Die Wohnung ist über eine außenliegende Treppe erreichbar (Hanglage!). Die FeWo besitzt 2 Schlafzimmer mit insgesamt 3 Betten (1 Kinderbett zusätzlich möglich). Ebenso befindet sich eine ausziehbare Couch in der Wohnung. Die sonnige Terrasse mit blick auf ist ein absolutes highlight die Leoganger Steinberge bzw. auf die Leoganger Grasberge.

My house is 5 minutes away form the Ski Lift Station to walk and 2 minutes with car. In the summer months i have a big garden with a small Creek, a wood direktly at the backside of my house and apple trees. The house is perfekt to use the bikepark leogang because you can lock all your bikes in the house and it is only 5 minutes away from the bike park. I have a big Garage were you can clean your bikes and keep your skiis, bikes and cars inside. My house is also perfekt for hiking.

Die Zehen schreien, die ach so tolle Funktionsunterhose nass, der Skistock im Auge vom Göttergatten, der SUV zerkratzt, die Kaas nockeln drücken im Magen aber zum Glück trägt der Glühwein die letzten Meter... Oder die Blasen in den uneingelaufenden Bergstiefeln sind aufgeplatzt, der mal wieder zu schwer gepackte Wanderrucksack hängt nur noch auf einer Schulter, den Bauchgurt braucht man gar nicht, aber zum Glück gibts die Badewanne ... Und morgen wird ja Golf gespielt.

It's a perfect place for a winter or summer holiday. The chalet is located at an altitude of 1,000m with breathtaking views of the surrounding Hochkoenig valley. The skiing slopes are only a 50 meter walk from the chalet. Directly from the chalet you can quickly reach several great MTB routes or hiking tours.
