In the warm season, you can make yourself comfortable on the large terrace (for your use only) with a glass of wine.

The garden grows over my head. From autumn to spring, it's time to prune the trees and bushes, collect the wood, and wear it on the Benjee hedge. In summer, it is the clay building or sometimes a foundation digging. Sometimes carry a few things from A to B. There are always thousands of things to do. A lot is better for two or three. The fully developed construction trailer, the separate bathhouse and the spacious terrace offer especially families and larger groups a good combination of togetherness & activity. Since it is a property in nature, everything is never perfect or completely finished - but everything built and laid out with love.

Be our guests! We offer accommodation for up to 5 people in a separate apartment in a historic villa with large terrace and garden. The location is centrally located in the Lindenau district and well connected to public transport. On the street side, we run a small wine shop. You are just as welcome there as in our guest apartment. We will gladly give you advice and tips about our city over a glass of wine. Looking forward to seeing you soon!
