In summer we have great hiking opportunities both on foot and by bike that can be rented. Lots of hiking opportunities in both summer and winter right from the door. About 1 km skiing through the forest to the trail network to Skeikampen. The cabin sleeps 5, plus crib, equipped kitchen, heat pump, wood-burning stove and dishwasher and washing machine. Bed linen and towels incl. Must have 4x4 in winter. 15 min to city center and Skeikampen, 30 min to Lillehammer and 45 min to Hunderfossen.

Fø'råa on Sveen, 6 km from Skei(-kampen)

Treat yourself to relaxing days in «Fø'råa» (the Federal Council House) on Sveen. 6 km from Skeikampen ski resort - which is also becoming a year-round destination - with beautiful nature that can be enjoyed on skis, by bike or on foot! There you also have restaurants and a selection of shops. 30 min to shopping malls/shopping center in Lillehammer, 30 min to Lilleputthammer/Hunderfossen, 15 min to Aulestad, and 50 min to the troll pots in Helvete, to mention a few. The house is located on a pleasant courtyard, with free parking.

The farm is located about 10 km from the center of Lillehammer(not walking distance)with a great view of southern part of Lillehammer. The apartment is on the top floor of the main house and contains 1 bedroom with double bed, 1 bedroom with bunk bed, 1 bathroom, well-equipped kitchen, dining room with sleeping alcove and a large living room where some space can be converted into a sleeping alcove. There are opportunities to make use of the garden and outdoor area. We have 6 chickens and 2 cats.

Approx. 25 min by car to Lillehammer city center. (14 km) 30 min to Hafjell and Hunderfossen. If you want to ski in the mountains, it is about 15 min. by car to Fåberg Vestfjell. Nur das verbrauchte Holz sollte am Ende des Urlaubs wieder aufgefüllt werden.
