Great location, sparkling clean and with loads of nearby options for activities and eating out. We felt it was particularly good value at this tail end of the season.

Huge recommendation! We had a very good time in the apartment! It's very local, just a few minutes away from the beach and a lot of restaurants as well as supermarkets can be found around the apartment. Claudia the host gave us many information and tipps for activities. There was also a self made brochure in the living room which gave even more information about good restaurants, reservations or directions to some great beaches and activities like boat and hiking tours. The apartment itself has everything you need (towels, washing machine, coffeemaker, chairs and an umbrella for the beach, dishes,...) and even more (beer and drinks in the fridge as well as fruits) We directly felt home! We had a very nice and relaxing holiday in Claudias and Massimilios apartment in Santa Maria Navarrese. We found everything as it was described. The apartment was tidy and very clean. The equipment was complete and the hosts yery friendly and uncomplicated. 100% recommendation!

We loved staying at Massimiliano and Claudia's place! All the small thoughtful details with which they equiped the apartment made our vacation there great. And the small town and the close beach make for a beautiful holiday vacation. Thank you again, we'd love to be back at some point!!

We were in Sardinia in September. Perfect time, because it is still very warm and the water is still really pleasant. The apartment is in a great location and was exactly as shown in the photos. The communication works super fast. We would definitely recommend it.

We loved our stay at Claudia and Massimiliano. We were warmly welcomed by the host's mom who spoke excellent French. The accommodation is immaculate, very functional and we were treated to several small touches upon arrival (beverage, fruit, yogurt ...). The small village of Santa Maria Navarrese is super friendly. A very beautiful beach is 5 minutes walk. Everything is easy to access on foot: restaurants, grocery stores, the port for cruises (to do without absolutely) and several mountain hikes. With the car, one can venture a little further and discover all the beauty of the region. We really had a big crush on this part of Sardinia. If we come back, it will be here that we will rent.

Max & Claudia's apartment is perfect for a couple looking for relaxation. It is very well equipped and in a great location. The beach is five minutes walk and bars / restaurants / supermarket even less. St Maria N is beautiful and not overly developed with not many tourists. Max & Claudia are excellent hosts and went above and beyond. Highly recommended.

Everything about this apartment matched the description, but nothing could prepare us for how friendly and hospitable the hosts were. This turned into a very special vacation for us. We could not wish for anything more. The apartment had everything we needed and many smart and helpful extra things which helped make the stay fun and relaxing. Communication always went very smoothly and the hosts were proactive in telling us about local activities while we were there. The town itself was calm, charming and had surprisingly many good restaurants. I miss it already.

Lovely little studio apartment right on the old city square inside the city walls. It was quite comfortable for one person (I would imagine two might be fine too) and I loved unlocking the huge old wood door to the building every day. A few thoughts for other travelers... the unit is in the old city, which means it's nearly at the top of the hill. I loved being right in the center of the old town and architecture. However, the location meant a pretty intense climb down and up most days if you want to go to the newer city square, port, shopping district, trains, etc. There is a little bottega (fresh fruit and veg, wine, ham and cheese, etc) directly underneath the unit, a bakery about 20 meters away, a small bar/cafe next door, and an Osteria also about 20 meters away. In the summer it looks like there's a gelato place nearby too. And it's great fun to walk around the old city streets. Also, the bed is a bit hard for side sleepers, there is some street noise (and church bells) and noise from the apartment upstairs, and there are few parking spaces (and they are only available during the day. You have to park outside the city walls at night if you're not a resident.) Ultimately, I really enjoyed it but also would consider booking something a little more down the hill in the future if I were to stay longer than 3-4 days.

Beautiful, comfortable, clean apartment in the heart of Cagliari’s old town. We couldn’t ask for a better base for exploring. Francesco’s local tips were very helpful, and his communication was clear. We loved staying here. I hope it’s available when we are next in Cagliari. Would book again in a heartbeat.

Absolutely recommend this place. It’s in the exact centre and everything is reachable by foot. Loved the fact Francesco gave us very useful local tips and recommend us great places to visit. It was a beautiful view over the main plaza. The only downside is it could be a bit noisy in the evenings and mornings but the windows has quite good noise proof.

A charming apartment in the heart of Cagliari's old town. Very lovingly and thoughtfully furnished. On the doorstep a small cafe for breakfast. We were able to move into the apartment in the morning .... everything was very straightforward and on our questions we always had in minutes by mail or Whatsapp answers. The restaurant tips from Francesco are highly recommended. The free parking, about 5 minutes walk, is no problem. Only every 2nd Wednesday of the month until 11.00 o'clock Parking: Street cleaning. We felt very comfortable.

Francesco truely is a superhost. His beautiful apartment is located right in the middle of the ancient castle district surrounded by a very nice atmosphere as well as many bars, cafés, restaurants, an ice cream shop and some little stores. The apartment was exactly as expected from the pictures and the description on the Airbnb page. It was very clean and well prepared for our stay. Also Francesco had many many tips for us to check out and visit in the district and greater city area.

Great small apartment right in front of a piazza in the middle of old town. Very clean, comfortable bed and equipped with necessary features like kitchen supplies and bathroom towels. Francesco was very nice and left us a folder with really good information about the nearby area. Since the location is on a piazza it’s a bit noisy and the church in front of the balcony is beautiful but does ring a lot. But we had a great stay!

Francesco is a welcoming host and thinks of all the little things we might need. The tastefully decorated apartment is beautifully located in the Il Castello district facing the cathedral. Located in the heights of the city are just planning with your suitcases that you have to carry through the small (rising) streets of Cagliari. We highly recommend this place for a nice romantic getaway

An actually very nice and spacious apartment. Thanks to the three bedrooms (two large and one small) there was generous space for our family of 5. The apartment is located in a beautiful holiday village well located on the outskirts of Villasimius and within walking distance to three beautiful beaches (5 minutes to Is Traias or Porto Luna, 10 minutes to the long Villasimius house beach). The apartment is very carefully decorated and the pictures give the right impression. Especially nice the view to the sea with a panoramic view from the terrace. The villetta is superb, equipped with all one needs, the location is great with beaches and restaurant within walking distance, great views and super hosts Ivan and Tina providing all the assistance when requested.

What a wonderful time we all had at Ivan’s place in Villasimius. Ivan was available to greet us as soon as we arrived with a lovely smile and a very welcoming and calming aura . The villa is sparkling clean and very well appointed with everything you’d need for a comfortable stay . The layout of the villa was quirky and interesting and very stylishly furnished . Ivan had many suggestions for restaurants, bars and things to do which was really helpful . The local beach was a fantastic little cove with clear calm , warm water . But there are many beaches very close by that have their own special personality , perfect for families with shallow water . We chose Villasimius for a relaxing beach holiday to totally relax and unwind - it fitted the bill perfectly ! The local stretch of town was also a delight - vibrant and interesting with very unexpected events going on . One night we walked past the piazza to discover a boxing ring had been erected ! Another night a community bar b que with live music was going on ! Just wonderful ! The villa is extremely well furnished and offers plenty of space. You feel right at home. The villa has everything you need in terms of dishes, stove, air conditioning etc. The distance to the sea is also perfect. On foot it is about 5 minutes between the holiday village by the sea (Spiaggia is Traias). This beach is beautiful and quiet. The bar / restaurant on the beach is great (with great coffee). Ivan always answers extremely fast and is very helpful. A top address to spend holidays! We were more than satisfied!

Spent two weeks of December and January here. Loved the peaceful chilled factor of living independently. Nicola and his family are super helpful and always available to assist if needed. Was able to work as WiFi/ Internet was available throughout entire stay. Felt like home from home. The people in the village are super friendly, helpful and so welcoming. The location is ideal for those looking to relax, enjoy the beautiful views and walks in the surrounding area. The place is beautiful and was so quite during our winter visit. There are local shops open and an ATM 5 mins walk away. Having a car is a must in the winter. Overall enjoyed our stay and will come visit again God willing:)

We spent 5 nights here, it was like paradise - breakfasts overlooking beautiful dunes and turquoise sea, 5 minute drive to the beach (or ~20 minutes walk), cozy modern and clean apartment with warm shower and comfortable bed... would love to come back! Nicola’s parents were very kind and nice! They were flexible with checking us in and out, left us some fruits, water, wine! Gave recommendations on the area, and were always there to answer our questions. Everything was perfect!

It was a pleasure to stay at the sunset suite. The view is great and the town quiet, perfect to relax during holiday. The Hosts were super nice and flexible for our late arrival. They recommended some of the most beautiful places of sardinia, that we wouldn't have known about otherwise.

The stay in Urzulei and Barbara's accommodation were an absolute highlight of our trip. The apartment is very stylish and cozy. Since we were here in winter we were very happy about hot water and heating. Barbara's parents greeted us. The apartment was preheated and the kitchen was full of delicious regional dishes for breakfast, some from their own property. Urzulei is a small mountain village with very friendly residents. Despite the size, you can get everything for everyday use. We extended our stay here, but could easily have stayed longer.

Communication with Barbara was superb! Easy checkin with Barbara’s mother and so many thoughtful food items. The apartment is on a busy road but not too noisy and parking was easy peasey right in front or in a side lot. Barbara’s BnB experience apartment was very much appreciated with fresh eggs, toast bread, pastries, juices and yogurt. Thank you!! Spectacular scenery all around this quiet town. If you go, visit Orgosolo to see a lovely town with quality artistic graffiti on every wall in the town. We enjoyed our time walking the quiet streets and admiring the art.

This is a very nice house and Barbara and her family could not have been more helpful. The place is very clean and the bathroom is very big. Were given some eggs, bread, milk, tea, coffee and so on. That was very helpful. There is an area for parking as well. The village is interesting and there is a good pizzeria and a small restaurant. Also a supermarket. Prices are very cheap. There is a small TV and two heaters, hairdryer, plenty towels. Very good place to stay. If you have vertigo (as I do) then driving here is terrifying. Lots of sheer drops and big bridges. If you do not mind that then it is wonderful!

The Airbnb of Barbara was so lovely. Her mother welcomed me so heartwarming although we did not speak the same language. The bed was very comfy, there was enough space for my luggage and the bathroom is very spacious. Everything was very clean. Urzulei is a small village which is perfect for go hiking. And so you can rest after day outdoors perfectly in the home of Barbara. I. I highly recommend it and would stay again.

I liked the place and the village. People were very friendly and there was a sense of authenticity. Nice places to hike around the area too, great scenery in the mountains and 30 to the beach. Almost like a scenic tour of Sardinia.

Barbara's apartment in Urzulei was just perfect for us and it was lovely sitting on her terrace enjoying a cup of coffee and the views of the mountains. Urzulei was a great place for us to enjoy some hikes into the surrounding countryside as well as being a shortish drive to the coast at St Maria Navarese. We were pleased that there were a number of shops in Urzulei and an excellent pizzeria.

Everything is beautiful for a stay in a corner of paradise if we love nature. Great home with nice touches. thank you very much

The apartment is located right on the main square of the village. It has a reserved parking area and is equipped with all comforts. Barbara and her mother Caterina were very kind and responded quickly and courteously to all our requests.

It is a quiet atmosphere on Bellavista. The view to the sea and the village are fantastic. The way to the beach is short (about 5 minutes). We were lucky that the high season was already over (we were there in early November). The days were mostly sunny, about 20-23 degrees Celsius. It rained sometimes at night, which did not bother us at all. We went swimming in the crystal clear sea every day. So relaxing, so good. The house has everything you need on holiday. It was clean and easy to keep you clean. We cooked almost every day, the kitchen is almost fully equipped (only a microwave is missing, which we did not think was bad).

The terrace towers over Costa Rei. The fabulous view while being close to the sea is impressive. More comfortable beach chairs and seating would be nice. After we got used to living in a pure holiday city, our stay was fantastic.

This was our first time booking an Airbnb and thanks to Enrico and his villa the experience could not have been better. The wonderful view from the terrace, the abundance of space around and the beautiful beach are the reasons to stay at this villa.

We loved our stay at Costa Rei! The host was amazing and very friendly. Plus the beach was beautiful.

The apartment has everything what you need to start your vacation. Keep in mind to buy e.g. or specific things for cooking or the bathroom. The washing is easy to use and everything in the house works perfectly fine. The only thing considering the moderate price is that it shouldn’t be the guests tasks to take the garbage to the public trash place. The communication was great and the owners very helpful. They made it possible for us to enter the houser earlier. So overall the point with the garbage is just a very small tip for improvement. Thank you Enrico for being such a wonderful host! Take care! Giulia is a really good host, the room is essential, very clean. The location of the apartment is really convenient with the bus under the house and the San Benedetto market just a stone's throw away. Giulia gives excellent advice on where to eat and how to move.

Everything was excellent. Apartment was equiped and clean at all times. Host was answering very fast to any questions and gave very clear tips about how to get to the apartment and about places around worth seeing. i highly recommend Giulia as a host.

Giulia was of a unique kindness, available immediately and welcomed us into the house early in the morning to let us leave our bags and take the keys. He gave us all the information and useful information to move around and made us feel very comfortable in a very nice and clean environment. If I were to come back to Cagliari, I would definitely go back.

This stay ranks as one of the best I have organised through Airbnb. Giulia keeps maintains a clean and friendly apartment which consists in two guest rooms, a reception room, a bathroom, and a lounge with a balcony. The bed in my room was large and well-prepared with ample lighting and furniture for clothes and changing. Giulia was always available at crucial times via WhatsApp and Airbnb, and had useful tips for shopping and travelling locally. I would recommend her service for its combination of friendliness and professionalism.

Alberto's flat offers not just the best location ie literally next to the beach but also you will find everthing u need in this place, as if a family with children lives in it. You have more then you nees even a football for kids. The place is sparkling clean and the communication and check-in is very simple. I can highly recommended the place to families. I travelled with my two boys and it worked very well from a space perspective. It might be though tight if it is a family with two kids.

We had a great stay at the loft. It looks exactly as nice as on the pictures. The equipment was awesome. You have everything you need. The loft is also very clean and very short to the beach. We would definetly book that loft again!

Alberto is a man of taste, his accommodation is decorated with a lot of refinement. Everything is well thought out, practical and charming. The apartment is in a holiday residence by the sea, our children have enjoyed the pool (very clean) as much as the sea. The small bar just in front is ideal for the aperitif. And Castelsardo is 5 minutes by car, an old fortification and a beautiful old town. All the reasons not to miss this address.

Tamara's place is ideally situated - just a few feet from the main sea front walkway - and about a 5 or 10 minutes walk to the most lovely sandy beach - perfect for young children as the water is quite shallow and calm - and it is a beautiful bay with lovely scenery around. The flat is a first floor apartment, very clean and well set out, with two bathrooms and plenty of space in all the rooms. There is, however, no personal outside space. It's close to all the restaurants and bars in St. Lucia and the little local shop which has lots of local produce is just across the road. I'd thoroughly recommend Tamara's apartment.

We were 2 weeks with our 3 children in Tamaras apartment. It was perfect, everything is there, what you need and the apartment is very large. Santa Lucia is a very nice place. Most of all we enjoyed the peace and quiet we were able to relax very well in this small, quiet place. It is worth exploring the surrounding beaches - just fantastic! How will surely come back here.

The spacious apartment has been a great place for our two weeks family (5) vacation. Beaches nearby as well as grocery stores and restaurants. Santa Lucia felt not touristy at all.

We stayed one week with our two children 2 and 4 in Tamaras apartment. The apartment is super comfortable we felt like home. Everything is there what you need. The small town is amazing, there are super nice beaches to reach quickly and a megaaaa ice cream parlor (Gelateria Gigolo Marino) We were very satisfied and will gladly come back :)

I ended up booking with Luca last minute after another airbnb cancelled the night before I was due to arrive. Luca replied straight away and self check instructions were easy and thorough. The flat is 10 min bus ride from central or half hr walk. There are plenty of pizzerias and cafes close to the flat (open even at midnight in case you arrive late!) And the area was very safe. The flat itself was well decorated, clean and spacious. I would gladly book again with Luca.

The appartement of Simona is located in a very nice area of Cagliari! You can find a lot of restaurants, bakery's, shops,... very close by. Simona was a very good host who made us feel very welcome. It was a perfect stay in Cagliari!

The apartment is very nicely decorated in a mixed style of vintage rustic. The bedding is good and the mezzanine comfortable. Right in the historic center, everything is accessible on foot. If you have a vehicle there is free parking viale Plaia (opposite the shopping center). Small flat: a little dark because of the windows which all overlook an interior courtyard.

My friend and I stayed here for a Christmas shopping break, it was perfect. Great location, nice big space, WiFi, chargers, full kitchen and fantastic location. Simona was an excellent host too!

We love this place! It is cozy, clean and very well provided. Vanda, the owner, gave us a warm welcome. The view from the house is magnificant. You have to be in a good condition though because the house is situated at the top of a hill so you have to walk and climb a lot. But it is worthwhile. We will definitely come back some time!

Her kitchen is fully equipped and we wanted for nothing. Vanda is a most generous & thoughtful host supplying us with many 'goodies' both in the pantry and in the fridge. My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed our 4 day stay in Vanda's apartment!

Dream location! If you have to stay somewhere in Cagliari this is the place! The important monuments to see are 5 minutes from the apartment and there is no more beautiful neighborhood

This is a lovely home, practically on the ocean and beautiful views all around. Graziella lives very close by and was always available and hospitable. I was there for the month of March and at that time of year Santa Maria Navarrese is a quiet small town. Even so there are several well stocked small markets a short walk away and a few restaurants and bakery. In summer there is much more going on. Tortoli is a 10 minute drive south if you want a larger selection of shops and restaurants. The living room is heated by a pellet heater and that is your responsibility. Even in March the expense was small and the pellets readily available in the markets and hardware store. The bedrooms have individual electric heaters that worked very well. The hiking and scenery in this area is spectacular and the small marina is only about a 5 minute walk away. I loved my time there and I heartily recommend Graziella's place.

It is an ideal place for family vacations. Paola constantly gave us advice. The last week of October is good that there are no tourists at all, but it’s bad that many interesting places are already closed.

The house is beautifully located; even closer to the sea would be in the water. Santa Maria Navarrese liked us far better than expected. But we also had the luck of great weather in the last week in which all restaurants etc. were open. In any case, make the trek to Pedra Longa and eat in the restaurant out there. As a beach we liked best the Spiaggia Lido di Orrì. The whole time we were looked after on the spot by the sister of Paola and by Paola herself by mail in advance. More vacation is not possible ...

We really liked Paola. Great view, good location and spacious apartment. It has everything in the apartment what you need. Super we were allowed to use the umbrellas for the beach. We enjoyed it. Best regards André and Jenny with children

We are very well filled in Paolas apartment. It is very tastefully decorated and in the kitchen everything was there, what you needed. The excursion tips were very helpful, we did a lot! The location of the Whg is great: we have seen from the balcony the beach, the sound of the sea, we could have breakfast on our balcony and enjoy the evenings. We were 6 adults and had enough space. It was a great time.

Livia’s place is a very charming house . We enjoyed the amazing views, the fireplace and the nice decoration touches. Livia and her parents were very accommodating, making sure we had everything that we needed and answering quickly to our messages when we had a question or needed something.

The house is beautiful at 360 degrees. A beautiful architecture, structurally well designed, view of the valley, mountains and sea (beautiful from the bedroom, breathtaking from the terrace)! Perfect cleaning of all the floors of the house, the kitchen is well equipped and with quality. We stayed in the fall for 2 nights, the host was very kind and thoughtful, he provided us with everything we needed and even more, he also brought us an extra supply of wood for the fireplace. The house is spacious and comfortable, very comfortable. We really enjoyed our stay in Baunei, highly recommended!

Livia's accommodation is absolutely wonderful. When we arrived Livia welcomed us at the center of Baunei to guide us through Baunei's streets to the house. Although it was already late in the evening, she and her brother took the time to show and explain everything inside the house and gave us tips for the region. She had arranged local pastry, water and beer for us which was a welcome start into our stay. Most of our time in her house we spent on the fantastic roof terrace which offered a splendid view into the valley and up to the coast. Seating in the sun or shadow was possible there. The rest of the house is exactly as Livia describes it and very tidy. Baunei was a good starting point for several hiking tours in the region which we enjoyed. The weather was still great with 20-25 degrees C and not many tourists being around we found several paths to hike on our own and the bays were scarcely visited by others. We would definitely recommend a stay in Livia's accommodation and Baunei as a place on Sardinia.

It's real old house in nice village, you feel as at your aunt!

Very nice cottage in Baunei. The decor was exactly as shown in the photos. Fully equipped kitchen, enough towels, comfortable bed and a great view from the roof terrace. All windows secured with fly screen. Livia's mother, who lives in the neighborhood, took great care of us. Great that we could use the parking lot of the family. We have a car that is completely unsuitable for the conditions in the small town and the narrow streets, but we got along well. One should not be disturbed. We were 10 days in Baunei and can only recommend the area. 15 minutes to the beach and 15 minutes to the hiking area "Golgo" and the Supramonte, on which it goes loosely over 1000 meters. We had a rainy day and only sunshine at 25 - 30 degrees. It must have been mostly in the first half of October in the last few years. Grace mille cari Livia e Rosanna.

This is a lovingly cared for little piece of paradise. A tranquil setting in the countryside surrounded by the scents and sounds of nature (birds, chickadees, goat bells as well as a friendly cockerel or two) and regular gifts of local wine and Prosecco. What more can you wish for?

This airbnb is a wonderful retreat in the woods and super close to an awesome large beach (car is needed). Paolo and Maria Lucia are very friendly and put large effort into beautiful details and relaxed atmosphere around their garden cottages. great holiday spot for people how enjoy nature and having breakfast in this lovely garden under olive trees just like us. we would come back :)

A quiet environment where we immediately felt at home, a beautiful garden with a hammock and outside bed, the sound of sheep, a bottle of wine that was ready when we arrived and all the good tips from Paolo with regard to the environment made for 3 wonderful unforgettable days . Wow! Just wow. This place is beyond 5 stars. The apartment itself is absolutely beautiful, wonderful choice of decor. Inside Luca and Tatiana have thought of everything, a coffee machine, a washing machine with liquid, a smart TV, the cooking utensils are better than anything I have ever used even in my own house, the shower is like a dream something you might expect in a 5 star resort, private sun loungers by the rock beach, the balcony looks directly out to sea and the sunset is magical best enjoyed with a glass of wine! This apartment is immaculate yet homely. The hosts are clearly going above and beyond to make this place perfect for their guests. We even had our two dogs with us. You have to stay here! We had such a lovely 5 night stay at Tati and Luca’s apartment. They are such wonderful hosts so warm & welcoming and are always on hand to help with any of your needs and give advice & info on what to do with your time. Tati is also a fantastic cook you must eat off the menu they offer, everything is delicious and the portions are very generous. You can eat the lovely food whilst admiring the amazing views from the balcony looking over the sea watching the sunset, perfect! The apartment has everything you need and more, all the kitchen amenities you could ever need, beach towels, as well as umbrella and deck chairs for the beach too. The apartment is also so close to a lovely beach called Mari Pintau our favourite spot. We would love to come back, thanks so much Tati and Luca!

You may have read it before but what shall we say...?! The apartment and the surroundings are absolutely fabulous. You will need a car to get around. Cagliari is 30 minutes. The best beaches start at around 10 minutes driving, i.e. easypeasy. Taty&Luca are the nicest (and funniest) and most caring persons. Taty's cooking is highly recommended, like in a top restaurant and ocean view included...the apartment is very nicely decorated with an eye for the detail and everything is super-new and clean. The bed is comfy, the shower huge...we should stop praising because we will decrease our chances of booking it again what we will do for sure!!! Grazie mille di tutto. Marc&Ruth

Tatiana and Luca and fantastic hosts. Their apartment is immaculately presented with a spectacular ocean view. We were made to feel right at the home from the onset (Tatiana’s freshly baked cake when we arrived helped too). Tatiana’s homecoming the Sardinian way was delicious and well worth trying. A perfect stay and we’ll certainly be back with our next visit to Sardinia. Communication was prompt and very helpful. We enjoyed the chats with Luca and all his tips.

This was an excellent apartment for exploring this part of Sardinia. Tatiana and Luca are amazing hosts. They have put their hearts into this business and it really shows. The apartment has been newly renovated and is very stylish and comfortable. There is a menu available if you want to order a home cooked meal for an extra fee. This was the highlight of our stay. Tatiana is a fantastic cook and we recommend that you give this a try. You can have your delicious dinner delivered to your apartment with a bottle of wine and enjoy it in the comfort of your own terrace with a sea view! Heaven!

We had wonderful days at this beautiful house! Staying here in november meant some days with sun and some with rain and wind. But with this place situated on the hill every kind of weather is spectacular and enjoyable. The beach is great and we were even able to swim, And the view from the kitchen and the very nice terrace ist excellent. Fiamma is a fantastic host, very kind, answers quick and she is really generous. We highly recommend her house!

Everything has already been mentioned in the reviews ... Accommodation was clean, had great facilities and is perfect for getting away from it all. The outdoor area is the highlight. The environment was so quiet that we even heard the sound of the sea from this distance! The environment is not touristy and you can immerse yourself in the real life of the Sardinians. A car is required, the proximity to the national park and hikes / day trips to the coves Cala Goloritze and Cala Luna were also highlights.

The holiday at Fiamma's was very beautiful and unforgettable. Fiamma was an extraordimary host and did everything to make our stay as comfortable as possible. The communication was easy and uncomplicated. From the garden of the cottage we had a stunning view over the ocean.

The house is really beautiful. It was nice and quiet since we were there in the off season. A perfect place to switch off. You absolutely need a car, also to explore the surrounding beaches.

Especially at the house of Fiamma is the outdoor area: a great view of the sea, a very nice terrace and a great outdoor shower. The pool on the area is really beautiful.

Fimma’s house is really beautiful located directly between the sea and the mountains, the beach is only a short drive away. We really enjoyed our time and can only recommend staying there if you’d like to spend time in nature and enjoy tranquility. Especially the terrace and the garden are wonderful. The communication with Fimma was always quick and easy and she replied immediately to all our messages. The house was really clean and well equipped. There was bedroom and a sleeping couch in the kitchen which was fine even if a bed would have been a bit more comfortable. It is recommended to rent a car because most places are in quite a driving distance.

For a moment out of time I recommend this accommodation! perched on a hill with sea view, swimming pool, very quiet, beach 5min by car. Fiamma is very accommodating and responsive. We are a young(ish) couple with 18 month old baby and stayed here for nearly 2 weeks over end July and August. Location: The drive from Cagliari ranges between 1:40 and 1:20 for us, depending on time of day and heavy footedness. The main freeway has a few quirks but is in good condition and easy to follow. The last 12 km's from the freeway is a bit twisty as it goes over the mountain range to the coast. The last 1 km turns into a gravel road for a while but this is still easily maneuvered with a normal family sedan. The apartment: The apartment has its own parking located and is accessed through a little garden gate and a few steps down to a wonderful garden. Inside we were met by a beautiful basket of goodies both us and our 18 month old baby needed to get started. The apartment consists of a lounge (with fold-out bed) and dining area with kitchenette, and a bathroom with shower end bidet. Up three stairs is the main bedroom also with its own television. The kitchenette includes a Nespresso machine as well as a kettle, but no microwave. Keep in mind that the tap water, as in most of Italy, is not safe for consumption. Outside in the lush garden there is also an outside shower for your returns from the pool and beach, as well as a very handy barbecue area with its own washing basin including a hidden washing machine, which was a godsend for us. Note that this is an apartment, so there is a bordering unit next to it as well as underneath it. Across from the front door and garden sitting area and within direct sight there is another apartment with a very helpful Canadian couple, fluent in English. The apartment is well laid out and ideal for a couple with one or two children. The baby bed is fantastic and our little one had no issues with it, although the stairs leading up to the bedroom might be a problem for some. Garden area is beautiful and we loved sitting on the comfortable couches and looking at the beautiful view while our baby girl played on the grass (big plus that there was even some toys at the apartment for her ). It was also great that the apartment had beach towels and a beach umbrella which comes in very handy on a daily basis and the pool situated in the complex is almost right next to the apartment with the most beautiful view. The shared pool is just 15 seconds walk and is absolutely fantastic for a dip. Apartment connectivity: Wi-Fi connectivity was not an issue for us as Fiamma installed a 4G data router which worked great for our needs. Both the main sitting and bedroom TV’s are connected to cable with all the local and free stations, but no access to your own USB drive. The location: The apartment is located at the end of a quiet street so the neighborhood is very quiet. As we were there in peak season some music was heard from a nearby resort on two nights but other than that it was really peaceful. It is a few hundred meters from the beach but you really need a car as the road gets quite steep back, especially in the heat. For shopping we first went with the recommended (by other reviewers) Simply Store 40 minutes away but personally found the nearby (5 mins by car) ISA Grocery store to be more than adequate and it was a lot cleaner, friendlier and more modern than the Simply Store. For nearby local eats we loved the Macelleria Rosticceria (don’t forget to grab a tub of Spagnola cherry ice cream, best in the world) or Hotel Janas also which offers decent food and pizza. As far as beaches go Foxi Manna is a nice long beach but very crowded in season. If you do not mind a 15 mins walk also check out Su Sirboni (30 mins from apartment) and the area just North of there or head South towards to more crowded but scenic beaches of Costa Rei, where we really loved cosy Spiaggia di Cala Monte Turno (about an hour from the apartment) and the Iki Beach restaurant for lunch. The host: Fiamma is a very friendly host and went out of her way to make our stay as comfortable and enjoyable as possible. She was even so kind to leave fresh milk in the fridge for our baby when we arrived late on a Sunday evening (no stores were open) and even arranged a baby chair so our baby girl could sit and eat dinners/lunches at the table with us. She is quick to respond and very accommodating to every need. Language can be a barrier but with Google translate this was not an issue for us.

Matteo's place is super charming, complete with frescoed ceiling in the entry/living room and elegantly tiled bathroom. It is located in a beautiful part of Cagliari on a stone-paved street just inside the Pisan gates, only steps from bustling nightlife and shopping thoroughfares. The neighborhood boasts its own cultural sites such as the fascinating crypt of Santa Restituta, and is only short walk away from the Bastione Saint-Remy and the old city (albeit with several flights of stairs in-between). Matteo communicated all of the information we needed and access was easy via lockbox. Recommend highly!

Apartment for two in a beautiful villa, patio with table and chairs on a small well-kept garden, extremely quiet street. The interior consists of a hallway / dining room / kitchen (fully equipped for those who want to cook on their own), which leads to the bathroom and the large bedroom. Full service: towels and soaps, sweet / savory breakfast. Available, kind and reserved. I really liked it and I am already recommending it.

The residence has a beautiful internal garden, with spaces where you can spend pleasant moments of relaxation. The apartment is bright, well furnished and well equipped. The ideal location because in a very quiet residential area, with a supermarket 100 meters and promenade and historic center, very nice, just 10-15 minutes walk. Great opportunity, for those who want it, are bicycles freely available. A touch of particular, nice hospitality are the drinks, the snacks, the coffee with which one is welcomed. Absolutely to recommend.

Really great place and excellent value for money. Included the use of bicycles for free which was fantastic, meaning I could easily get to town and other nearby beaches. It was a nice touch to have a coffee machine and some drinks (water, juice, beer) on arrival. Communication was outstanding, with responses almost immediately. I would come here again!

Super nice house in a great area. For us as a couple it was almost "honeymoon". Unfortunately we did not have really dry wood and cannot use the fireplace as intensely as we would have liked. Otherwise it would have been perfect. Paolo is very open and nice, always responded to questions and news immediately and gave us great tips. Thank you very much, we would love to come back!

Peaceful, quirky, cosy escape with beautful views. Animals all around keeping you company and greeting you in the morning. We hired a car and used as a base to explore the south. Visited Cagliari and parked in car park next to train station. We had a fantastic visit to Audarya vineyard. Delicious Pizza at Framento and amazing ice cream at I Fenu.

Paolo's house is a jewel born from the fusion of modernity and tradition. The view is fantastic, the animals around make everything even more bucolic and despite the proximity to one of the largest centers in Sardinia, it seems to be far from the cities: you can see the stars, the air smells of nature, there is a lot of vegetation , silence and calm. The house is very clean, comfortable and equipped with all the various comforts. Paolo is very kind and respectful. I can only recommend a stay (even very short) in this wonderful structure.

Paolo's home is on a small hill facing the sea. The view is very wide. You can see the sea and some coastlines. It is very beautiful at sunset. The dome is very unique, with a beautiful appearance, and the internal facilities are complete, and the design is very good. There are many small animals in the Paolo family. Cats and dogs are very friendly and are happy to play with us. The horses in the stables are beautiful. Paolo greeted us warmly, explained the facilities for us, and prepared us a variety of snack seats for breakfast. Thank you very much. GoogleMap is in the wrong location, but satellite maps can be used to find the dome.

A unique experience not to be missed. A fantastic setting, a dive into the past, but with today's comfort and all made with love and passion for hospitality.

Paolo was immediately very responsive to my questions during the booking phase and available to welcome me even with a very late check in. Having arrived at night and in the dark I was able to admire the magic of the place on waking up, with very docile cats and dogs arriving at my door for a good morning. It is the perfect refuge for those seeking relaxation and contact with nature. The cleanliness and services of the accommodation are unexceptionable, particularly in shape and very well furnished.

Fulvio and his wife were really great hosts. Communication was always very quick and accurate. On arrival we received a warm gift from the hosts in the form of local beer and cake. The accommodation itself was very clean and tidy, and there was nothing missing in the apartment for everyday life. Around the house there is everything you need for a complete holiday, and inside the house you will experience an enviable luxury. Everything is welcoming, elegant and meets any traveler's need.

Great view from the two windows, which are a bit smaller than they appear in the photos. It was very clean and lovingly decorated. Everything worked and the hosts were friendly and helpful. The tips for excursions in the area we have appreciated. From Baunei you can make very nice day trips to the Sardinian mountain landscape and beautiful beaches. Also the place itself is worth seeing with the great view, restaurants and bars and a beautiful church.

Lovely cabin up in the mountains. Spectacular views and perfect location. We did several hikes to beaches and along the coast. Delicious goats milk gelato as well as a fresh fruits and vegetable shop in walking distance in Baunei. We loved the charm of the cabin and making meals there was easy.

The accommodation of Mattia and his parents is beautifully situated. On the outskirts of Baunei, very easy to reach by rental car. And compared to the other accommodations in town you do not have to torture yourself through narrow streets and have plenty of parking right outside the door. At the same time the way to the center is easy to master on foot. The loft itself is rustic but authentically furnished and everything is there, what you need. Everything is very cozy and the view is simply indescribable. Mattia and his parents are very friendly hosts, can assist with any questions and give very helpful tips for trips or restaurants. We felt very comfortable and would come back anytime. Absolutely recommended!

Perfect place to live in a real Sardinian house

Highly Recommended! hardly any more authentic. roberto (father of mattia) took great care of it. Although we do not speak Italian, the communication worked great. We were also constantly presented with fruits from the garden. paco (the dog) is hard to imagine. we already miss him. everything was very quiet and therefore relaxing. The region is one of the most beautiful in Sardinia. Compared to the south much less touristy, which has promised us extremely. we would go back anytime. Price-performance could not be better. we wish the whole family only the best.

The house of Mattia and his family is absolutely amazing. The view as often described is really bizarre, more beautiful than you can imagine. You feel at home in the middle of a small village in the mountains. Yet everything is nearby and you can drive to a beautiful bay and everything you want to visit. Mattia's father gave us home-made wine, fruit and eggs, what more could you want. We are definitely going back, secretly also for paco the dog and pampoerio the donkey.

We stayed in Fabio's house in the beginning of October. The house is very beautiful, looks exactly like on pictures and has everything a family might need ( we are two grown-ups and two kids). Very quiet neighbourhood, surrounded by picturesque nature, perfect for relaxation. Shops and restaurants are nearby, beautiful beaches within 5- 10 minutes drive. The beach that belongs to the residence and can be reached by 5 minutes walk is absolutely beautiful,too, we enjoyed having pick-nicks and swimming there. The house also has a grill so we could enjoy family dinners with local grilled fish and meat from the market. Fabio was always reachable and quick with his answers. Definitely recommend!!

Fabio’s place is amazing, beautiful outdoor space, lots of nice marine decor that makes it very cosy. Nespresso machine was a great addition. The local tips Fabio shared were useful. And of course beautiful location near white sand beaches with lovely beach clubs. Thank you Fabio for your hospitality. We will definitely come back :)

Fabio's villa was a tremendous find! Tidy, efficient, bright & inviting space. Fabio was an excellent host who provided all the information we needed to make the best use of the property. We spent 8 days in Fabio‘s wonderful house. The communication before and during our stay was always fast and very friendly. The house is situated in a beautiful enviroment, is very clean and has everything you need. Fabio‘s Villasiumus guide helped us to find beautiful beaches and good restaurants. It was a pleasure to meet Fabio and his girlfriend in person and we will sure be back very soon to this beautiful place.

Fabio is well organised and offers beautiful and sparklingly clean house. Very close to a lovely small beach and great pool for kids. Villasimius is a lovely seaside town and you can still find uncrowded beaches in August if you want!

Very nice apartment located in a residence. The apartment is small for 5 but well appointed and the terrace and garden are very nice. There is a nice swimming pool in the residence and an almost private beach nearby. I recommend without problem.

Everything about the apartment has been described in countless reviews. We too were surprised with many goodies. In such a high quality we have never experienced this at Airbnb. We had traveled to Sardinia because we wanted to enjoy the last rays of sunshine and the wonderful beaches of Sardinia. In October, thanks to the great advice of the hosts, we were able to experience this without the big tourism. At times we were alone at the kilometer long stalls. Also this expectation was exceeded. We were in Tortoli for two. If someone wants to travel with a friendly couple to Tortoli, so four, you must necessarily look at the other, new apartment by monicaesergio. We were allowed to visit the renovated house in the center of Tortoli. It's breathtaking. With much love for the Sardinian culture and traditions, the house has been tastefully prepared and renovated. We have never seen anything like it. Both objects are unreservedly recommended. Our stay in Tortolli was amazing. Checking in and out was very easy due to the fact they await you personally. The house is very clean and the architecture is extraordinary. The hosts are super friendly and always in contact with you in case of a problem. They also give great advice where to go to expierence the whole island like a local. The stay was definitly worth the price.

The way you took care of us with so many details like all your sweet invitations, the great dinner and tour. Especially all the little details like fresh fruits and vegetables on different days. Our terrace was amazing and so huge. The bathroom was very large and very clean and very well equipped. The bed was amazingly comfortable. We really felt like in a luxury home. The environment/surrounding was just perfect - within 5 - 10 min. by car we were able to reach so many lovely beaches. Almost all shopping facilities were in walking distance (5 - 10 min.) The city Tortolí was so cute - we would have loved to stay with you longer. You made our whole trip very special and much greater than we could have ever expected it to be. Best place for staying in Sardinia. you can not find another place Which is as good as this one. Monica and Sergio were the best hosts one could imagine. Helpful,warm-hearted and very careful. The apartment is absolutely amazing . Much space , a big terrace, everything for cooking , they even had oil, herbs and fresh fruits prepared on our arrival day. If you have the opportunity to spend your holiday here, than go for it! And thanks again to moniceesergio for the best time .

Daniele's place is absolutely recommendable! We stayed there for 10 days in September with our two kids (3 and 6) and had a really great time. The house is directly at the beach, you can enjoy your morning coffee with your toes in the sea! The sandy beach is clean and the water great. Some days the waves were very intense but other days it was very calm, crystal clear and the kids liked it at lot! Besides weekends there were only very few other people at the beach. The place really is like it appears on the pictures! Daniele offers beach equipment (parasol, sun beds, surf boards) for free and recommends very good restaurants or tours. He was very fast in responding to all our questions. Grocery shopping possibilities are near but a car is required. The only thing to think about in September: It's end of season, so some restaurants and as well the water parks are already closed (which is actually not that much of a problem). And there are a lot of mosquitos. Daniele's house is equipped with mosquito nets at all windows and the door, so inside there is no problem, and he provides citronella etc. All together it was one of our best holidays and we are already thinking about going back next year!

We (family of 4 with 2 kids 7 and 13 years old) spent 2 weeks in an apartment from Daniele. Location of the house is absolutely unique with a great view to the beach. Daniele is indeed a super host who helped us with literally everything before and during our stay. I highly recommend this place for summer vacation!!!

The Beach Front House at Geremeas is perfect for a quiet, simple beach holiday in Sardinia. The apartment is literally just a few steps from the beach and there is a spacious and well-equipped terrace and patio area perfect for lounging and relaxing. There is also good air conditioning in the apartment giving some much appreciated reprieve from the heat on the hottest days. Daniele was truly a super host: helpful, kind and charming and the bottle of local red wine he provided on our arrival was excellent! A car is a must both for shopping and getting around to see some of the beautiful Sardinian countryside and enjoying the Sardinian cuisine. For a fine dining experience we would recommend Restaurant La Vela overlooking the harbour at Villasimius, and Daniele also has other recommendations that we thoroughly enjoyed exploring. We truly enjoyed our stay and fully recommend a stay at Daniele’s beachfront apartment!

Unique apartment right at the beach. The house is well equipped with everything you need if you travel by plain (towels, shampoo, natural water etc.). We made barbecue on the balcony with breathtaking panorama...

Perfect place for anyone to have a nice getaway. My family and I stayed for 5 nights and never had a bad time. The house was perfect for what we needed, including a kitchen with a grill and perfect access to the beach. Daniele’s hospitality was spot on and offered good local knowledge. We would definitely stay here again!

Bombastic view! Mountains on one side and sea on the other side. Equipment is great - everything there what you need. Have even received a welcome pack on arrival! We quickly felt very comfortable. Only the way up is a bit adventurous as there is an uneven sand section, especially after a rainy day. It's worth a nimble rental car with a bit of horsepower. ;) Communication was always fast and top!

If your real peace outside the holiday season as we want in October, the accommodation is just right. The last meters to the resort are adventurous because not yet tarred. But does not really pose a problem. The all-round view is awesome and the hosts are always there for you.

It was fantastic

In Antonio house you can spend wonderful holidays. We stayed for a week in the house - it was a nice holiday. Nothing is missing in the house, at least we did not miss anything. The kitchen is equipped with everything needed. There are umbrellas for the beach and even a cooler. Also on sand toys for children is thought. The view from the terrace east a force. Mountains and sea! Since you would like to drive away not at all :) To get to Antonio's house, you follow his very good description. Finally, you have to drive a sandy path steeply upwards. But arrived there one expects a wonderfully maintained, cozy holiday house plant. Antonio is an excellent host. We were personally received upon our arrival. He was always available and very helpful. We will be back.

Great island, great accommodation, everything as promised and already described by the previous visitors. The location between sea and mountains is fantastic. The house has everything you need for living, cooking, etc., as well as for the beach, perfect. The view fantastic. Antonio is a perfect host. The directions were very good. The journey partly adventurous, since the non-fortified rise to the house, was partially flushed out by rain, but everything feasible. Without a car, however, one is smitten. From the middle of September, the season seems to come to an end, the Stranbars have closed during the week and also the restaurants, which are very rare in the region, had already closed. The pool was only two days available and then, for whatever reason, no longer accessible. Otherwise you can highly recommend the Septermber, still great weather, the beaches but mostly deserted, which I personally loved. A great holiday to relax and refuel. The house is very well equipped with a large stove, enough cookware, many towels, sheets, beach chairs and umbrella. On arrival we received a basket filled with food, a welcome gift, the fridge was filled with drinks for arrival. The apartment was very clean and we immediately felt very comfortable and warmly welcomed. The view of the house on the sea is fantastic, the nearest sandy beach about 1 km away and better to reach by car, since the driveway to the house is very steep and partly unpaved. The facility is very neat and attractive, groomed daily by a gardener. The pool is beautiful and offers beautiful views. Overall a very good place to enjoy quiet and relaxing days by the sea. The communication was uncomplicated and prompt. Uncomplicated check in and check out. We can highly recommend Antonio and Domy.

We had a great time in this idyllic place. The location is really exceptional. A view of the sea and the mountains with rich reds. The accommodation is really well equipped and Antonio and Domy are really superhosts. They go out of their way to meet all your needs. The swimming pool of the residence is very pleasant to cool with a great view also even if the beach is 5 minutes by car and 15 minutes walk. For me one of the most beautiful and convenient beaches in the area. The water goes down very gradually and it's really good for the kids. The outdoor shower is super convenient. You have to stop by Graziella and Tonino who sell fruit and vegetables in the nearby street because Graziella prepares homemade pasta wonderfully. No shadows on the board except to leave Marina Tertenia and Sardinia. We will undoubtedly return

Beautiful renovation, perfect organization, very good starting point for hiking and climbing, very functional accommodation. Alas we will not have had the opportunity to meet our guests.

A beautiful little cottage tucked away in the mountain side, with stunning views. Perfect accomodation for a few nights getaway and to explore the east coast. Pedra Longa is a must see spot with insane views a a lovely restaurant. Ideally I would recommend a car, it could prove tricky without one! Parking is available 20metres away.

We enjoyed our stay in Federicas and Matteos apartment so much! Unfortunately we did not get the chance to meet them in person (our arrival was very late and the departute very early), but check-in, check-out and communication was very easy, friendly and helpful. The apartment is really cute, clean and comfortable for two persons. The little village Baunei is lovely as well and a great location to discover the area around!

This was truly our best Airbnb stay so far! The house in the mountain village is just amazing with all the lovely, thoughtful details. We immediately felt at home and really enjoyed our stay in Baunei. The communication with Federica and Matteo was always good and they are super passionate hosts. The self check-in was easy and uncomplicated. We loved the beaches around Baunei and also did some pretty nice hikes. Everything was just to our satisfaction. We highly recommend Federica and Matteo to other travelers.

If we had any questions or concerns, Mateo and Federica were very reponsive The place is clean and well located in a typical Mountainous Sardinian village. I really appreciate the little touch of 'sweetness' left for us despite our late arrival. Check-in and out were easy and very convenient. The use of the bikes were a plus. Highly recommended.

The Federica & Matteo apartment feels like coming home. It is beautifully furnished and equipped with all conveniences. We were there in the middle of the summer so the air conditioning was nice. The apartment is nice and spacious and is furnished in detail with Sardinian objects. We really enjoyed both the apartment and the beautiful surroundings. From remote bays with clear blue water to a beautiful mountain hike, really great. Sardinia is highly recommended and the Baunei region is a gem!

Incomparable !!!

This place is unique and a real gem. You feel like you’re in your own private world - and the views from inside and the garden area/terrace are breathtaking. The accommodation is quirky (it’s literally built into the rock) but really liveable. The town itself was sleepy (we were off season) but a great place to base yourself for Gorrupi Canyon and the nearby beaches / caves. Felt like hosts were on hand if we needed them but never intrusive. Amazing place.

A nice place to let the summer end in October. We‘ve really enjoyed to watch sunrises with a hot coffee from the balcony. Alessio is a great host.

What a beautiful place! We took the advice from previous reviews and made sure we watched the sunrise - we weren't disappointed! It's a must! The terrace is just amazing and taking a shower outdoors overlooking the ocean is very special. We didn't want to leave!

This is literally the BEST HOUSE in Cala Gonone!! Even the locals say so👍 It’s rustic and basic, yet has everything you need, the most spectacular view from every corner of the little house! Outdoor shower was a win, and so was the balcony, coffee and sunrises over the sea every morning! It’s a walk into town (steep uphill on the way back!), local supermarkets and restaurants, as well as the marina and beaches. A short drive (20min) to some spectacular beaches like Cala Cartoe or a boat trip (thanks Alessio!) to even more picture perfect beaches! Alessio was fabulous, super helpful and already accommodating and smiling!! We love places like this, where you can feel the family history and the love poured into the place ! We are so grateful to have found this little gem and for sure will be back!!!!

Lovely place to stay in with the most amazing sea view. Make sure you wake up early to watch the sunrise! Alessio was super friendly and helpful with lots of local tips. The home is a few minutes walk from the pier from where you can hire a boat. The place itself is very stylish, clean & comfortable. I would recommend it to anyone looking for a special and unique stay!

Maria has gone above and beyond to accommodate us: she messaged the day before and made sure she had everything we needed for our stay, left us welcome breakfast for the next morning, and we were able to check in despite arriving after midnight in Olbia. She thought of all the little details and left plenty of information about Olbia and the nearby towns and beaches. Absolutely amazing stay and we will definitely be back!

Spacious, quiet, perfectly clean, and nicely decorated. Maria is a very friendly host and we appreciated all her little touches :) It is easy to park and the expressway is nearby to go on an excursion. He just missed a dishwasher so the equipment was perfect :)
