Quiet , in a small hamlet on land not closed, house adjoining to ours but has its entrance on the opposite side so no promiscuity .House fully equipped with television and internet connection by ethernet and wifi . Close to the Haute Saintonge car circuit, 20 kms from the Dordogne, 50 kms from St Emillion, 60 from Bordeaux 150 from Royan. Almost a camping on the farm, we have two sheep d ouessant and a dwarf goat.
