Built in 1881, our home is walking distance to downtown Newport, the Cliff Walk, and First Beach. The third floor suite features two large bedrooms (both queen size), an expansive living area, a private full bath, and your own eat-in kitchen. We are licensed by the City of Newport as an approved Airbnb site. We typically require a minimum two night stay during the busy summer weekends.

Harbor front apartment

This is modern apartment right on Newport Harbor. It’s right in the middle of everything being just off Thames St. The apartment is 900 sq ft. with everything you need. There is a private parking space just outside the apartment, a rarity in downtown. There is one parking space included!! Rare in downtown newport. There is strictly no partying as tenants live upstairs.

500 feet from Thames Street. 1200 feet from the Harbor. Quiet (very quite) residential neighborhood. My apartment is ideal for 'bag droppers' who want to come to NPT, drop their bags, and explore. note: May - Oct we do not break up Fri + Sat.
