Cozy, comfortable, and great stay! Lovely cottage-like feel. Nice balcony with refreshing views. Super clean. Hosts are very hospitable and friendly. Will definitely return. Wish I spent more time in the lovely private garden. Great to meet Micky and Steven!

We had a wonderful stay. Eugene and Natalia were very helpful and always responsive. The place is beautiful, with a fun mid-century modern vibe, and the neighborhood is tucked into a beautiful valley and is particularly beautiful in spring. Everything is just as described and as seen in the photos. Very comfortable bed! I highly recommend it.

Ramil's place was located in a beautiful, quiet neighborhood, yet still close enough to San Francisco that traveling back and forth throughout the day was easy to do. This location was also only 15-20 minutes away from the Oakland airport. If we return to the Bay area anytime in the near future, I'll definitely be looking at Ramil's place again!

This is a very cute cottage feeling upstairs unit, decorated well and with an equipped kitchen! The hosts are very accommodating and even greeted us with a card and a loaf of sourdough bread Wendy baked and teas and treats, So kind! There's pretty ducks in the yard and a view of trees that happened to be covered in snow so we got a beautiful view, equipped with heaters in our rooms, we were very cosy. Thank you! I hope to return again.

I absolutely loved Sue's quiet, adorable cottage in Oakland. It was everything I wanted and more. She adds special touches that are above the normal expectations. There were snacks for us upon arriving too tired to go to the store. The mattress was amazingly comfortable. All amenities you could possibly need in the bathroom and kitchen and all very clean. Thank you Sue for sharing your home with us.

Megan's place is fantastic! It's like a beautiful hotel! The location is perfect with so many things in walking distance. It was very clean and Megan was very helpful and prompt in communication. Yes, you can hear people walking above, but it was never loud enough to be a distraction. If you plan on cooking, the kitchen is great but only non-stick cookware. Loved our stay!

We had a wonderful stay at this private Airbnb in Berkeley! The space was clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully set up. One of the standout features was the beautiful view — it made our mornings and evenings extra relaxing. We also really appreciated the air purifier in the unit — it’s the same model we use at home, and it’s rare to see hosts include one, so that was a nice touch. The kitchen was perfectly equipped with everything we needed (and more!), which made cooking easy and enjoyable. Highly recommend this spot for anyone looking for a nice and well-stocked place to stay! Thank you for hosting us. 😁

The place was a great homebase, great views, private, very comfy, close to town (restaurants, fast food joints, Walmart). Clearlake, itself, was interesting with an older crowd and the lake was anti-freeze green with algae so we didn't get in or fish like we had planned. Nearby Kelseyville was nice.

The place was really nice and had a well stocked kitchen. It was very clean when we checked in and was fairly large for our family of 4. If we needed to stay in the area we would return here.

Farzad’s home was spotless and stylish—easily the cleanest Airbnb we’ve ever stayed in. Every amenity we could need was thoughtfully provided, and the furniture and décor made the space feel truly luxurious. The location was just as impressive: gorgeous views, a quiet neighborhood, and quick drives to all the city’s sights. Farzad was an outstanding host, always responsive with helpful tips and information. We can’t wait to return and highly recommend this stay.

I really enjoyed my time at Trish’s place in Dunsmuir near Mt. Shasta. The yard and home are both cozy and lovely — I thoroughly enjoyed many peaceful moments in each. I spent most of my time out exploring nearby nature spots or in-around the town of Shasta, and found the home a great nest to adventure from and return to for more quite times. Trish’s communication was great and I appreciated her recommendations!

I loved my stay at Phil’s place. It was clean and spacious. The house is in beautiful surroundings. I loved seeing the wild life around. The two young deer that just hung out in the front yard. Manchester and Mendocino are some of my favorite places to stay.

The listing looks amazing and review were perfect, of course we went in with a little bit skepticism given some of our past experience with airbnb. But it ended up fully matching the high end of our expectation if not better. We are a family of 5 from the Bay Area going up for a spring break, had a perfect 3 day stay in the area both in and out of the house. The only hiccup in our stay is that the electric car charging plug didn't have power when we first arrived, the local host Megan responded but didn't follow-up so we reached out to the main host Terry, he quickly found a local electrician and resolved it as soon as he could. Overall it's a five star stay for us and cannot recommend the experience enough (already shared the place with some of our good friends)

We really enjoyed our stay - the house was spacious, very comfortable well appointed, well stocked and clean. A peaceful and calm neighbourhood. Near both places we needed to be so super convenient. Really helped us relax after stressful days. Kitchen was perfect for my husband who loves to cook.

Wonderfully clean and spacious home for my family. Bonus that pets are allowed, and the fully-fenced yard and doggy door were great for our pup! The neighborhood was quiet and felt very safe, with kids playing and biking nearby. There's also a playground and hiking trails nearby. It's a quick dash to downtown Sacramento, but away from the traffic and hustle. Beds were comfy, and the giant TV was great for watching movies. Would love to stay here again!

This was a great home base to explore Napa Valley. Very convenient access to the market for coffee each morning, although you don’t need it as the kitchen is very well stocked. Appreciated the sparkling water and snacks as nice touches! We were not bothered by the minimal noise from the upstairs neighbors. It was hardly noticeable and we were working remotely from the space all day. Live music on Friday nights as the resort was fun!

Us and another couple decided to take a few days off and head out to Napa for a midweek getaway. It was our 23rd year anniversary and both of our friend’s birthdays and 34th year anniversary! Matt’s rental was awesome. He was very responsive and within a couple hrs we rented the house. This beautiful condo is located in a gated community within 15-20 min walking distance to Silverado Resort. Checking in was easy and straight up. One of the rooms has a beautiful local view of the hills and houses around. Matt’s vacation rental is clean and neighbors are very quiet. The kitchen is loaded with all the necessary bowls, pans, utensils etc. Bathrooms were clean and plenty towels were provided. If you plan to have a nice stay in Napa i’ld definitely give them a try! 5 stars all around

Erin was a great host, she was proactive with communication before the stay started and would check up on us throughout the stay to make sure we were enjoying ourselves and to ask if there was anything we needed. Erin’s place looks exactly like photos and is clean, it’s definitely worth the money. I have stayed at the resort itself a few times and IMO Erin’s place is cleaner and nicer than the resorts 1 bedroom suites

We had the best stay in San Francisco thanks to finding this apartment! The views are stunning and you can see all the best of SF from the windows. The hosts were wonderful, very helpful and lovely and the apartment itself was beautifully decorated and artistic we felt very comfortable. I would highly recommend and would definitely return. Robyn’s place was perfect for our visit to Golden 1 to watch the Kings play. It was easy access to the arena, safe, clean, and quiet. Would stay there again!

Kate’s condo was beautiful, very clean, well equipped. The pictures are accurate, but found it to be cuter in person😊. The location is lovely and quiet, and a short drive to town and wineries. We live in SF but had friends traveling cross country trip in their camper, so was great to have a place where we could invite them for a meal and sit casually and comfortably while catching up over wine… and Kate left us a bottle, so that was nice! We looked at hotels while deciding where to stay but most were more expensive with no real seating area (definitely not for 4) and no kitchen, which would have required us to sit at a restaurant/bar to do the same as we did at a much higher rate (btwn the room, meals and drinks). So all in all we were a ton more comfortable and spent a lot less money staying here. Would definitely stay again! Thanks Kate!

5 stars! Easy directions for room key pick up. Very convenient underground parking in building. There were snacks to welcome us, and well stocked kitchen and bathroom. They even had phone chargers in every room. The place was very clean and directly in the village next to a lovely wine bar. Would absolutely stay here again. Easy access to the lifts (approx 5 min) and all the restaurants and bars are stars away.
