Five futons. If you have your own sleeping bag that works fine. If not I have sheets and comforters. Pots, pans, dishes, silverware, glasses, mini fridge, grill, and coffee pot. Property is on 145 acres and about a mile of Colorado River front. Surrounded by thousands more acres and no neighbors. Lots of hiking, kayaks, usually a beach, side by sides, fossils, and wildlife. Seven additional rentals on the property if the female hogan doesn't fit your needs.
