During the core renovation 5 years ago, practically everything was renewed, except for the old roof construction, which gives the apartment a lot of charm and warmth. The advantages of the apartment are the quiet location with simultaneous proximity to the center and train station (10 minutes' walk), the spacious living space, 1 private parking space + public parking spaces in front of the door and the proximity to nature with the state horticultural show grounds.

The detached guest house is located in the rear part of the historic property Hammerschmiede Grafing (built in 1664), located on the Urtel stream. Far away from road traffic, bordering on wide meadows and yet only 1 km to the bustling market square. Supermarket, bakery, organic market - all within walking distance 12 minutes by train from Grafing train station to Munich East train station. And the S-Bahn to Munich from Grafing city. A good place to work, relax, go on trips to the mountains, trade fair...

Kostenloses Parken während des Aufenthalts. Zum Spielplatz sind es ein paar Gehminuten. Der Rotter Ausee lädt zum Schwimmen und zu schönen Spaziergängen ein. Der Chiemsee und die Berge sind in 30 Fahrminuten zu erreichen. Direkte Zugverbindung nach Landshut und Rosenheim.

Welcome to the beautiful and newly equipped apartment in a secluded location with mountain views and an outdoor Jacuzzi. Above the village of Aßling with supermarkets, restaurants, gas station, bakery. To the train station it's a 5 min walk, from there you can take the train to Munich in about 21 min and to Rosenheim in 15 min, further to Salzburg.... (i.e. you can also arrive without a car. If we can arrange it, we will be happy to pick you and your suitcases up from the station).

Our accommodation is the ideal base for your exploration/shopping tour in the Bavarian capital! 10 minutes by car or 2 train stations away, you will find wellness & fun at the Therme Erding! Quiet 2-room apartment just outside Munich

Completely refurbished (mid-2018) 2-room apartment (60 sqm) by the forest with terrace in a small community between Munich and Wasserburg. Free Wi-Fi available. In the living room, a foldable sofa bed (1.35x2 m). By car: MUNICH 35–45 min., MUNICH EXHIBITION CENTER 25 min., CHIEMSEE 45 min., AIRPORT 40 min., THERME ERDING 30 min. Bus line 9410, S-BAHN STATION EBERSBERG can only be reached by car in 15 minutes. Please no children under the age of 5. (Not equipped for them.)

Charming wooden plank hut near the Wasserburg old town on a wild steep slope property. With mini kitchen, microwave/hot air/grill, kettle and fridge. In the small bathroom there is a shower and a toilet. Instead of the hand wash basin, a door leads to the sauna terrace. The cabin is equipped with electric heating and an electric boiler (30 l). The outdoor sauna invites you to relax. A fee of 20 euros will be charged per use. Smoking is allowed outside the cabin.
