A beautiful place to stay that delivers what the pictures promise! The apartment is excellently equipped, including two coffee machines (filter and Nespresso) and a great sauna. Situated on the outskirts, you can start hiking directly. However, the restaurants in the neighboring towns were probably closed during the week due to the low season, but the great kitchen is perfect for self-catering. The landlords are proactive in trying to give us a nice and smooth stay and have regularly asked if everything is okay. In addition, the caretaker service clarified in advance how the rooms should be divided and took over the handover of the keys. It was a very relaxing vacation, which we like to think back to and we would come back!

Located in the beautiful mountains, perfect for hiking. When the weather is nice, the view is very nice. To all drivers: It gets curvy, steep and sometimes a few cows join the road :) All in all it was a perfect holiday for us.

If you want to really switch off, I can only recommend this farmhouse to you! We felt completely comfortable here from the first moment. The house dates from 1770 and has its very own distinctive charm. There is an incredible amount of space: e.g. a billiard room for social evenings, a fireplace where you want to read for hours or play games, a very spacious and cozy kitchen, and even a sauna. The many bedrooms are perfect to retreat when needed – especially with children or in changeable weather a real plus. We really enjoyed heating with the wood-burning stoves – that makes the whole house even more cozy. The kids were in heaven too! Goats, sheep, ponies, chickens and rabbits (which you were also allowed to feed!) The location is also just perfect: Beautiful hiking and mountain tours start right outside the door. It was an all-around beautiful time for us - we'll definitely be back next year.

We stayed in the house for a week as a group of 8 people. Overall, we liked it very much. The kitchen is great for cooking together. The parlor is nice to sit together and eat. Everything was clean and well maintained. The only criticism from our side is the fridge, which was a little small, for the number of people. The location was also great, slightly on the mountain with views of the valley. We will be happy to come back.

We were for a girls vacation in the beautiful laundry house in Grassau. The place is totally cute and shopping is within walking distance. The location is a very good starting point for hikes on site, but day trips to Königssee or Tegernsee can also be reached within an hour's drive. Lake Chiemsee is "next door" and there are plenty of possibilities there too. The house was super nicely decorated and we felt very comfortable.

Highly recommend , very close to the glacier , ski slopes. Lots of good restaurants nearby

We had a wonderful stay in Hollersbach im Pinzgau! We have been going on ski holidays with many friends for years. This year we were a total of 15 people and 4 children. The place was excellent! Starting from the quiet location (but at the same time also only 5 minutes by car to the lift) with 50 m distance to the Sahnealm (delicious food, highly recommended!) to the great room layout, which is especially outstanding for families with children. The common area is on the first floor, all bedrooms on the upper floors. This means that you can be loud downstairs even though the children are sleeping. The staff of the Sahnealm are also responsible for the accommodation, which made communication much easier. The house is very well equipped with spacious, well-divided rooms (almost each with its own bathroom), a large kitchen and a cozy lounge. Overall a very nice stay, we have already booked again for next year!

It is a wonderful place to spend time with family and friends.

We booked the house to spend three days together with our six patchwork and stepchildren around our wedding. The location is perfect, we had plenty of space, everyone felt very comfortable and we had a great time there. The roof terrace was worth its weight in gold in the beautiful weather - and there were plenty of ways to spend free time together or alone. The beds are great, we slept like a log, and the decor is lovingly and tastefully designed. The bathrooms are like new and very chic - our children couldn't stop saying "Ahh" and "Ohh," and we got a lot of praise from them for our choice of location. Hosts are very kind and always eager. Whenever we needed anything, someone came by and took care of us - otherwise we had the perfect privacy, which we enjoyed very much. Overall highly recommended, we would come back any time.

Great spot for our family ski trip. We really enjoyed spending time together in the open floor plan living area and it was plenty of space for our 7 adults and 1 toddler. The home is well taken care of and thoughtfully designed and outfitted. Tania and Andreas helped us organize a cot and highchair for our son, which we really appreciated! Some body soap and shampoo/conditioner would have been helpful in the bathrooms but other than this very small critique we had a lovely stay and are already discussing the idea of coming back for mountain biking and hiking in some future summer! I was worried this location would be too far from the slopes, but walking into town each day was enjoyable and it was easy to catch the bus! (You can rent a locker for gear at the base of the slopes so there’s no need to lug anything back and forth). We really enjoyed our stay and highly recommend this spot!

Stay was perfect. Great communication with the host! The apartment was very clean and exactly as described. We were there for skiing and could get into the ski bus just outside the apartment door. We'll be happy to come back!

The place was very nice, clean and in a top location. Barbecue and hair dryer were available against expectation. The extra charge we paid for the administrative burden of Belvilla was a bit high. Could you have avoided the direct landlord privately I would be happy to come back there.

Lovely home in a lovely location. Travel tip: Exactly follow house rules and have a vehicle is required, as the house is located remotely from the store and lake. Very nice hosts, all problems were solved with Kiara in the best possible way. Be sure to read the rules in the voucher carefully and you are provided with a paradise vacation.
