A house with a lot of history, among other things, has been the local cafe in the village. It is the top 2 floors that are rented. On the main floor you will find a large, bright living room with kitchen and direct exit to an undisturbed and sunny terrace. In addition, there is a bedroom/living room and laundry room/bath. On the second floor there are 2 large loft rooms with attached bedrooms, a large bathroom with double sink and bathtub. The master bedroom has a double bed with a lovely view.

Brand new rorbu at Slyngstad in Ålesund Municipality. All the way down by the sea with great sea views from the living room and veranda. Nice and quiet. A great starting point to explore Sunnmøre. 30 min to Ålesund city centre, 1h45 min to Geiranger, 1h20 min from Valldal with Trollstigen. 1h45 to Molde. 4 bedrooms with double beds, as well as loft. 2 bathrooms with shower. 65 inch TV, wifi. Fantastic summer house at the seaside. Heated pool, outdoor hot tub, 2 sea kayaks, fishing equipment, water ski and tube+++. This is the place for families that really want to enjoy. Naust right by the house Lots of patio space. Sliding ceiling on the pool so can be used and in case of bad weather. Holding 27 degrees. Fishing in the sea outside the house is very good And a small salmon river 500 meters from the house.
