Welcome to our modern but warm House in the middle of the Tyrolian Alps. The Maisonette is build in a one Family House with its own Garden and Entrance. The Zur Loipe is just 15 min Walk to the Center and Shops. Just 5 min to the several Skiing Lifts by Car. For all our Cross Country Enthusiastics the Loipe is located just in front of the Garden, no Car is needed neither long Walks. Our House is in a Dead End Street that means no traffic, just the Residens. Suitable for a couple up to 2 kids

Welcome to our cozy, quiet and modern apartment with two separate bedrooms for maximum 5 guests. The apartment is south-facing and located on the sunny side between Zell am See and Kaprun in the peaceful district of Fürth, offering a stunning view over Kaprun and the Kitzsteinhorn ski area and its glacier. The locals from Zell call this area "the sunny mountain" of Zell and it is the perfect starting point for hiking trips in the summer and downhill/nordic skiing adventures in the winter.

Fichterhof

Our Fichtern farm is located at the foot of the Bichlalm approx. 20 minutes walk from the city center and is home to 15 horses and 2 ponies. The apartment is located in the attic with extra entrance and has a living room with sofa bed and balcony, bedroom with double bed, kitchen with dishwasher, electric stove, egg cooker, toaster, coffee maker. Bathroom with shower and bathtub and an extra toilet. Our tap water is the best in the world, you don't have to carry still water.

Our lovingly renovated farm is located at 1000 m above sea level in Thumersbach, the sunny side of Zell am See. The view of the mountains and Lake Zell is simply stunning. Enjoy the quiet, sunny location of our farm and recharge your batteries. The Stoffenhof can accommodate 12 people. Many hikes can be started directly from the farm. Wi-Fi is of course available. In winter, you can reach the family ski area Schmittenhöhe in Zell am See in just 15 minutes by car.

All animals or dishes shown are not part of the house's offer, but can be discovered on the surrounding alpine pastures!

The farm is situated in a quiet, secluded location. On the farm there are only two apartments and also a few Icelandic horses and sheep have their home here. Here you can relax and enjoy your vacation, whether in winter with the countless winter sports possibilities or in summer with numerous hiking possibilities and swimming lakes. The Ski World can be reached in 2 minutes by car, or you can walk 400 meters on foot and start your ski day directly on the slope.

Absolute secluded location and yet in the middle of the European sports region Kaprun, Zell am See. You can easily escape everyday life in our hut and spend cozy days with your families or friends. Our latest highlight is a smoker including an instruction book. Our hut is ideally suited for 2 to 4 people. Electricity + water available.

In addition, the Krimml Waterfalls and the Grossglockner High Alpine Road are close. The balcony with morning and evening sun and dream views of the Wilder Kaiser.

Double room in 250-year-old original Tyrolean farm. Wonderfully sunny and central location but still surrounded by nature. A 3,000 sqm garden invites you to sunbathe, play and barbecue in summer. Double room with toilet and shower, Wi-Fi and satellite TV. In the double room, there is a small fridge, coffee maker, a kettle, microwave, glasses, cups and flatware as a small starting aid for the day.
