Die Wohnung liegt sehr zentral und dennoch ruhig in einer Seitenstraße, welche zudem Parkmöglichkeiten direkt vorm Haus bietet. Tolle Cafés, Bars und Restaurants sind fußläufig erreichbar, ein Supermarkt befindet sich direkt um die Ecke. Die stilvoll eingerichtete Altbauwohnung liegt in einem Mehrfamilienhaus im Künstlerviertel Giebichenstein unweit der Saale und des Hallenser Zoos.

Ehrliche kleine Pensionswohnung ohne Firlefanz. Viel Nippes muss man viel sauber halten. Wir konzentrieren uns auf das was für Gäste wichtig ist. Super bequemes großes Bett (Matratze neu). Alles ist extrem Sauber, übersichtlich. Wohnzimmer hat Multimedia Fernseher und es gibt einen Tisch zum Arbeiten oder gemeinsam Essen. Wir betreiben seit 10 Jahren Pensionswohnungen und wissen inzwischen: Städtereisende brauchen es vor allem einfach, übersichtlich, schnörkellos und sauber.

This ideally located apartment is on Carl-von-Ossietzky-Str., in the heart of the popular Paulusviertel neighborhood. It is located on the second floor of a Wilhelminian-style building and has one bedroom, a living room with a very comfortable sofa bed, and a separate kitchen. The apartment can accommodate up to four people, with the width of the sofa bed (1.30 m) in the living room. Two children can comfortably accommodate two adults if they like each other very much.

In a private courtyard with lots of greenery, the cozily furnished house (76 m²) awaits its guests. You can park your car for free right in front of your accommodation. The central location means you can quickly get to the city center. In the living area, you can end the day with a crackling fireplace in the cold season (wood is provided by the host). In the warm season, you can make yourself comfortable on the large terrace (for your use only) with a glass of wine.
