For us, family with 2 small children it was perfect in summer period. Great house with all essential facilities and more. Fantastic location with such beatifull views. Peacefull and relaxing environment. The house is located near some nice villages and also near Zell am See. For kids there are enough playgrounds and a Zoo's nearby to visit. We loved the stay!

We had a wonderful stay at this charming place! The house is located in a stunning, peaceful environment, perfect for those seeking relaxation and tranquility. Birgit is such a friendly and kind person, she gave us helpful tips and recommendations. The apartment was super clean, and has a beautiful view to the surrounding mountains. The area offers plenty of activities and attractions, both in winter and in summer! I highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a getaway with great hospitality and fantastic amenities.

Dieser wunderschöne Ort sollte keinem weiterverraten werden, damit's dort weiterhin so schön ruhig bleibt und die Natur unberührt. Dem Essen von Michaela müsste man 6 von 5 Sternen geben: abwechslungsreich, gesund und geschmacklich hervorragend. Vielen Dank für die erholsamste Zeit des Jahres, da muss es nicht höchster Komfort sein, man hat alles was man braucht. Bis bald wieder.

Very comfortable and extremely clean home with a very accurate garden outside with a lot of games for the children and places to relax. The guest Marion was extremely friendly and she has paid a lot of attention also of the children. The house is super recommended!

Everything was perfect! Christine was friendly, accommodating, and communicative. The house was spacious, clean, and well equipped. A few good ski areas 15 min away. Saalbach a tad bit further (but better). Greatly recommend!

Nous avons apprécié l’approche amicale de Josef, elle a tout fait pour rendre notre séjour agréable. Sa maison est un petit coin de paradis, au milieu d’une nature exceptionnelle. Cela correspondait exactement à nos attentes.

we hebben een fijne week in het appartement gehad. op steenworpafstand van de skilift en skiën tot aan de voordeur (bij voldoende sneeuw). De slaapbank ligt niet optimaal, het 2 persoonsbed slaapt wel erg goed. volledig ingerichte keuken, prachtig uitzicht, gezellig huisje!

Es war ein sehr schöner Urlaub. Das Chalet hatte alles was man braucht um sich rundum wohl zu fühlen. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder.

This apartment is really wonderful - it is really spacious, very well furnished with a lot of well thought out features. It is very light and airy. It is in a quiet, rural location with fabulous views and walks that leave from outside the house. There is ample covered parking on site, which feels very secure. The apartment is only a short drive (or walk, bike ride) from Scheffau (c 2-3km) and there are more facilities (eg shops, restaurants, swimming pool) close by in Ellmau (a further 5 km). We had a wonderful time and I would highly recommend staying here.

Wir waren recht spontan über ein verlängertes Wochenende bei Maria zu Gast. Eine wunderschöne, blitzsaubere Wohnung und eine super erreichbare und zuvorkommende Maria als Gastgeberin! Wir wären gerne länger geblieben und waren mit Sicherheit nicht zum letzten Mal da!

Markus und deine Familie waren super Hosts! Der Standort ist ruhig mit einem wunderschönen Ausblick vom Tal. Die Zimmer fand ich sehr gemütlich und die Küche hat alle Geräte die man braucht. Der 270-Grade Balkon ist toll zu liegen und erholen. Die Laden in Mittersill sind nur zehn Minuten weit weg. Es gibt viele Möglichkeiten zu wandern und erfähren. Die Familie ist echt freundlich und hilfreich. Höchste Empfehlung!

We hebben enorm genoten van ons verblijf bij de Familie Steiner. Het uitzicht is fabulous en we hebben regelmatig van de zonsondergang en de mooie sterrenhemel kunnen genieten. Ook in de ochtend was het heerlijk wakker worden met een kop koffie met ontbijt op de veranda van het appartement met een fantastisch uitzicht over de vallei en de bergen rond Kitzbuhel. Vanuit het appartement hebben we tijdens onze verblijf elke dag een lange wandeling gemaakt en we kunnen de omgeving ook prima aanraden om te hiken. Het appartement is ruim en van alles voorzien en we kunnen het van harte aanbevelen.

We stayed at Jessica's and Horst's for about a week, a company of 4, for which the apartment is perfect. The place is very peaceful and calm, up on a hill overlooking the town, surrounded by hills from everywhere. It has a spacious balcony for dining, relaxing and looking at sunsets :) There's also an outside terrace with grilling amenities. Around the house there are usually lots of farm animals like sheep and donkeys, and Jessica let us pet them, which was very sweet :) In the town there are a couple of good grocery stores (they close at 7 p.m.), some nice restaurants. There are numerous beautiful hike routes around Mittersill of various difficulty. All in all there's everything you'd want from a country holiday. Jessica and Horst are always ready to help if something's needed. The only thing to keep in mind: if you're on foot, expect a climb up the hill to reach the house. (We were on foot and didn't find it too problematic.) Thank you, Jessica and Horst, for a delightful stay!

We waren op skivakantie met onze 2 kinderen in het appartement van Franz en Andrea. Zeer hartelijk persoonlijk ontvangen en vooraf kregen we al goede tips over skiles etc. Het appartement ligt 1 bocht onder de stoeltjeslift waar gratis prive parkeerplaatsen en een persoonlijke locker aanwezig is, ideaal! Voor het middenstation van de gondel moet je iets verder lopen of gewoon de stoeltjeslift pakken en 1 afdeling maken. ‘s ochtends heerlijke verse broodjes voor de deur maakt het helemaal af. De sauna is erg fijn, en moet je vooraf reserveren. Dit is tegen betaling maar dan heb je de hele ruimte wel voor jezelf. We komen hier graag nog eens terug!

Es hat alles wunderbar geklappt und wir hatten eine richtig schöne Zeit als Familie und mit Freunden. Das Haus ist super groß und perfekt ausgestattet. Die Kommunikation mit Christoph ist sehr freundlich und schnell. Wir waren sehr positiv überrascht, weil das Haus schöner ist als auf den Fotos.

Die Lage mit der Aussicht ist wunderschön. Die Unterkunft war sehr sauber und ordentlich. Nette Gastgeber, gerne wieder.

Das Haus ist wunderschön gelegen mit Blick in die Berge und der wunderbare Bauernhof mit Kühen, Mini-Schweinchen, Hasen, Schafen und Co. ist direkt nebenan. In der Früh kann man sich Brötchen vor die Türe bringen lassen (Luxus!), die Wohnung ist gemütlich und wenn die Sonne scheint, kann man es sich auf der grossen Terrasse gemütich machen. Es war einfach rundum fein und die Gastgeber:innen sehr sympatisch! Danke, wir kommen wieder!

We had an incredible stay at this beautiful place. The view was stunning, and the location near the river was perfect. The kids absolutely loved the area with the chickens and rabbits—it added a special touch to our stay. The kids' area was well-designed, and the finishing throughout the property was super deluxe. I highly recommend this place for families!

Wir verbrachten unser jährliches Familientreffen im Wolfbachlgut, hatten eine super Zeit. Das uralte Bauernhaus das mit Moderene perfekt vereint wurde, ließ keine Wünsche offen.

Wie van rust, natuur en nostalgie houdt, is dit een toplocatie. Het huis ligt afgelegen, te bereiken via een landbouwweg. Het huis is een authentieke oude boerderij, maar binnen is het ruim, netjes en van alle gemakken voorzien. Julian en Silvia zijn zeer vriendelijk, gastvrij en behulpzaam. We hebben er een heerlijke week gehad.

Traumhafte Lage mit Blick über die Berge. Sehr nette und liebe Gastgeberin. Es hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Vielen Dank:-)
