NIKA Loft is a stylishly furnished 70 sqm attic apartment in downtown Rosenheim. During the core renovation 5 years ago, practically everything was renewed, except for the old roof construction, which gives the apartment a lot of charm and warmth. The advantages of the apartment are the quiet location with simultaneous proximity to the center and train station (10 minutes' walk), the spacious living space, 1 private parking space + public parking spaces in front of the door and the proximity to nature with the state horticultural show grounds.

Our very bright, idyllic and quietly located apartment is on the first floor of our house and has direct access to your terrace area and the garden. The apartment is in mint condition, has rural modern furnishings and is very well equipped. Frasdorf lies at the foot of the Chiemgau mountains, nestled in the gentle hills of the Alpine foothills. Just 8 kilometers from Lake Chiemsee and Lake Simssee. Centrally located between Munich and Salzburg and away from the hustle and bustle and in every season.

To the bus 1 minute, train nearby, a few minutes to Rosenheim and 45 minutes to Munich. The house has three bedrooms, a balcony and a very spacious bathroom, two WCs. There is also a fully equipped open-plan kitchen, leading into the bright living/dining area, with conservatory and adjoining terrace overlooking the garden.

We had a great stay! Check-in was smooth with clear instructions. As frequent Airbnb users, we were genuinely impressed by the attention to detail—everything from kitchen appliances to bathroom amenities was thoughtfully provided. Communication with Angelika was excellent. She was easy to reach, very responsive, and clear. When we had a small issue with the apartment, she promptly sent her brother to take care of it—much appreciated! The neighborhood is quiet and peaceful, with beautiful walking trails nearby. The apartment is just a 5–10 minute drive from Wasserburg am Inn, or about a 45–60 minute walk if you're up for it. We would definitely stay here again!

We had a great time staying with Stefan! Upon arrival, we were greeted in a friendly manner and received many tips on excursions and events. The apartment is rustic and cozy – and pleasantly cool despite the summer heat. The location is quiet and ideal for those who are mobile by car. With our dogs, we could roam through meadows directly from the house without having to look for a park first. For our children, the hen with her chicks and the cows in the yard were a real highlight. Stefan was very warm, explained everything well and we felt right at home. He also pointed out/invited us to a current event nearby. Only small note: In the kitchen, some cutlery was missing – no problem for us, as we only made coffee. Overall, a relaxing stay in beautiful surroundings. Glad to come back! Thank you, Stefan!

Our stay in Pfaffing was great! The apartment is superbly equipped, modernly furnished and immaculately clean. An Edeka and bakery are only a few minutes' walk away. It takes about 50 minutes to get to Munich, which is perfect for a day trip. We can fully recommend this accommodation. We felt completely comfortable and would definitely come back!

Very nice cottage in a beautiful, quiet location,..., everything you need is available. Wasserburg is really quick and easy to reach on foot. Great starting point for hikes and excursions. The landlady was extremely helpful, very nice and attentive. Check-in was totally hassle-free. And yes: there are mosquitoes😉

The time at Sanni's place was great. On the one hand, the accommodation was lovingly and modernly furnished. On the other hand, Sanni was an incredibly nice hostess. Additional mattress for the child was not an issue. The kitchen had great standard amenities. The children were shown the rabbits and chickens. And as a farewell gift, there was a glass of honey from our own production. I'll be back anytime.
