Location is great! Eric is awesome to work with and quick to respond to any issues. The house was clean and had everything we needed for our stay. The backyard is gorgeous!!

The house is easily accessible right off the main road. Very quite and cozy with an amazing backyard! I plan to return my next trip to UT. Eric had coffee for us, shampoo, and all the essentials in case you forgot something. I highly recommend a stay here.

Eric's place offered our family the retreat we wanted for our quick weekend getaway. The accommodations were comfortable and we had plenty of space. The backyard was everyone's favorite! We loved the privacy and enjoyed our time out under the sun and under the stars.

I enjoyed my stay at Todd's place while I was visiting BYU campus. It is a short ride or a nice walk to campus. There is a large supermarket right next door. Also a very short walk to 'downtown' to restaurants. Inside the apartment is very nice and the pictures on the airbnb side are representative. There are several good amenities such as washer/dryer, dishwasher, coffee machine. The kitchen is well equipped (eg microwave, oven etc.).

Honestly, I had ridiculously high expectations for this AirBnb and it still far exceeded. The location is perfect, very safe, day and night, and in walking distance of everything. It is a gorgeous, unique, tastefully done space. I am looking for reasons to travel to Provo again. I will always stay here. It is my new favorite AirBnb. It literally could not be better.

This is our second time staying at Todd’s place and we fell in love with it even more. Not only is Todd extremely thorough in the necessary information you’ll need for finding the location and check-in/check-out, but this apartment is cozy, clean, and full of amenities. We hope to stay at this AirBnB every time we travel to Provo. We can not recommend this place enough!!

This unit is conveniently located and reasonably priced. Todd is very responsive and accommodating. I was traveling with my grown son and he graciously provided extra bedding and an air mattress. The living space is most comfortable for a single traveler. All in all, I'm very pleased.

Absolutely Wonderful!

Spacious, clean, good looking, well located, great price, great hosts. What else can you ask for an Airbnb? This place filled all the boxes for us, we were just staying for one night, but we would have stayed for longer. It is quite spacious and comfortable with a great view of the mountains and a great deck to enjoy it. I was able to take a few pictures at sunrise. They also have a good collection of books you can check out. There is not TV, which I did not miss at all, but something you should keep in mind if you love that little rectangle.

My husband and I had such a wonderful stay here! It was such a beautiful cabin to come relax away from reality. The decor was cute and made everything feel so cozy. It was in the best location and we were able to make the very quick drive to The Foundry Grill at Sundance for breakfast. We cannot wait to come back during spring and summer and be able to walk straight to amazing hiking trails! Also, the bed here was amazing! Felt like sleeping on a cloud. Stay here, you won’t regret it!

This place was absolutely awesome. The pictures made it look great and it was even better. The place is spotless and has everything you need. Pamela was helpful in her recommendations and always quick to respond to any questions we had. The proximity to Sundance can't be beat - just a quick drive or we might have walked had it been warmer. The creek running through the property is beautiful. I hate to brag too much because it might be rented the next time we want to stay here. Can't wait to come back. For what it is worth, my wife gave me brownie points for finding it. This was just a quick (2 night) stay but would love to stay longer. As an added bonus we caught a glimpse of Robert Redford Sunday night at the Foundry Grill at Sundance. One other note, we actually got to see the "Bluebird Cafe" appearance at Sundance. I highly recommend going if you are there at the same time. I believe they do it in the winter and summer. Great Hostess, great place, great ambience inside and out, great stay. Thanks Pamela.

We had a wonderful stay at the Carriage House. From the time of booking until the time we left, Pamela was a delight to correspond with and she responded very quickly. She was flexible and accommodated some special requests we had due to a restrictive work schedule. The house itself was beautiful, comfortable, and clean. We were greeted warmly and shown around the property to make sure we felt comfortable. It was a bonus that Sundance was a short walk away for food and drink. We would definitely rent again!

This is a great location! We went dog sledding and rode snow mobiles while on vacation here. It was so beautiful and the place was very clean & cozy!

This cottage was above and beyond any and all expectations I had. This cottage is in perfect proximity to Sun Dance resort (5 minute walk) but is remote enough to feel like you’re escaping into the mountainside. Any amenity you can imagine was taken care of and it couldn’t have been a more pleasant stay. Pamela was extremely hospitable and gave great recommendations on places to snowmobile, etc. Will ABSOLUTELY be returning and have already recommended this location to many friends. Perfect for a couples weekend!

This is one of the coolest places I’ve ever stayed!! The sauna was amazing! The view from the hot tub was a dream! The adorable and gigantic shower was to die for! The spic and span house was next level clean! The bed felt like I was sleeping on a cloud! It was extremely relaxing to kick back by the fire and watch tv. And the kitchen had everything we needed to cook and prepare dinner. I will definitely be staying here again!

This was a comfy, homey place to spend the night; clean and in a quiet neighborhood. Close enough to comfortably walk to the university. Easy check-in and out with clear instructions from the host. :)

My sister, dog, and I were just passing through and Leionnie’s place was perfect. The directions were easy to understand and we were able to check in on our own and we had the whole downstairs. Multiple doors with multiple locks so it was very safe, and it was pet friendly! It was also very clean. I highly recommend!

We are always on the look out for something better, Lei's place has made that totally unnecessary. Traveling with our dogs is a challenge and Lei's place meets and exceeds all those needs. Well fenced and maintained backyard, plenty of space so as not to be tripping over one another. Very close to a beautiful local park for walks. When traveling from Denver to SF Bay we will always try to stay with Lei. Thanks for having us!!

Leionnie's home was very welcoming, clean and convenient for our trip to Utah. I crossed paths with the neighbors upstairs who are extremely nice. They are a respectful younger coupler who were happy to swap local beer selections, my Colorado for their Utah. I would highly recommend a stay at Leionnie's as it's a great price for a nice location, less than an hour from Salt Lake and Park City. P.S. you have plenty of privacy from the upstairs neighbors, only sharing the fenced-in backyard for a dog if you have one.

Great little place. Nice separate space. Full kitchen and full sized w/d are a plus. Good central Provo location (check out the Black Sheep Cafe-yum!). Will definitely stay here again.

This place is great! We stayed for a week and were perfectly comfortable. It's conveniently located to everything in downtown Provo and BYU. The unit is clean and although it's a basement, it's a walkout with windows on 3 sides that let in plenty of light. It's got a smart, comfortable arrangement of furniture and was plenty big for 4 adults. The bathroom is surprisingly large and well appointed. The shower had plenty of super hot water and the showerhead is mounted high for tall folks to use comfortably. We also liked having a king bed so we could spread out. The kitchen had tons of supplies and equipment and we had all we needed and more. Love the full-size gas range! It was also great having an in-unit washer and dryer. Our hosts were super quick to respond and really went above and beyond to make sure we had a pleasant stay. It was a great value! This will be our regular place when we come to Provo!

This is a great place to stay with a beautiful view! If you are a very light sleeper, you can hear some noises from family activity above but it was not a problem for me at all. This place is really cute, clean and has a full refrigerator!

Olivia was very helpfull when needed. We went for a treatment at the CFX clinic, very nearby. A very nice central place to visit town, mountains, Salt Lake City. We really can advise this place.

I stayed there while visiting a local concussion clinic and it was just right. Quiet street, fairly good noise isolation from the rest of the house. Easy parking and gorgeous view. Kitchen has basics but not more. We didn't have contact with Olivia during our stay but she was very communicative in advance.

This might be one of my favorite Airbnb stays. I stayed in this Airbnb for 5 days, and I absolutely loved the experience. Kim and Shiree are great, and they rapidly respond to all communications. The check-in (keypad) was incredibly easy to use, and it was convenient not having to worry about having to keep track of a key. The kitchen was a dream to cook in over the course of the week. There are most cooking utensils that you need, and a full dining set available. The kitchen is stocked with pots, pans, and some of the basic ingredients that you may need. The refrigerator, microwave, and other amenities were super clean. The bedroom is incredibly comfortable, and I slept like a dream at this place. Being a basement, you may be concerned about whether or not you will hear the family above you. It's actually pretty quiet down there. The bed (mattress), sheets, and comforter were all cozy. There are privacy and blackout pull-down curtains - to allow you to have different amounts of sun in the room. The room has a fan which you can operate via remote control and set on low medium or high (on top of central ac and heat). The TV in the bedroom is hooked up to a Roku, and you can stream Amazon, Disney plus, Hulu, etc. The bathroom is one of my favorite parts. There's a dual head shower, one side where the shower head rains down water on you, and the other that's a handheld spigot. The water pressure is awesome, and also the water gets pretty hot. So, if you want a hot, high-pressure shower, you're in luck. There are quite a few lighting options to make the place nice and bright, or to keep it dim. There's a Bluetooth speaker in the living room, so if you want to stream your own music/podcast, you can. There's a TV in there, too, most likely with the same capabilities as the one in the bedroom They're also a lot of really great finishing touches like the tree with the lights and all of the different decorations that make this the Nature House. I can't say enough good things about this place. When I come back to Orem, I will definitely look at staying at this place first (before considering other options).

Wow — the thought and care that goes into every square inch of this property is exceptional!

Nature’s Best really is one of the best! We came for an overnight get away and it was perfect! The place was very clean, it’s nicely updated, and very comfortable. We loved watching tv on the 2 large tvs (one in the bedroom, one in the living room). Check-in was super easy and things are marked to show you where to park and go when you get there. We enjoyed thoughtful touches such as a charging station with chargers for multiple kinds of devices and chocolates on the table when we arrived. The shower is wonderful and so relaxing. It’s in a great location close to get to restaurants and shopping. We wish we could have stayed longer. Great hosts!You will love staying here!

This place was awesome! It was everything we needed for a weekend away from the kids. We had all the privacy we needed. The extra touches they added were the icing on the cake! We loved the binder full of tips and ideas of fun things to do in the area and places to eat. Our options were limitless. The sparkling drink and chocolates were a nice little touch. The decor was so welcoming. We'd definitely love to stay here again.

This place was so cozy, I was blown away! It was pristinely clean and had all the things you might need (cooking utensils, blankets, towels, etc). Marissa and Joaquin leave detailed check in instructions so that you’re never confused. Very good price for having your own private place! Plus a washer and dryer which is huge. Bring your own laundry soap if you plan to use the washer. One of my favorite Airbnbs - definitely 5 stars. Loved!

The space is small but cozy. It would be fine for a couple of adults and a couple of kids but four adults would probably find it crowded. Despite the small size, the space is used very efficiently and they managed to fit a full (albeit kind of miniaturized) kitchen in there with out making the room feel cluttered. The location is great - close to a lot of things but not right on the main road. Good value for the price. The hosts were very polite and helpful when I had questions.

I enjoyed my stay at this Airbnb! Easy check in, comfortable bed great location next to a park with views of the lake. My stay came with in garage parking, a basket of treats, full fridge and freezer, large TV, couch.

Darcy’s place is amazing. The high ceilings are a great touch. Snack basket is so thoughtful. The entire studio is sparkly clean. Great place to stay. My only caution is for travelers who have difficulty with carrying their luggage up stairs-not advised for the elderly or for guests with balance issues.

I was greeted with a warm welcome and given a tour of their beautiful home that Darcy’s husband (Mark) and their son (Paiten) built. The private room is located upstairs. You will be given a set of keys that unlocks your door and the main door of their house. The space is very stylish, cozy, and even has a beautiful view of the mountains. The only shared spaces are the washer and dryer. I love their personal touch of the space by adding a complimentary basket filled with lots of snacks and drinks. I also liked the fact that I was given priority parking in their single car door garage. Also since you will have access to Darcy, Mark, and Paiten’s contact number, you will feel more comfortable knowing that you can easily communicate with your host. So if any time you may need a cup of sugar or anything, just ask! I would HIGHLY recommend this place to anyone booking their next stay in Orem, UT.

Great place. Tons of space. Owner gave perfect instructions for finding the apartment. Very clean. Fantastic value. Great location, near BYU. Be aware that you can hear noise and conversations from other areas in the house. Not really an issue though as it was quiet at night and early morning when it mattered.

I had a very pleasant stay, it was convenient and cozy. When I first arrived it was sparkling clean, very organized and smelled fresh. It is a simple Airbnb that has everything you need! The location is great, it is within walking distance of BYU Campus and a little less than a 10 minute drive away from Provo’s cute downtown with lots of great restaurants! Overall, I’d highly recommend this stay. If I ever find myself back in Provo I’d definitely love to book this place again!

Place was close to the interstate and perfect for our overnight stay. Small but very cute and had everything we needed.

Clean and close to BYU. My husband flew in to town to pick up a car and drive back the next day. Tony’s place was close to BYU and it was convenient!

Clean, quiet and spacious. We didn’t travel with children, but Angela’s place would be ideal for family accommodation. We loved that’s it’s on a quiet cul-de-sac but still close enough to downtown Provo that you can walk to restaurants and BYU.

Lovely place! Memory foam mattress on the king bed was heavenly. Location was great for walking to food and access to BYU. Kitchenette was convenient (though no stove), check-in was very easy, and the apartment was cozy and clean.

We had a wonderful time at Lisie's home. It was very clean and stylish and all the amenities and appliances worked great. Keep in mind that this is a section of a home (you are not renting the entire house you see in the picture, so your area is pretty small) and there is someone who lives in the small studio by the porch, so if you are on the porch or in the hot tub it is not completely private. But we never had any issues and had a really great time! The hot tub was a wonderful touch. We would definitely stay here again.

Great location, parking was so convenient too. Home is darling and we loved the personal touch that Lisie left for us during our stay. My son and I were able to play in the yard while in between events, really cute space.

We stayed only one night at Lisie's homestead but it was a wonderful night ! We really had our private space and we loved the place and the touches of hospitality. Hosts are very responsive if you need anything and they have all the loca tips on food and activities. The hot tub was also enjoyable is the cool winter night. A few girlfriends and I enjoyed a weekend retreat here and it was perfection! Our hosts were attentive and easy to communicate with, and the location is really great for feeling like it's an escape, but also with access to anything you could want within just a couple of minutes. Has been one of my top AirBnB experiences!

Lisie's place is so clean and the decor is adorable. We loved staying in the space and using the hot tub which was the perfect temperature every night. The communication was so quick and easy. I loved that she even checked in on us mid-stay via email to make sure we were comfortable and had everything we needed. A great place to stay with an even better hostess. Will book again!

Lisie's home was absolutely breathtakingly gorgeous. The place was spotless with fine details all over the home, and a cute welcome book on the table that described the home and the things within it. There was far more space than I was expecting and every need we had was already taken care of by Lisie. It was quiet and absolutely lovely, especially with the view of the mountains right outside the window. I only wish we had spent more time there!

An absolutely perfect experience! Easy parking right in front of the house. Super clean, comfy bed and couch in the common area. We enjoyed watching a few DVDs (no Cable service FYI). The muffins, fruit and drinks were a lovey touch. Ronda and Scott were wonderful hosts. Can’t recommend any more! They are what Airbnb was and is supposed to be! Thanks again

I cannot say enough positive comments about Hannah’s space! I never give 5 stars in all categories, except with this cute, cozy home. It appeared professionally cleaned, and had incredibly clear instructions for check in and out. Hannah was kind and timely. It was a perfect retreat for a group of ladies looking for a relaxing, safe weekend!

We chose Hannah’s Place because of the price and location. We came into town for a dance competition at BYU. The location was ideal. Hannah sent detailed instructions of how to check in and where to park. The house was very clean and comfortable. It was a great value for the price. I have already recommended to a friend. Definitely the best value in the SLC area. You basically get the whole top floor of a newly renovated house to yourself. The living room is ginormous and there’s plenty of space in the kitchen and dining room too. The bed was very comfortable and the place was very clean and comfortable and the hosts were great!

We were so happy with this location. So easy to get to and just minutes from I 15. The apartment was spacious and we had plenty of room to spread out. It was so clean, we could see the carpet lines from the vaccuum! We also loved all the storage -closets and dressers with hangers were so helpful. We had a very comfortable stay here.

The cutest spot in Orem! Perfect for a couples get away, and the hot tub was such a nice touch. Everything was so comfortable and the host was very quick to respond! Will be staying here again.

The house was spacious and the decor is beautiful, not cluttered and the room was private and cozy. The house was also clean and every need was attended. There is privacy when needed and community when wanted. The stay and people were amazing and I would highly recommend staying here.

Staying with Steven and Helenita is a real pleasure! Steven was very quick and helpful with his response to us from the start. All the reviews have mentioned how clean and welcoming both the home and hosts are. There isn't much to add to that other than to say we absolutely agree! We can share our personal opinions as to how they made accommodations for our individual situation so we felt that way. In my husband's and my stay some of the major ones would be: -I thought it'd be an issue having a shared bath instead of a private bath. Not sure what they did, but the comfort level in the home was such that I didn't feel awkward about that..! That's amazing for me! -no strict breakfast hours. If you're having an off morning, this is a true home like quality. Bless them! -treats when we walked in the door. How's that after a hard day! -beautiful garden and pictures surrounding you. -our bed was super comfy and provided a great night's sleep every night! We recently purchased a bed, so we know one person's idea of soft or firm is completely different from anothers. That holds true for comfort too. But we both loved this bed. Lots of other little reasons made this Airbnb an excellent value compared to the big guys. In fact you'll be adding comfort and charm. Can't wait to see you both in the future!

All around, every aspect of our stay, was just super! Steve is super at hospitality and being a flexible, welcoming host! Hellenita's special touches around the home and the garden are just delightful. The spacious frig and counter space make "home cooking" easy. The large TV and spotlessness of the entire place will add to your enjoyment. We also appreciated the use of the backyard for our bike needs. ALWAYS being greeted with smiles is just a bonus with this stay!

Spotlessly clean and beautifully decorated home, airbnb bedrooms and bath ... amazingly kind and helpful hosts ... thick bath towels, hand towels, and washcloths (some airbnbs only provide a bath towel) ... great variety of breakfast items ... easy check-in/check-out ... an Orem location close enough to BYU to be convenient but far enough away to not be in the thick of the Education Week crowds ... receive better value than a hotel room for a third less $$$ ... and, finally, you can trust this review ... we've stayed at Steven's place three times now, and will always return!!!

Biggest bang for your buck here! Very generous touches, enjoyed the breakfast and coffee that was available to us. Very close to pretty much everything! It took 25 minutes to get to Sundance resort. 5 minutes away from many restaurants/fast food. Loved the decor of the place, very homey and small enough that it’s perfect for couples. The only complaint I has is the squeaky bed but that is only a small inconvenience considering all the benefits from the place. Thank you, Maarah, for a good stay!

Great price and location! To clarify, this lodging is the basement of another property, but the basement space is all your own with the listed amenities. It might be a little cramped at times, but if you are visiting BYU friends, you can’t beat the price and location. Maarah was a great host and had everything cleaned and ready even when I checked early.

Alan and Gale were great hosts. Excellent communication. Check-in was easy with a keypad. My kids loved the board games and toys. The Google fiber internet and TV worked really well. It's a basement apartment but the heating worked well on the cold nights. Parking is on the street but it wasn't difficult to find a place to park. We didn't use the washer & dryer so can't speak to that. Overall a great stay and excellent location with great hosts!

Alan and Gale are very friendly and accommodating and had great communication. The property was easy to access and very convenient to local attractions. It was very quiet and relaxing for us. Some amenities were a little dated, but everything worked well enough for us. The kids mentioned that the cots and sofa bed were “springy”, as in not a lot of padding and they could feel the springs.

They were the consummate hosts, always quick to answer and very thoughtful. We used the kitchen to cook daily meals for our family and it was the best stocked kitchen with pans and things I needed that I have ever seen in any Airbnb we’ve stayed in.

Kate's downstairs apartment is perfect for any weary traveler's in need of some good rest and relaxation! I was surprised how fully furnished the apartment was and the bed was beyond comfortable. Cooking was so easy, she has a washer and dryer and a large tv with roku. Also, the space is impeccably clean. Kate is incredibly easy to get into contact with. There are supermarkets and even an asian market 1+ mile away and the area is gorgeus being very close to the mountains. Check-in was a breeze and I would definitely stay again if I'm in the area. Highly recommened!

We have stayed with Chris and Gilma before, so we were really happy their space was available for our dates again this round. They are both very hospitable and their home is very comfortable and clean. Funny enough, I actually slept better while I was there than I have at home recently (even FitBit says so! LOL) Normally I have trouble sleeping away from home, but not the case here. Very comfy and great place.

We feel like Chris and Gilma’s place was a great value for the money. It was clean and comfortable. Comfy bed and soft sheets. They provided a continental breakfast tray with a variety of options. They were quick to respond to any questions, gave good instructions for how to get there, where to park and how to get into their townhome . I appreciated that they made it possible for our room to be locked when we were not there. Would stay here again.

The apartment is really cozy with a lot of personal touch, yet very functional. Mackenzie & Jonas are awesome hosts who I highly recommend. This space is very clean and well decorated. It is a basement apartment with a private entrance in an older home, but most of the apartment has been updated/remodeled and feels like new. Very comfortable space.
