The apartment was named after the first name of the deceased grandmother "Lenei" as a sign of appreciation. Grandma's favorite pieces meet modern chalet style and thus provide a place of coziness. It is about 1.5 km to the town center, 3 km to the small swimming lake near Grassau and around 15 km to Lake Chiemsee. Numerous hiking trails start directly behind the house. The Chiemgau is also a paradise for cycling tours. Families are attracted to the nearby fairy tale park for a visit.
