Bedroom is divided into two spaces. With a bed and a sofa bed for 4 sleeping places. The apartment is located 300 meters from the Zwolferkogel, 400 meters from the village center of Hinterglemm. The ski bus stops next door. There is enough space for skis and boots in the basement.

In the house there are three of my smaller apartments, each suitable for 2 to 4 people. There is only one bedroom, but all apartments of this type have the particularly popular loft beds for children (but you can also sleep well as a "big one". Airy and bright and thanks to the kitchen despite 50 m² of space really a lot of space ! New !! In the summer season, the national park card is included in the booking price for each person booked!

We enjoyed our stay at the place very much. Host Sofia was extremely friendly, courteous and helpful. The apartment is located on the 2nd floor is super centrally located in the village and the ski lift facilities are a few minutes' walk away. The equipment of the accommodation has a lot of charm, the necessary is available and the proximity to the local church eliminates the morning alarm clock at 7 o'clock😊. Overall we had a great time and would recommend the place.

Great stay. Walkable to Areit Express ski lift (7 minutes) on Schmittenhoehe or even closer to the bus stop (across the street) that will take you for free to Klitzsteinhorn or Saalbach mountains. Our unit (725) had a view of the mountain and the gondola. All units are right on the courtyard and pool, but you still walk around to enter the pool from the spa (recommended). Matthias is very responsive. He answers his phone right away and is there to help with everything. He personally walked us through the entire property and showed us how to use the appliances in our unit. The property has ski lockers, washer/dryer and a sauna plus heated pool. There is a Chinese restaurant on site with good food but slow service. There are plenty of other restaurants within walking distance, or downtown Zell am See is about 1.5 miles up the road. There is also a supermarket and places to rent ski equipment. We rented from Rent2Ski. Great overall experience.

The house was well located for the ski bus, as the stop was almost right at the doorstep. We didn't bring a car on the holiday, so the distance to shopping was perfect .. about 10 min walk to supermarket. The house is located in a very quiet area and the hosts were really nice and welcoming. The communication worked perfectly and our questions were always answered quickly, so all in all a really good experience. We can only recommend the place.

The accommodation has a living room with a double flame kitchenette. Overall, the kitchen is well stocked with cookware, dishes, and everything else you need. There is also a small entrance where you can leave your boots before entering the apartment. Bathroom divided into two areas: the one with the toilet and the one with the shower. This separation is very convenient. It should be noted that since there is no hallway, to go from the bedroom (a little small) to the bathroom, you pass all the rooms of the apartment. Finally, the apartment is located in a beautiful Tyrolean house and Sofia is a nice, communicative and friendly host. The area is also beautiful, Lofer, from which numerous walks and a cable car depart. You can do various activities without picking up the car. Then not far away is the Tauren park (in Austria) or Betchtesgarden (in Germany). There is also Salzburg not far away. Overall, Lofer is an interesting place.

Fantastic location for skiing in Lofer! A few minutes walk to the slopes and all shops are also within walking distance nearby. The apartment is nicely furnished and everything is present. Sofia is a good host, quick to respond and happy to think along with you! In other words, definitely recommended!

Villa Maria is renovated historical building. We were staying on the first floor in the apartment with kitchen and had nice view on a moiuntain. The villa is located in the very center of Kufstain and the castle is just 10 minutes walking away. On the other hand if u walk 10 minutes in the direction opposit to the center u will fin yourself already next to mountains covered with trees. Our apartment was clean and well maintained. Wooden floor was so pleasant to walk. Kitchen was well equipted with good quality kitchen ware which is quite rare case for short term rented apartment. Beds were big and comfortable with professional bed linen. TV had lots of channels in various languages. Everything in this apartment was made to make your staying pleasant and comfortable! The villa provides umbrellas, drying rack and washing machine on the basement (was important for us as we were stayin the whole month). Short summary: amazing! amazing! aqmazing!
