Great place, great host !

Very nice apartment with a wonderful view of the valley. We felt very comfortable the entire time. Anna is a super nice and helpful hostess. Everything was available in the apartment. Nothing was missing. We'd come back any time.

Everything perfect! We couldn't have felt more comfortable. Everything is tip top clean, in the bathroom/kitchen everything is available! Bonus point is the history of the apartment (~500 year old building).

Five stars are not enough to describe this place. Everything is just perfect - the building, the apartment, and which is more important - the host family. It’s located literally 5 minutes away from a local ski resort - Alpbach, and around 35 minutes away from both Mayrhofen and Kitzbuhel. Zillerral is in 25 minutes. The apartment has anything you’ll need including an oven, a bath, and a really gorgeous fireplace (this is a thing. We’re from Sweden, and really know what we’re talking about). All cutlery and stuff is also there. It was an absolute stunning experience, we’ve spent 2 weeks there on Christmas holidays and couldn’t wish more for a perfect rest! Laundry room is fully equipped at your service. It is not clear with the photos, however you’ll get a huge walking wardrobe on the way from your bedroom to the bathroom. Another thing to mention is the antique furniture and lighting- this adds up to the ambience of this place!

Wonderful stay in the Alps We had a fantastic time in this small, idyllic village in the Alps. Nature is breathtakingly beautiful – green meadows everywhere, clear mountain air and incredible views. There is a wonderful tranquility, perfect for switching off and relaxing. The place was very cozy and ideal for our family with kids. It had everything you need – spacious, clean and well equipped. The hosts were friendly and helpful. We will be happy to come back!

We are a family of 5, we stayed for 6 nights and we enjoyed it to the max. The host was very friendly and easy to reach. She was very kind and helpful. The apartment was clean and equipped with the needed equipment. The room sizes were pretty good. There were many near supermarkets and restaurants. My parents enjoyed sitting in the beautiful garden. We have only one comment about the bathrooms. Two of the bathrooms were open to the rooms with no doors. Fortunately we managed it but we hoped that they were with doors. Finally, we recommend the apartment and we will visit it again sure in the future.

Phenomenal experience! Hubert is a fantastic host and a very friendly guy. The place is great, clean, and has all the necessary amenities. It has a great view and for everybody who is there skiing it is super easy to get to the bus or train and visit any of the ski areas. I can't recommend this place enough.

We had a wonderful time in the Innegreit apartment! There were two of us and we spent our skiing holiday at the Skijuwel Alpbach. The place was incredibly cozy and the perfect place to relax after skiing. The location is fantastic (if you arrive by car), with a magnificent view of the surrounding mountain landscape. By car, you can reach the gondola in a few minutes, in good snow conditions and as a safe skier you can also start from the house. Also, the apartment was in top condition and very clean, as well as equipped with everything you need. Particularly great is the warm hospitality of the host family, who were always available with tips and recommendations and made sure that we felt completely comfortable. We can fully recommend the apartment and will be happy to come back. Thank you for the wonderful time!

It was a wonderful stay with stunning views of the mountains at the "most beautiful end of the world." Recreation is guaranteed here. The hosts Conni and Christian are kind-hearted people, with whom you immediately feel at home and who are there to help. You can just tell that they're dedicated. The apartment is very comfortably furnished and has everything you need. We would definitely recommend the Basecamp and would love to come back.

We absolutely loved our stay here! The location was incredible with gorgeous views. Looking out the big windows was a favorite pastime for all of us. The house was clean and beautifully decorated. The play area in the basement was amazing for our kids. The host was very kind and helpful if we needed anything. A highlight for us was eating local products from the little self-serve farm shop close by. We would definitely recommend this place to anyone!

Christoph’s place was extremely clean and comfortable for two adults and a child. The views of the mountains were beautiful. Easy to walk to bus and hiking. We drive into Innsbruck easily. Supermarket about 5-7 min by car.Christoph was very friendly and gave us nice tips on things to do in the city. Highly recommend!

Great little apartment, kitchen a little older but fully functional. The place was sparkling clean and has everything you could ever need. Nina was super friendly and I would come back anytime...

Outstanding! The apartment is elegant and cozy…we felt treated to something special and right at home at the same time. Pam and Leon thought of every detail. We had everything we needed. The infrared sauna was perfect after a long hike. Pam helped us with restaurant reservations, hiking advice, and directions. She was very attentive when we needed it, and also gave us privacy. Get the breakfast box! A unique experience and exceptionally good! We will be forever grateful for our experience at Van’s Place!

I am very glad that I have select this apartment to stay in, during my vacation in Austria. It does looks like new and really, I felt that I am in my home. It really looks like the photos published and as described. The apartment modern, clean, tidy and well designed. It is equipped with all requirements. Moreover, the location is perfect for relaxing, and it is quite also it is so privet. Around and very closed to the apartment will find many shops and restaurant. No need to travel long distance to buy food and all things you might need. The exceptional thing is the host, they are very kindly and helpful, their support always available and they are ready to help at any time. The way they welcomed me is amazing. Their kindness is the best I ever seen. Eventually, I strongly recommend this host and their apartment for any guest.

We had a great stay in Daniel’s place and would highly recommend it. It’s done with taste, everything is pretty new and kitchen was well equipped. Self check in was clear and easy. Terrace is really great! It’s spacious and has loads of seats, table. We had breakfast there every day. It’s just at the local football stadium which also has a restaurant. People from restaurant can see you in whirlpool and during our stay there was some competition with loud music until around midnight. This did not disturb us but might be good to know for other guests. Location is great in a small village with many hiking roots available right from the house. Great restaurants available within walking distance

We were very satisfied with the accommodation, very modern and the most necessary available. The view is a dream, every detail was taken care of with love in the accommodation. Theresa answers questions within a short time. We will be happy to come back!😊

We felt comfortable in the apartment. The contact was friendly and we were helped quickly and kindly with a problem. The hot tub is great, as it is not chlorinated, it has a smell of its own, but you can counteract it with provided pool fans.

Stay and place was great with a character. Only downside is due to no direct access to wellness facilities and no changing rooms, it makes great sauna and wirpool experience at some point not practical due to outdoor location and no comunal access from Genesis apartment. Thank you Host.

We had a blast. The room exceeded our expectations. The ski slopes were only short rive away with free parking available. Ski bus was also available. Amazing place to stay.

We were with our dog in the forest chalet. The accommodation was sparkling clean and we felt very comfortable. Great food, good drinks in the main building. Soothing massages (not cheap) and a nice spa. Our accommodation was quiet and exclusive, we will be happy to come back.

The stay at Alfred and Astrid's place was fantastic. Alfred was particularly friendly and took the time to explain how everything works. The apartment was really above expectations. Super clean and the kitchen was very complete and has a luxurious spacious fridge with ice maker. The apartment has 3 large TVs with a Netflix subscription on each TV. Both a German, a Dutch and an Italian version. No hassle with your own login. There was a fine and fast internet connection of 150 mbit. Very nice. We also enjoyed the beautiful bathroom with luxury hot tub and the lovely rain shower. The apartment is in a quiet place about 6 min drive from a shopping center and it is a 5 min drive to the ski slope of Reith im Alpbachtal and only 10 min drive to the large ski resort in the Alpbachtal. We will definitely come back here again!
