The stylishly renovated and well-furnished apartment on the 1st floor in 2020 is suitable for anyone who wants to explore the Schlei and Baltic Sea region individually. There are a total of 2 bedrooms with one double bed each, as well as 2 sofa beds in the living room. The apartment with real wood parquet can accommodate 4-6 persons, and as a special highlight, has a covered roof loggia with Schleiblick. Wifi, TV with Netflix. The apartment is not suitable for children under the age of 6 due to a spiral staircase.

The apartment on the upper floor of a single-family home offers plenty of space to feel good for two people and a toddler. The apartment is located in a quiet residential area within a 15-minute walk of downtown. The bright living room and the south-facing balcony invite you to relax. You can park your car right by the house in the carport. Bicycles can be stored in the garden shed. Lotte. Right on the Schlei!

"Lotte," the big sister of "Liese" in the same house. Both in picturesque Arnis. The duplex, which was completely renovated in 2023, was provided with a no-frills interior. On 90 square meters there is a spacious living and kitchen room with partially open roof structure, a (children's) bedroom, a bathroom and guest toilet. Above it is a spacious sleeping loft. The courtyard of the house leads into the garden - it extends to the Schlei. Here you can swim and relax on your own jetty.

Apartment right on the Schlei

The apartment for one person is freshly renovated (January 2025). A spacious balcony (with awning) invites you to linger with a panoramic view of the Schlei and the folding bridge. The location is unique! Directly above the fishing port and still central (5 minutes' walk to the city center). Your private bathroom is directly across from the apartment (2 steps across the hallway). Our house is an absolute non-smoking house (not even on the balcony!) and we do not allow pets!

If you are looking for relaxation, this apartment (1st floor) is just right. It has enough space for 2 adults (+1 other person). The associated kitchen, bathroom and living/sleeping area are equipped with all the appliances that make the stay easier. The sun can be enjoyed wonderfully on the balcony. Pets are allowed (additional costs apply). The neighborhood is quiet, yet the house is centrally located. The pedestrian zone or promenade is only a 15-minute walk away.

Charming fisherman's cottage in Maasholm, apartment "Luv"

In the center of Maasholm village stands one of the oldest houses (built around 1728). It was restored for two years and now combines the charm of the historic fisherman's cottage with modern comforts. The result is two duplex apartments with plenty of privacy and a feel-good atmosphere. The first floor impresses with its characteristic, visible wooden ceiling (2 meters to 2.2 meters) and bright, friendly rooms. The upper floor was opened "airy" to the roof ridge.

Cozy tiny house near Schleinähe in a secluded location

Experience the overnight stay in the middle of nature in the conservation area. A magical circus wagon, made with predominantly ecological material, solar power and with simple but cozy furnishings. It has an eco-toilet, a solar shower and a small kitchen with running water. The oven spreads cozy warmth and is heated with wood. The swimming area on the Schlei is 500 meters away. The Viking bike path passes directly by the house, also suitable for horseback riding.

Schleiblick

The apartment "Schleiblick" offers a spectacular view of the Baltic Sea and Schlei. Spread over two levels, it includes a light-flooded living room on the 1st floor with fireplace and sofa bed, as well as a fully equipped kitchen with large dining table. A large south-facing terrace with teak furniture allows for relaxing hours. The attic offers two bedrooms, a spa bath and impressive water views. The beach is only 300 m away, and there is a private parking space.

Newly built two-story apartment in our 200-year-old barn, formerly used for cattle, a henhouse, and a carpentry workshop. Perfect for young couples and families with children seeking peace in scenic surroundings. Vittens Længe beach is within walking distance, ideal for relaxation. The stay includes a DIY breakfast with sourdough rolls, butter, jam, milk,eggs from our hens, and nourishing porridge – ideal for an authentic and relaxing getaway close to nature.

Fantastic newly built architect-designed cottage with a unique location. There are views of the sea, Barsø, fields and forests. Peacefully situated without close neighbors. Large windows that provide light and bring the unique view inside. Beautiful and sustainable choice of materials. Cozy recycled finds that make the house personal. Beautiful terrace with lovely surroundings. Wild nature, which is beautiful no matter the season you visit the house!

Swimming Lounge - the swimming holiday home

Pets are not allowed in Swimming Lounge. The house is fully equipped and ideal for couples and families for 4-5 people. You can expect an integrated fitted kitchen that leaves nothing to be desired. A large flat screen, WiFi access and a small sauna are also part of the equipment. There is a parking space that you can use. You can rent bed linen and towels from us for EUR 25 per set. Please book at least one week before arrival.
