Die Wohnung befindet sich im ersten Stock eines Hauses mit fünf Wohneinheiten und ist umfangreich ausgestattet, unter anderem auch mit Bio-Lebensmitteln zum Kochen (Essig, Öl, Salz, Pfeffer, Zucker, div. Gewürze, Gemüsebrühe).
