Access and loading facilities right in front of the apartment 3-minute walk to the tram (Badener Bahn, 7-minute intervals); travel time to Vienna city center/Opera: 45 minutes. Travel time by car is approximately 20–30 minutes. A supermarket, hairdresser, newsagent, restaurant, and a park are all within 100 meters!!!

The apartment is right next to a park so there's hardly any traffic. The whole building is brand-new (construction work finalized in January 2022). It has a private 19m2 terrace with comfy lounge furniture, accessible from the bed- & living room.

Flat in an old farmhouse

We turned an old stable into an apartment. We tried to preserve the atmosphere of the place. The flat is located in the courtyard of a renovated old farm where we are living ourselves (parents and 2 children). The area is called the Wagram, 3 km away from the Danube and around 50 km away from the center of Vienna. Our two cats are also part of the family;you are welcome to interact with them. However, they are not allowed in the flat :-)
