Lake Achen, the largest lake in Tyrol, is 2 km away. The ski resort is within walking distance. The golf course is 1 km away.

Farm stay at an altitude of 1098 m

The apartment is located on a small plateau at 1098 meters on the sunny side of the Zillertal. Great views of the Zillertal. The whole house was newly built in 2010. Quiet location, farm with goats, alpacas, playground, many hiking trails, cycling or just enjoying the beautiful view. In winter, sledding, tobogganing, going on tours, snowshoeing. We have over 50 bee colonies on our estates, as well as many beekeeping products with tasting.

Das Apartment mit Gartenblick verfügt über einen Balkon, einen Sitzbereich, einen Flachbild-TV, eine voll ausgestattete Küche mit einem Geschirrspüler und einem Kühlschrank sowie ein eigenes Bad mit einer Dusche. Ein Kochfeld, ein Toaster und ein Wasserkocher sind ebenfalls vorhanden. Skifahren und Radfahren können Sie in der Nähe. Zu den weiteren Vorzügen der Unterkunft gehören der direkte Zugang zu den Skipisten und eine Skiaufbewahrung.

Our bungalow is 57m² in size and has 2 double bedrooms, a bathroom and a kitchen-living room. The kitchen with dining area is very well appointed. The living room also can accommodate 2 people on the sofa bed. A small terrace completes the coziness of our house. You can park in front of the house in the carport with storage for ski, ski boots, tobogganing, bikes and everything that can't find space in the living room.

Host offer for families. Our country house is in a very quiet yet central location. The Hochzillertal, Spieljoch and Hochfügen ski resorts can easily be reached by ski bus from us. In summer, we are an ideal starting point for bike or climbing tours. Golfers can walk to the first tee of the Uderns golf course from us. If you prefer water sports, Lake Achensee offers a varied program!
