Monthly Rentals in Saanich Peninsula

We stayed at Paul's suite for two days and wish it had been longer. It is in a lovely cozy spot near the ferry terminal. A very short walk takes you down to the water, where there is a lovely view over the terminal and many moored boats. The Butchart gardens are a short drive away and a wonderful place to visit. The suite is well-equipped (note - no stove/cooktop). It has been tastefully renovated whilst still retaining its character. The heated bathroom floor is quite a treat. The area is residential and very quiet. Paul is an excellent host. He is friendly, welcoming and responsive.

Enjoyed my stay, although it was only for 1 night. It was easy to find because of the Cdn flag on the address post. Beyond the gate was a nice pathway leading to the lower suite. Very nice yard/garden. Once inside I was impressed with the the tasteful furniture & decor. I was very comfortable! Glad to see the extension section of the couch, with having arthritis it was nice to rest on the lounger. The bed was very comfortable also, it was the best sleep I had in the previous nights. The kitchen was well stocked, but unnecessary for me, just used for coffee.~ brought in take-out. The hosts were very helpful & any communication was sent/replied to ~ they very quick to respond. I only stayed 1 night because I needed to catch the Brentwood Bay Ferry in the morning, it was so enjoyable, would have been nice to stay longer! I would stay there again if I'm in that neighborhood. I would highly recommend this suite and the hosts were wonderful!

Jana’s place was beautiful and comfortable. Had everything we needed and more, including breakfast items which was a really nice touch. Outfitted with cute retro decor and comfortable beds. Would recommend to anyone going to the area. Walking distance to restaurants and the ocean, in a very quiet neighbourhood. 10/10

I liked Colleen's place. Very neat, and accurate from the description and photos posted. Colleen was very prompt and quick to respond whenever I had a problem. Highly recommend.
