The house is located in the old town of Sa Pobla , is next to the church, 2 minutes from the main square where there are very good restaurants. It is a 17th century house, which we have renovated respecting its original architecture but adapting it to modern comforts. It has air conditioning throughout the house, a fabulous swimming pool, a very traditional kitchen but at the same time with all its modern equipment, a large barbecue with an outdoor kitchen and a wood-burning oven.

Capità Pere is a listed property, traditional Majorcan townhouse built in the XVI century. It has been completely renovated as our own family home with lots of care to detail and to a high standard.
