. Elena es un encanto, muy pendiente de que estuviéramos cómodas y super amable! Volveremos sin duda.

he estado el puente de mayo . la comunicación con Sonia es inmediata y estupenda. El alojamiento muy cerca de la playa ,limpio y confortable ..con vistas al mar ...yo he estado muy a gusto ..Lo que esperaba , necesitaba y he tenido ...

La atención de los dueños ha sido inmejorable tanto para nuestra llegada, recomendaciones de sitios dónde comer, hasta nuestra salida que nos han dado flexibilidad, cosa que se agradece muchísimo. La piscina del apartamento increíble y súper tranquila y la casa en sí súper espacioso, bonito y limpio.

Un apartamento maravilloso!!! Ubicación inmejorable con vistas al mar y piscina en una playa muy tranquila. El apartamento tiene de todo a destacar una terraza cubierta donde comer viendo el mar y Alfonso súper amable nos indico muchos lugares donde ir y estuvo en todo momento pendiente de nosotros. Sin duda volveríamos de nuevo.

We had a perfect vacation in Oliva! Pilar was really supportive and nice whenever we needed anything for our family trip. The accommodation was perfect for our small children. It was clean, close to the beach and restaurants and super easy to reach. We had an epic view of the ocean and the sunrise. Pilar was really friendly and did not hesitate to help us whenever she could and made sure we had the greatest time in her suite. By providing additional equipment for our little ones, she enabled us to leave the bulky luggage at home. This really stands out in my opinion! With all these benefits, the apparent is absolutely suitable for longer stays. We have been there for a month and would definitely do it again! Thank you Pilar for this memorable time!

Der Aufenthalt bei Lucia war eine absolute 10/10. Angefangen bei der Kommunikation vor meiner Reise nach Gandia, die überragend war. Die Wohnung an sich hat eine überragende Lage. Nur wenige Gehminuten zum Strand. Die Wohnung ist top eingerichtet, sehr sehr gemütlich und an Sauberkeit nicht zu überbieten. Uns wurden für den Aufenthalt sogar diverse Softdrinks und Milch in den Kühlschrank gestellt. Außerdem waren einige Sachen zum Frühstück (Toastbrot, Marmelade,…) vorhanden. Begrüßt wurden wir mit Schokohasen, Roche und anderen süßen Aufmerksamkeiten. Während des Aufenthalts ist Lucia stets erreichbar gewesen und war sehr bemüht den Aufenthalt so angenehm wir nur möglich zu gestalten. Check-In / Check-Out sehr sehr einfach gestaltet, egal zu welcher Uhrzeit ihr anreist. Preis unschlagbar für eine Wohnung dieser Art (wir waren vom 25.-04. Mai vor Ort) Einfach eine Wohlfühloase und eine absolute Weiterempfehlung!!!!

El apartamento es acogedor y tiene todos los servicios tal como se describen. Nuestra estancia resultó acogedora. Tuvimos buena atención para el check in y check out. Estamos agradecidos.

La estancia en la casa ha sido muy buena. coincidía perfectamente con las fotos. la comunicación con el anfitrión fue muy ágil y la ubicación excelente, a escasos metros de la entrada a la playa.

Ich habe zwei Wochen in dem Apartment verbracht und es war wirklich schön! Insbesondere die kompakte Größe, der Innenhof und die vielseitige Ausstattung (Strandutensilien, Babystuhl, Nespresso-Maschine mit Kapseln etc.) haben den Aufenthalt sehr angenehmen gemacht. Ruben war außerordentlich hilfsbereit, immer erreichbar und hat mir ein rundum gutes Gefühl gegeben. Die Unterkunft ist 3 min zu Fuß vom Strand entfernt und nahe an Restaurants und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten.

Ángela nos facilitó todo, la casa increíble, en una ubicación inmejorable con vistas increíbles, todo limpio y completo. Muy recomendable y pensamos repetir! 😃

Wir hatten einen wundervollen Aufenthalt bei Javier. Die Wohnung hat eine traumhafte Lage zum Meer und zur umliegenden Gastronomie. Man konnte auch immer problemlos in der Straße, direkt vor der Wohnung, einen Parkplatz finden. Das ist für uns wichtig, da wir viel unterwegs sind an der wunderschönen Costa Blanca. Das Bett war unglaublich bequem. Der Wasserdruck in der Dusche perfekt. Javier war stets top zu erreichen und hat uns alle Wünsche erfüllt. Er hat uns extra Strandstühle und einen Sonnenschirm usw. bereitgestellt. Es gab leckere Orangen von der familieneigenen Plantage - ein Traum. Als er uns persönlich besucht hat, war er super sympathisch und hat uns noch tolle Tipps gegeben. Wir werden sehr gerne wiederkommen.

El alojamiento no se puede valorar por cada euro pagado, creo que la mejor manera de decirlo es que vale la pena cada segundo que pasamos en el. Ha sido el primer viaje con nuestro hijo de 3 meses y tiene todas las comodidades que puedes desear. Es un lugar que repetiré, no lo digo como frase prefabricada, es verdad, ya estamos gestionando tiempos en el trabajo para volver este año porque estamos encantados con el alojamiento y con el trato de Wilfried. Si buscas un lugar para desconectar con la familia, cerca de la naturaleza pero sin renunciar a las comodidades, este es el lugar.

Casa Malou is an absolutely outstanding find, a real gem! It is equipped with everything you could want for a beautiful and relaxing time! The kitchen it fully stocked, and the pool amenities are fantastic. The beds are very comfortable, the aircon is a great addition, and the place is very tastefully decorated. The location is great too, a very quick drive to multiple beaches and shops. The host was also really great and allowed us to check in very late at night and to check out quite late in the day, meaning we could enjoy an extra day in this slice of paradise. Highly recommend! Don’t hesitate, just book!

Apartamento en una zona residencial muy tranquila, con servicios y restaurantes cerca, y a 10 mins de la playa

Fuimos dos parejas, el piso estaba perfecto, igualito que en las fotos, a 10 minutos andando del paseo marítimo y la playa. Una urbanización muy tranquila y se encuentra muy bien aparcamiento. El anfitrión Javier siempre pendiente a nuestras necesidades y nos recomendó muchos sitios para ir. Sin duda volveré!

Our first time booking with Airbnb & Jorge was exceptional. Beautiful apartment, spotlessly clean & in a lovely location. Went above & beyond to accommodate our date change due to original flights being cancelled, fantastic communication from start to end. Todo ha estado genial, el piso limpio muy acogedor, nos ha dejado detalles para los niños, tambien para nosotros, agua y otras cosas... la cercania a la playa, y ni hablar de las vistas al mar, el supermercado muy cerca, repetiriamos sin dudarlo

Ich durfte eine Woche in Davids Unterkunft verbringen – und es war schlichtweg fantastisch! David ist ein aussergewöhnlich grosszügiger Mensch und ein Gastgeber mit ganzem Herzen. Schon bei der Ankunft spürte man, dass ihm das Wohl seiner Gäste wirklich am Herzen liegt. Er war nicht nur jederzeit erreichbar, sondern hat sich weit über das Übliche hinaus eingesetzt, damit wir uns rundum wohlfühlen konnten. Die Wohnung selbst ist ein echtes Juwel: stilvoll eingerichtet, top ausgestattet und unglaublich gemütlich. Die Küche liess keine Wünsche offen, und der Balkon war unser Lieblingsplatz zum Entspannen. Die Lage ist zudem einfach perfekt – ruhig gelegen und doch in wenigen Minuten zu Fuss oder mit dem Velo mitten im Geschehen. Ob Strand, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten oder Restaurants – alles ist schnell erreichbar. Es gib einen praktischen und einfach Zugang via App, ideal. Ein Aufenthalt, der keine Wünsche offen lässt – wir kommen definitiv wieder!

We had a wonderful stay at Alvaro’s apartment. The flat is amazing, super clean very good location and we found everything we looked for and more on this stay. The communication was amazing, the hosts availability exceptional and we enjoyed every minute spent in this quaint town and this amazing location.
