The apartment is very spacious, spotlessly clean, and well furnished. It’s truly a home away from home, with a full bath, a fully-equipped kitchen, a bedroom with a large double bed, and a living room with a single bed. The layout can comfortably accommodate 4 people. More importantly, the apartment is within walking distance to all major attractions as well as numerous restaurants in the old town. The only drawback is that the apartment is on the 3rd floor but there is no elevator, which could be difficult for people with mobility issues or carrying large bags. The host is warm, responsive, and extremely thoughtful. He goes out of his way to accommodate us during our stay. Definitely one of the best places to stay in Salzburg.

Wir waren mit unserer Tochter 1,5 Jahre alt, für 10 Tage in der Unterkunft. Es war sehr schön und es hat uns super gefallen. Alles war super beschrieben und problemlos. Uns wurde sogar ein Kinderbett zur Verfügung gestellt, weshalb wir dies glücklicherweise nicht von zuhause mitbringen mussten. Vielen Dank für die tolle Zeit! Wir haben den Urlaub, den wir dringend brauchten, sehr genossen. Wir können es definitiv weiterempfehlen.

Wir sind als Paar mit Hund verreist. Der Aufenthalt war total schön! Man hat sich direkt wohl gefühlt. Die Wohnung ist gemütlich und praktisch eingerichtet. Direkt vor der Haustür natürlich das schöne Leogang! Alles ist super zu Fuß erreichbar. Wir werden wieder kommen!

We had the pleasure of staying at this incredible Airbnb and after having stayed at another lodge in the past 2 years, and I cannot recommend it highly enough! 
From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with exceptional hospitality by Daniela, who made us feel right at home.The listing was extremely clean, every corner of the place was spotless. The attention to detail was remarkable, from the fresh linens to the well-stocked kitchen.
The location is also perfect for exploring the stunning surroundings. With breathtaking views that made every morning feel like a dream, and nearby activities, it was the ideal getaway. We truly appreciated the Daniela’s tips for local attractions which enhanced our stay even further.The listing included all the amenities one could possibly need and an amazing sauna, ensuring a comfortable and enjoyable long stay. Ingrid was a fantastic host. Her commumication before and during our stay was excellent. She met us personally on arrival and when we left, providing helpful hints and tips about the local area. The apartment was in a great location within Hallstatt and ideal for visiting the surrounding areas. Providing a dedicated parking space outside the apartment was really helpful given the parking restrictions in the village itself. The apartment was spotless and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Ingrid thought of everything from robes to slippers, umbrellas to toiletries and much more. We had a lovely relaxing week and are very grateful for Ingrid's care and consideration throughout. We would highly recommend this apartment if you are visiting Hallstatt and surrounding areas.

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt, der Kontakt war sehr freundlich und Olli war extrem schnell im Antworten. Der Check In mittels Schlüsselbox war super easy, der Spar direkt gegenüber. Die Wohnung war sauber und mit Liebe zum Detail vorbereitet, sodass wir uns direkt wohl gefühlt haben. Für mich, mit meinen knapp 2m, war es sehr wichtig, dass das Bett an den Füßen offen war. Natürlich war auch die Möglichkeit, das Freibad und Minigolf kostenlos zu nutzen super und wir konnten uns durch die komplette Karte der reichlich zur Verfügung stehlenden Restaurants futtern. Wirklich ein toller Urlaub, vielen Dank. :)

Wir hatten bei Frieder ein wirklich schönen Aufenthalt. Die Umgebung war wunderschön, nah am Wald und ringsherum sehr sehr ruhig. Frieder war sehr freundlich, aufmerksam und da, wenn er gebraucht wurde. Alles war sehr unkompliziert. Sehr zu empfehlen!

Wir hatten einen schönen Aufenthalt in der Wohnung. Wir waren als Familie mit 2 Kindern da- 6 und 10 Jahre. Wir wurden von Joki (sie wohnt im Nachbarhaus- und ist für den Check-in zuständig) mega freundlich empfangen- sie ließ uns gleich ihr gerade Gebackenes probieren, während ich die Gästekarte ausfüllte. Außerdem konnten wir schon um ca 15 Uhr in die Wohnung, anstatt erst um 16 Uhr. Das Schlafsofa der Kinder ist allerdings nicht so bequem, jedenfalls der vordere Teil. Aber für die eine Woche kann man das auch akzeptieren. Alles war super sauber in der Wohnung, nur das Treppenhaus roch unangenehm- dafür kann ja aber unser Gastgeber nichts. Denn da wurde vermutlich geraucht, oder es zog Rauch aus den anderen Wohnungen ins Treppenhaus. Das Badezimmer ist neu und alles war Blitz sauber. Ich kann es nur empfehlen. Chalet Rosenstein is in a very serene and scenic location. The interior including the beds was cozy and comfortable. The playground was a nice addition for our grandchildren. It was one of the nicest Airbnb s we have stayed in. Highly recommend it.

Für eine größere Gruppe eine perfekte Unterkunft! Es gibt gemütliche Zimmer für den Rückzug und ein großzügiges Wohnzimmer sowie Terasse fürs Zusammensein. Die Wohnung samt Küche sind perfekt ausgestattet. Die Lage mit dem See hinter dem Haus ist perfekt und ein wunderbarer Ausgangspunkt für Wanderungen!

WOW! Als wir während des Buchens die Fotos der Unterkunft sahen, fragten wir uns, ob die Realität uns ernüchternd einholen könnte. Aber das Gegenteil trat ein: Vor Ort ist es noch schöner als auf den Fotos. Man checkt unkompliziert in eine Wohlfühloase ein. Ein warmes Gefühl von zu Hause mit gleichzeitigem cleanen Charakter, eine perfekte Mischung. Für mich persönlich war es ein erster Urlaub, der einen wahren Entspannungsrahmen haben sollte und einen großen Erfolgsanteil hatte das tolle Casa. Kamin per Knopfdruck eingestellt, gemütliche Stunden auf der Fensterbank mit dem Blick in die Ferne und auf die Seilbahn, anschließend ein Saunagang mit Bergpanorama und vor dem Schlafengehen - übrigens in einem tollen Bett - ein Swirlpoolaufenthalt. Was will man (oder auch Frau) mehr? Die Küche bietet alle Möglichkeiten, um sich selbst zu versorgen. Auch unser Hund hat sich „bully“wohl gefühlt und genoss die ausgedehnten Spaziergänge, die sich rund um die Chalets anbieten. Toll!!!

Perfect place to spend the week with the family. Lots to do within a short drive. Felt like home and had everything we needed and more! Great that there was a washer and dryer.

Wir waren bereits das zweite Mal bei Stuart zu Gast und haben uns gleich wieder wie Zuhause gefühlt! Es ist wirklich toll Stuart als Gastgeber zu haben, er ist gut erreichbar, immer nett und hilfsbereit :). Man hat das ganze Haus für sich, was ein großer Luxus ist und wir immer sehr genießen! In Kaprun kann man alles vom Haus aus zu Fuß erreichen, hat aber gleichzeitig seine Ruhe um sich super zu erholen. Wir kommen bestimmt noch mehrmals wieder um Stuarts Gäste zu sein :)!

We had an unforgettable stay at Hallstatt Lakeview House! The views were absolutely stunning — truly some of the best in the area. The home was clean, cozy, and perfectly located. Our hosts were incredibly attentive and helpful, providing detailed instructions that made finding the house easy. We’re so grateful for the opportunity to stay here and would absolutely return. Highly recommended!

Evelyn was very receptive with all communications prior to our arrival. She provided very detailed instructions on the self check-in process, which went very smoothly. The apartment has all the required amenities, was clean and spacious. Its location provides easy access to the Salzburg Castle, the city itself, shops, supermarkets restaurants, etc. We stayed for two days and the cost was extremely competitive when compared to other accommodation places. We also had three bicycles which we were able to store securely in the seller for the duration of our day. I would have liked to have met Evelyn in person, but I understand that people may wish to keep their business separate from their private lives. I have no complaints whatsoever about our stay at this accommodation.

Alles wie beschrieben, Stephanie hat sehr schnell geantwortet und die Wohnung hat einen persönlichen Touch. Die Lage ist natürlich super. Check-in läuft persönlich und man bekommt nicht einfach nur einen keycode übermittelt, was wir schön finden. Für unser Kind wurde auch alles bereitgestellt. Dazu gab es ausreichend Handtücher und eine kleine Grundausstattung in der Küche wie Tee, Kaffee, Öl, Müsli und Milch.

Eine sehr schöne Unterkunft in der Nähe von Hallstatt. Andreas ist sehr hilfsbereit und fürsorglich. Diese Unterkunft kann ich jedem wärmstens empfehlen

This apartment was spacious and within 20 minutes walk of historic Salzburg. A bus stop is conveniently located across the street. We appreciated Gregor’s responsiveness to our questions. We had the opportunity to meet his parents and found them to be lovely people. Be sure to bring your own shampoo and coffee. We would stay here again!

El departamento es muy confortable, tiene todo lo que se necesita para pasar unas breves vacaciones. Un balcón que invita a la reflexión. El paisaje es tan atrapante!! Un lugar paradisíaco. La ubicación es muy buena para acceder al bus (a la vuela de la esquina) que acerca a la estación donde se toma el otro bus para ir al Nido del Águila. Nosotros fuimos en auto a Berchtesgaden y fui muy sencillo llegar. Es decir tiene todo para ser recomendado: departamento completo, lugar paradisíaco, fácil acceso al pueblo. Además Tania siempre estuvo en contacto para facilitarnos las cosas.

Wir wurden herzlich von Iris empfangen und erhielten sofort viele wichtige Informationen zu unserem Aufenthalt in Mondsee. Die zentrale Lage der Wohnung bietet zahlreiche Möglichkeiten, um die Gegend zu erkunden. Wir hatten eine schöne Zeit und können die Wohnung nur weiterempfehlen.

Wir haben die Wohnung von Annemarie für 6 Nächte gebucht. Der Check-In so wie auch das auschecken war selbstständig und ohne Probleme per Schlüsselbox und Schlüssel auf den Tisch liegen lassen möglich. Die Wohnung war sauber und vollkommen ausreichend ausgestattet. Der Balkon ist wunderschön und man hätte bei guten Wetter einen wunderschönen Ausblick. Wir würde die Wohnung immer wieder buchen wenn wir in der Gegend Urlaub machen wollen.
