On the waterfront with everything!

Beautiful home with 4 bedrooms on the waterfront. This is the best you will find. All the amenities - fast wi-fi, 3 TVs (satellite), full size kitchen, washer/dryer, and plenty of parking near the snowmobile trail. Mont Ripley is right nearby for skiers. Two full bathrooms and two half bathrooms. New grill added on 6/19/2020. The home is being updated as needed. From new oven mitts to anything else needing an upgrade. Check out the pictures. This is not your average rental home.

Home is a short walk to Michigan Tech and historic downtown. There are two kayaks and 2 bikes available for you to use and explore the canal or downtown. Spacious, clean and unusual second floor apartment overlooking the Portage Lake Lift Bridge. The apartment has one bedroom, one bath, full kitchen and a deck overlooking the water of Portage Canal. It is on the second floor of Roy’s Pasties and Bakery so you have two restaurants on the property with the second being the Copper Range Depot. Convenient to downtown, trails, water access and all points of the Keweenaw!
