Modernised Victorian apartment with parking
The apartment is solid wooden floored throughout, has high ceilings and is stylishly furnished. From June to September we only let full weeks with a Saturday changeover day. The bright, spacious and pretty main living room has the kitchen and dining area within it with fantastic views over the town to the sea. The kitchen is well fitted with a dishwasher and washing machine. We have for a dedicated covered private parking space, which due to its location so near to town is important for you.

This is a comfortable flat for 2 people, with amazing views of Swanage bay. Stairs lead up to the flat which is on the 3rd floor of a Victorian villa. It is a 5-10 minute walk to the town centre and beaches, it is also ideally located for the south west coastal path on the cliffs above Swanage. The property is located on a hill, as are most properties to the right(looking to sea) of the town centre. There is also a new fully equipped kitchen, nespresso coffee machine, free wifi and internet TV

TV, good wifi, books games and beach stuff available. One family car space outside plus off street nearby free. Located in the old town, 2 min. walk from all facilities No smoking in flat or balcony

Artist’s Creative Hideaway & Sauna
Beautiful, inspiring, and peaceful, Arthouse is a place to escape. This converted art studio in West Dorset is close to Chesil Beach and the Jurassic Coast. It is surrounded by wildflowers and features contemporary art and sculptures by artists Rouwen and Reeve. The space is complemented by mid-century modern furnishings, high ceilings, and exposed beams. All doors open to a private patio and a naturalistic garden. The Sauna, located in the gravel garden looks out onto sculptures and plants.
