Very nice cottage in a beautiful area. Very pleasant stay

We stayed at this beautiful cottage with 9 adults and 2 children. The furnishings are very tasteful,the beds mega comfortable, the bathrooms were very clean. How we felt very comfortable. Also our hostess/hostess was very nice and accommodating. Also the location was perfect. So for us 5 stars 😊

A real gem, 10/10 ! An absolutely fantastic place!!! Can highly recommend it. The house is surrounded by stunning scenery with lots of great activities to do and also very well served in terms of resteraunts, shops etc in the village nearby. The house was very spacious, spotlessly clean and very well equipped. We immediately felt at home. A very cosy place to stay. We will certainly try to come back as we had a great family holiday.

Despite many participating companies that are behind the offer, everything worked out well. The house was very clean and offers a lot for the money in small space. We had a good stay.

Beautiful house and equipped with all the comforts. Covered parking, sauna, private ski room and the kitchen and bathrooms with every comfort! We were very lucky with an early book price so the price/quality ratio was really very good. Hey contact with the host via Airbnb and with the manager on site went very well and quickly. In terms of location, a nice central place between the Wildkogel ski resort and Zillertal Arena. Also the Krimml waterfall very close. In short, this accommodation is recommended if you don't mind not being right on the slopes.

A super house that gave us loads of space. Incredible location with easy walking access to the lake - of which we spent everyday in it!

The place was very tastefully decorated. Very quiet location of the chalet. Upon arrival, we noticed deficiencies, but these were remedied immediately if possible ( toilet lid loose, balcony door broken...) . Very dedicated hosts who are happy to take care of the well-being of their guests. What might be improved would be the reservation of the sauna. One hour daily for 7 people is very little. Thank you for the hospitality, we felt very comfortable.

We were a large group, three families.we had a lovely stay and were really delighted with the boot room and the kitchen which had everything we needed, as a group with children and eating in most nights the two dishwashers were a stroke of genius. The whole house really was exactly what we needed, not to far a drive from the bubble lift, maybe 8 minutes but ski schools are all on the other side of the valley maybe an 16-20 minute drive. Thanks for a lovely week if we’re coming back to Kitzbüheler again we’ll definitely try to stay here

We have booked the house for a family weekend. Due to the spaciousness and the garden, the group was well distributed, which was very pleasant. For the children, the associated garden was a dream. Overall a very family-friendly ambience.

We stayed with 8 adults and 3 children in the house. We had plenty of room for everyone. The kitchen was well equipped so far. A little more choice of pots/pans and bowls would have been nice but we were able to eat very well. The garden and terrace were spacious and provided plenty of room for us. Unfortunately, it was not clear in the photos that in the meantime some houses were still built in the immediate vicinity and thus the property is not as spacious as expected in the photos. But all in all, we were very much at peace and can only recommend it.

Idyllic Austrian cottage, large capacity for big groups, fully furnished and all in good condition. Location is great if you’re traveling by car.

Stay was perfect. Great communication with the host! The apartment was very clean and exactly as described. We were there for skiing and could get into the ski bus just outside the apartment door. We'll be happy to come back!
