The central location means you can quickly get to the city center. In the living area, you can end the day with a crackling fireplace in the cold season (wood is provided by the host). In the warm season, you can make yourself comfortable on the large terrace (for your use only) with a glass of wine.

It can accommodate up to 5 adults and 1 child. Shared use of the courtyard & garden is always possible. Wi-Fi and two LCD TVs are provided. Excursions to the Harz are very close. The house is situated in a traffic-calmed cul-de-sac. It can also be used for fitters/business stays.

The homelike studio at "Das Kutscherhäuschen" features wooden floors, solid wood furniture and soft lighting. It has a flat-screen TV with satellite channels, a seating area and a terrace. Our beautiful residential church is located in the south of Leipzig, surrounded by four large lakes, with a large garden and plenty of space for 10 people. By S-Bahn train, Leizig city center can be reached in 20 minutes. We have five bedrooms, two bathrooms and a large living and dining area. On cold days, you can heat the fireplace and relax by the fire. In our large garden there is a grill, garden furniture and various play options.

We offer a functionally equipped, lockable guest apartment in our modern Bauhaus-style town villa near the Battle Monument in Leipzig ATTENTION: From 01.01.2019 the city of Leipzig levies a guest tax of 1.00 Euro (2 guests) respectively 3.00 Euro (1 guest) per night and person (exceptions: children, adolescents, apprentices, students). The guest tax is payable in cash after checking in to the host.
