The lovingly furnished 75 m² apartment in the district Maxglan West (Salzburg city) is located on the 2nd floor of a multiple dwelling. My wife, me and our 2 children live on the floor below. The bright apartment with attics has just been partly renovated and newly furnished. It is also well equipped for the needs of families. The Austrian mountains surrounding us make it perfect for hiking, biking, skiing or just exploring the area and relaxing by the lake. The apartment says 3 people, however, we recommend only 2 adults plus 1 child up to the age of 12.

The Saalfelden-Leo-card is included when booking. At 120 m², the apartment can accommodate a maximum of 6 people or a spacious and thus relaxing stay for families. Two of the four rooms each have an exit to the balcony with the impressive panorama of the Saalfeld basin and the surrounding mountain ranges. The 700 m² garden invites you to linger and on mild summer nights to barbecue evenings. 2 parking spaces are available.

Our vacation home with sauna and hot tub is located in beautiful Gosau am Dachstein in Upper Austria. The entire width of the living room is glazed and offers a stunning view of the Gosaukamm. The discreet kitchen in the living room has everything you need for cooking. The spacious bedroom can accommodate 2 adults and 2 children.
